Scott Wolf breaks silence on divorce from estranged wife Kelley Wolf
Scott Wolf is accusing his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, of conspiring to make 'disturbing, false' claims about him amid their messy divorce battle.
The Party of Five star broke his silence on his split from the former Real World star, saying his ex conspired a plan to accuse him of 'psychological abuse, child abuse, child endangerment, stealing with passports.'
While he previously chose to keep this 'difficult' time in his family's lives 'private,' he told People in a statement published on Saturday that he's now speaking up to protect 'the well being of (his) children.'
Scott Wolf broke his silence on his contentious divorce from Kelley Wolf, accusing her of conspiring to make false allegations against him. Picture:'I am now choosing to come forward and share that she has described to me her plans to 'make claims' about me, although she also admitted, 'I do not believe they're true,' in order to gain an advantage in what she sees as a 'battle' in court, and in the court of public opinion,' Wolf said.
'In order to protect my kids, I am providing the text messages she sent to me where she describes this plan, so there are no questions about her intentions, or the malicious intent behind her false allegations made and/or planned for the future.'
The outlet went on to report that Kelley, 48, alleged in the messages that she 'was advised to make claims that are possible, even though I do not believe they're true nor would I ever say them to anyone'.
In a statement, the actor alleged Kelley told him her plans to 'gain an advantage in what she sees as a 'battle' in court'.
'When you accused me of all the things you put in the restraining order, you made me into a villain. The only way I can fight back is to produce claims that are either the same as yours or greater,' she continued.
She also detailed that her aim was to 'create more urgency to get the kids back. Or at least get back joint custody'.
Kelley ultimately shared her allegations against Wolf on a phone call with police on June 26, according to the outlet.
'Although her claims are completely baseless and incredibly dangerous, the worst part is that they are traumatic for our children,' the 57-year-old continued in his message.
In text messages, Kelley alleged she 'was advised to make claims that are possible, even though I do not believe they're true'.
'I hope that anyone who might speak publicly or report on such things, will consider this before spreading any further information from a clearly unreliable and completely compromised source.'
He closed, asking for 'privacy and respect for our family' and thanked 'all those who have shown their love and support'.
A representative for Kelley did not immediately respond to Page Six's request for comment.
As some may recall, Kelley was shockingly detained and hospitalised after police were called to the Wolf family's Park City, Utah, home in June after a reported 'family fight'.
An audio recording of the 911 call showed an unidentified woman claiming she was 'terrified' and 'needed help' after getting into an altercation with her brother-in-law and 16-year-old son.
Wolf with his Party of Five cast mates Neve Campbell, Matthew Fox and Lacey Chabert.
At the time, someone at the scene also mentioned an alleged 'past-occurred assault' choking incident that purportedly took place at their home in March.
The scene transpired shortly after Scott filed for divorce on June 10.
After his filing, Kelley later made another bombshell claim on social media that she was 'held against her will' by her former friends while she was 'trying to file for divorce.'
Later that month, Scott was granted sole custody of their three children — Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11 — and a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife which he later dropped after they reached a new temporary agreement detailing custody, finances and communication.

Live review: Kita Alexander leaves her mark on Perth with intimate set
Don't miss out on the headlines from Music Tours. Followed categories will be added to My News. Research emerged last year that found that streaming platforms with their algorithmic recommendations have created a monoculture dominated by US and UK artists, leaving very little room for homegrown talent to truly flourish. As so many artists are getting lost in the mix, now and again someone with such discernible talent comes along that they just can't be ignored; and that's Kita Alexander. She's been kicking around for a decade now, working hard to cement her position as an indie darling in Australia and capturing the attention of US pop star Madison Beer and UK pop diva Dua Lipa, who both asked her to support them on tour. 'Legislate it': Artists have come ... more Now 29, Alexander, who's married to Australian professional surfer Owen Wright, has experienced some chart success throughout her career, with her single Hotel going 2x Platinum after its release back in 2017. What struck me most about Alexander was the warmth that emanated from her the moment she stepped out onstage. As someone who beforehand knew only of Alexander's album track I Just Killed A Man – which is genuinely one of the most meticulously crafted break-up songs I've ever had the pleasure of hearing – I wasn't entirely convinced how easily she would be able to win me over with a relatively short set of 15 or so tracks. But any doubts immediately melted away from the moment she sung her first note. Sometimes you meet someone and are inexplicably drawn to them and their energy, and Alexander has that in spades. Kita Alexander. Picture Lachie Millard Her voice sounds like a blend of the pop rock sensibilities of Olivia Rodrigo paired with the warmth and smokiness of a 1920s jazz club singer, and some of the nuances in her delivery that she brought to songs depending on what genre they leaned into brought them to life so wonderfully. Communication was a clear standout for me, a gorgeous slice of glittering break-up pop that would feel at home on Taylor Swift's Midnight's record. Her cover of Djo's modern classic End of Beginning was so enrapturing that my partner turned to me and was convinced it was her own original song. The last handful of songs was banger after banger, kicking the set into a higher gear and with the small but loyal crowd in the palm of her hand singing back lyrics. Alexander would occasionally take a moment to have a giggle with the crowd and let her personality shine through, but there was one moment where she spoke earnestly of having children at a relatively young age that I really connected with, and it's those times when an artist really gives you an unedited glimpse into the lives that truly helps you form a better understanding and appreciation for their discography. It seems clear to me that with a team and a label behind her that believes in her talent, Alexander is one breakout hit away from becoming a powerhouse within the music industry Down Under, and I don't think it could happen to a more deserving woman. Now go and listen to I Just Killed A Man and give Alexander the streams she deserves! Originally published as Kita Alexander leaves her mark on Perth with intimate set

Pia Miranda and Kick Gurry have sent fans into meltdown after they reunited over the weekend. Picture: Instagram. 'Bumped into Josie and Jacob having drinks at the local pub. They seem happy. Kind of surprised they are still together tbh,' she captioned the heartwarming snap. Fans rushed to the comment section to share their glee at the pair reuniting after so many years. 'Still one of the BEST onscreen couples ever,' one fan wrote. 'This makes my once 16 year old year 12 heart so happy, remarked another. While another added: 'Stop it! This makes my heart so happy. One of the most iconic screen couples ever!' Miranda spoke with last year where she shared that she still has many 'fond memories' of her time with Gurry. Miranda has 'fond memories' of making the film. Picture: Supplied. 'I have so many fond memories and whenever he and I are together, we share a real special bond,' she said. 'I think because we went through that together, we got cast together, the whole experience was together, so none of it was separated. We're like family now. 'As time goes on, I think my fondness for that experience and for him and for Melina and the director Kate (Woods), it gets even deeper.' The film has gone on to become a beloved classic. Picture: Supplied. Earlier this year she told WHO that both she and Gurry had a feeling when they were filming the movie that it was going to be a runaway success. 'I do remember that scene where it's the 'Have a Say Day' at the Opera House – Kick and I grew up in Melbourne so we didn't have it on our curriculum, we didn't know what it was,' she recalled. 'So we walk out and someone goes, 'Oh my God, that's Josie and Jacob,' and everyone started screaming and people were crying and I was like, 'What's happening?' and Kick goes, 'I think this is going to be really big.' And I went, 'So do I.' That was the moment that he and I were like, 'We've got to stick together!'' She added that she sees her former co-star like a member of her family, saying: 'We're very good friends – we did go through something together, and we're very brother and sister in our relationship, so that's nice.' Alan Cumming found it 'really healing' to reprise Nightcrawler role
Alan Cumming found it 'really healing' to reprise his role as Nightcrawler in Avengers: Doomsday. The 60-year-old actor and Traitors presenter had a terrible time when he previously took on the role for Bryan Singer's 2003 movie X2 and Alan was thrilled to get the chance to play the character again and leave with happy memories of set. He told PEOPLE: 'It was amazing. It was actually really... in a sort of ooey, gooey way, it was really healing and really nice to go back to something that it was a terrible experience when I did it the first time. A great film, great film. I love the film. "It was actually really great to go back. And especially, I'm 60 years old. I did not think I would be doing stunts, playing a superhero in my 60s. So that was great. And everyone was really nice. And I got it done really quickly because I couldn't go, because of The Traitors, when most of my scenes were being shot." Alan added that he was "miserable" making X2, for an "awful for a variety of reasons that I have talked about at length'. He previously told Kate Thornton on the White Wine Question Time podcast: "We were really in a very bad working situation. "It was dangerous, it was abusive, and the studio didn't care. All the actors said something and they still just went: 'Oh, never mind. It's only gonna be a few more weeks, don't worry. And it's gonna make a lot of money.' "They actually said that and also 'you're under contract'. And I said: 'I don't want to feel dirty about going to work'. I would cry, it was just tragic. "I would be in that awful blue makeup. I put on loads of weight during that because I would just eat, I was exhausted. My boyfriend at the time would make all these crazy big meals. "I would go home, eat a ton, have a couple glasses of wine, burst into tears and go to sleep. And then go and be a miserable blue mutant [the next day]." Sir Patrick Stewart, Sir Ian McKellen, Kelsey Grammer, James Marsden and Rebecca Romijn will also reprise their X-Men roles for the movie, while core MCU actors Robert Downey Jr., Anthony Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Sebastian Stan, Paul Rudd, Tom Hiddleston, Letitia Wright and Winston Duke will star.
