Blake Lively blasted for being 'rude to staff' in New York shop - 'so entitled'
Blake Lively has been blasted for allegedly behaving poorly towards staff in a store in New York. The It Ends With Us star, 37, who is still embroiled in a legal battle with Justin Baldoni, who is suing the actress for defamation after she accused him of sexual harassment, splashing the cash in accessory shop, Stoney Clover Lane, when she was spotted by a fan.
The fan, named Landon, who has a prolific presence on TikTok, told her followers that Blake had been 'so rude' to staff as she recalled what, allegedly, occurred. Giving her opinion on the Gossip Girl alum, Landon said: "It was honestly a horrible experience. I don't know how she has any fans anymore.
Blake Lively celebrates Justin Baldoni's huge move in dropping Taylor Swift subpoena
'First of all, we walked in and we're just like, looking around … I didn't even notice [Lively] at first. I'm just looking, shopping for my sister, and the way [Lively's] talking to the workers at the store was so rude."
Claiming Blake wanted to know if there were items which 'hadn't been touched by other customers', she continued: 'She was like, 'I want a fresh one of these — one that wasn't touched by other customers. … Is there a private bathroom?''
Landon alleged that Blake, who is married to multi-millionaire, Ryan Reynolds, was 'ignoring' everyone, including her kids and her niece, as she chose the patches she wanted to add to her customised bag.
Landon continued: 'I was like, 'Oh my God. People are working hard in stores like this and this is how you're treating them?' Like, you're being so entitled.
'And the second we walked out, it was clear that we were invading their space — it's a store, first of all. There's no sign that says you can't enter. She didn't block it off,' she added.
'And the second we leave, [Lively's] security guard comes and stands in front of the door. And now I'm at the corner of the street and the security guard is staring at me.'
Landon concluded her post, claiming: 'If anyone is still a fan of Blake Lively, I think recheck your decision on that because she's not very nice to the common people."
The Mirror has contacted Blake's reps for comment.
After starring in This Ends With Us alongside Justin, Blake hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons. The actress accused her co-star of sexual harassment while Justin countered sued, claiming defamation.
However, in recently filed documents, Blake moved to drop a key claim tied to her 2024 lawsuit. The mum-of-four has requested to withdraw her claims of intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress against Justin.
The filing came after the actor's legal team asked her to sign a HIPAA release for access to her medical and mental health records. Justin's attorney, Kevin Fritz, claimed Blake 'refuses to disclose the information and documents needed to disprove that she suffered any emotional distress' and is trying to keep the option of reviving the claims after discovery ends (via People.)
Blake's legal team, Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, responded to the development by stating, 'This is a routine part of the litigation process that is being used as a press stunt.' They also said that her legal team is 'preparing [the] case for trial by streamlining and focusing it,' while Justin's side is 'desperately seeking another tired round of tabloid coverage.'

Beckhams' fresh sting as Brooklyn declares love for Peltz family in renewal vows
Intimate details of Brooklyn Beckham's vows in his renewal ceremony with wife Nicola Peltz have emerged, spelling fresh heartache for his parents. Chef Brooklyn, 26, and actress Nicola, 30, married in a lavish ceremony in 2022 at the Peltz family's £92million oceanfront mansion in Florida. While their first guest list comprised not only family but also A-listers such as Eva Longoria and Serena and Venus Williams, when they decided to renew their vows, it was a smaller affair. So much smaller, in fact, that Brooklyn's own family was noticeably absent, as rumours continue to swirl that the eldest Beckham boy has fallen out with his dad, Sir David, 50, and mum, Victoria, 51. Their wedding vow renewal took place on August 2 in Westchester County in front of Nicola's relatives, comprising 200 guests and, of course, another bridal gown, this time a remodelled version of her mum's own dress. It's now been revealed how former photographer Brooklyn had only fond words for his in-laws, having penned a 'heartfelt tribute' to billionaire tycoon Nelson Peltz, 83, and wife Claudia, 70, for the romantic occasion. A source close to the lovebirds told The Mirror that Brooklyn 'spoke movingly' about the Peltz clan. 'He spoke from the heart—and at the centre of his heart is Nicola who he loves very dearly, but also the Peltz family, who have really stuck by his side.' They added: 'He wanted to recognise them all and was determined to do them all justice.' It's believed there was no similar tribute to his own parents, who got married in 1999. As for the rest of the Beckham brood, they were also not invited to the vow renewal, with the likes of grandparents, cousins, aunts, and uncles only finding out about the ceremony via articles online. Rumours of a rift in camp Beckham first arose when Brooklyn and Nicola failed to show at Sir David's starry 50th bash earlier this year, where the rest of his siblings celebrated long into the night. In the months since, while neither party has explicitly commented on the flying accusations, there have been plenty of subtle and cryptic digs made on social media, whether it be brother Romeo posting quotes about 'telling lies' or Brooklyn vowing to 'always choose' Nicola in a statement Insta caption. The latest development suggested that Brooklyn and Nicola have opted to cut themselves off from not only his family but some celebrity pals too, as insiders claim he now has 'no contact' with various big names. As per The Sun, Brooklyn has distanced himself from Madonna and Guy Ritchie's son Rocco Ritchie, as well as Gordon Ramsay's children Jack and Holly Ramsay. His and Nicola's 'throuple' with Selena Gomez has also ended, friends allege. A source told the publication: 'Rocco, Selena, the Ramsay kids—none of them have even liked the wedding pics after Nicola posted, let alone commented to congratulate them. 'Things have gone very cold with his old friends—it's like the marriage to Nicola meant he started a whole new life with new people around him.' But Brooklyn doesn't seem fazed by his shrinking circle, having made it perfectly clear numerous times who his main focus is. Chatting to People after his and Nicola's vow renewal, he called it a 'beautiful' day. 'We just wanted a really beautiful experience—a really cute memory.' Professing his adoration for his other half, he confessed that he could 'renew [his] vows every single day with her'. More Trending 'I think the most important thing that someone can do is find that person that they're going to spend the rest of their life with. 'It definitely shapes you as a person. Yeah, it was really, really cute. It was really fun.' The heavily inked star joked that he's going to have to 'find space' to get his renewed vows tattooed somewhere on his body, like he did the first set in one of many designs dedicated to his wife. 'These ones were actually longer than my original ones.' Got a story? Noel Gallagher 'writing new music' amid triumphant Oasis reunion
Noel Gallagher could be writing new Oasis music following the band's triumphant reunion. The singer, 58, and younger brother Liam Gallagher, 52, hadn't performed together since their 2009 split, meaning the world was, quite literally, sent into a frenzy last August when they confirmed the guns had 'fallen silent'. Oasis have since played shows in Cardiff, Manchester, and London, treating fans to their biggest hits from across the band's discography, but many have questioned whether a new album could be on its way now that the band is back. Now, a source has claimed to The Mirror that the musician is penning new music, but it has not been confirmed whether or not it is to be performed by Oasis. 'Noel has been inspired by playing to adoring crowds, who have supercharged his creativity,' an insider claimed. 'But he is undecided whether his work will become a new album for Oasis with Liam on vocals.' The source said that Noel, who leads High Flying Birds and has also released music as a solo artist, is 'waiting to see how things play out' while performing alongside his brother. 'Noel has been in an absolutely fine mood… greeting staff with smiles, super relaxed and sharing his joy about the shows,' they continued. 'He's also been strumming some new tunes in his dressing room. But, from what he has said, these tracks are not yet aligned for any project. 'There is no Oasis studio return as yet agreed by the band, and they still have a long way to go. Things are great now, but who knows what will happen given the brothers' past troubles on the road.' Earlier this year, however, the band's manager quelled hopes for a new Oasis record. Speaking to Music Week, Alec McKinlay said: 'This is very much the last time around, as Noel's made clear in the press. 'It's a chance for fans who haven't seen the band to see them, or at least for some of them to … there's no plan for any new music.' Last month, Happy Mondays star Bez claimed the brothers could make one more album before retiring. More Trending 'They could make another album,' he told The Mirror. 'I can't see why they wouldn't do it because I'm sure it'd be a worldwide hit to bring another album out after the reception they got. 'You know, what a retirement plan, if that's the last thing you do. I'm sure they'd go for the retirement plan. If they don't, they're mad!' Oasis has released seven studio albums, with the last, Dig Out Your Soul, hitting shelves in 2008. This year marks the 30th anniversary of their sophomore release, (What's The Story) Morning Glory?, which features the singles Some Might Say, Roll With It, Morning Glory, Wonderwall, Don't Look Back In Anger, and Champagne Supernova. Strictly's Motsi Mabuse breaks silence after legal battle against ex-husband
Strictly Come Dancing judge Motsi Mabuse has issued a message to fans following her £70,000 legal battle with ex-husband Timo Kulczak. The couple tied the knot in 2003 before divorcing in 2014, with Motsi accusing her ex-partner of abusive behaviour. Last year, her ex-husband started court proceedings to sue her following claims in Motsi's autobiography, Finding My Own Rhythm: My Story, which was released in 2022. In the memoir, she said Timo paid her an allowance from her dance teaching and TV earnings, controlled her diet, and rejected her wants to have a baby. He has denied these claims. Motsi had been sued for £70k by Timo, but this week, a German judge ruled in her favour following the long-running court case. Wake up to find news on your TV shows in your inbox every morning with Metro's TV Newsletter. Taking to her Instagram Stories, she wrote: 'After almost three years the legal proceedings against me have now come to an end with the court ruling in my favour. 'This case has been a long and challenging process accompanied by media coverage and many articles over the years it has been a constant burden and I am relieved that clarity has finally been achieved. 'I would like to thank my family especially my husband my lawyer my team and those who supported me throughout this time now I can close this chapter and focus on the future with renewed strength.' In 2023, Timo accused Motsi of lying in order to 'push book sales' and claimed he was 'a loving and caring husband' during their marriage. 'She did something bad to me and my family and I can't accept that,' he told The Sun. 'Now I have reached a point whereby I cannot just let things stand as they are when something is put out there in public and it is simply not true. 'I am deeply disappointed and hurt. Looking back, I remember a very good and positive and happy time that simply cannot be compared to some of the claims about me that have now come to light. 'I was a loving and caring husband who was always by her side at any time, when she needed help. I don't feel I was controlling, I see all of what I did as organising and being helpful to her.' His lawyers asked the court to jail Motsi for up to six months or fine her £250k if she ever repeated the claims from her book. Motsi's representatives claimed at the time that 'no such written court order exists'. 'It is categorically untrue that our client faces imprisonment with regard to her former husband's civil lawsuit, or that a fine, which would only be payable if our client culpably violates a court order, would be more than a nominal amount,' they said in a statement to The Mirror. More Trending 'There is no legal basis for this lawsuit. To reiterate, our client reserves all rights in this matter.' After her divorce from Timo, whom she had moved to Germany to be with when she was 18, Motsi married her new dance partner, Evgenij Vozynuk, in 2017. The couple have a daughter and run a dance school together near Frankfurt. View More » Motsi will return to Strictly for the 2025 series next month, along with fellow judges Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, and Anton Du Beke. Got a story?
