PM Highlights Egypt's Economic Progress, Commitment to Expat Engagement
Nada Mustafa Prime Minister (PM) Dr. Mostafa Madbouly stated that Egypt has faced significant economic challenges in recent years due to regional and international crises. However, he added, the country has managed to overcome many of these difficulties, achieving positive GDP growth, a decline in both inflation and unemployment rates, and continued implementation of economic reforms. He also emphasized Egypt's efforts to support the private sector and improve the investment climate. Speaking at the 'Egyptians Abroad Conference,' PM added: 'In line with the directives of the President of the Republic, the government has been keen to implement a package of social protection measures aimed at supporting the most vulnerable segments of society.' It is worth mentioning that, 'Egyptians Abroad Conference' serves as a national platform to foster direct dialogue and engagement between the state and Egyptian expatriates. It aims to address their concerns, understand their aspirations and proposals, and encourage their involvement in national development plans and strategies. The regular convening of the conference reflects the state's commitment to maintaining strong ties and open communication with Egyptian communities around the world, while also updating them on the country's progress across various sectors. read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results

Egypt's FM Says Israel Must End Gaza Siege Immediately
H-Tayea Egypt's Foreign Minister, Badr Abdelatti, has firmly asserted that Egypt has spared no effort in supporting the Palestinian people during the ongoing humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza. Speaking in an interview with Cairo News Channel correspondent Salsabeel Selim, the minister declared that "Egypt's hands are clean", stressing that Egypt continues to provide humanitarian and medical aid by land and air. Since the beginning of the conflict, Egypt has maintained a steady stream of assistance, even as the situation in Gaza deteriorates under what Abdel Aati described as a systematic starvation policy imposed by Israel. He emphasized that the legal and humanitarian responsibility rests with the occupying power, Israel, which must immediately open all crossings, including the five Israeli-controlled entry points and the Palestinian side of the Rafah crossing. Abdel Aati criticized the severe restrictions Israel has placed on humanitarian convoys, noting that these measures directly exacerbate the suffering of civilians in Gaza. He called on the international community to recognize these acts as a deliberate tactic to intensify the humanitarian crisis. The foreign minister also addressed growing online criticism aimed at Egypt's role, stating: 'Anyone who casts doubt on Egypt's efforts—whether knowingly or not—is ultimately deflecting blame from the true party responsible for this disaster: Israel.' He concluded by expressing Egypt's hope to host a major conference on early recovery and reconstruction for Gaza as soon as a ceasefire is secured, underscoring Egypt's enduring commitment to the Palestinian cause. read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid News Israeli-Linked Hadassah Clinic in Moscow Treats Wounded Iranian IRGC Fighters Arts & Culture "Jurassic World Rebirth" Gets Streaming Date News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia Business Egyptian Pound Undervalued by 30%, Says Goldman Sachs Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Arts & Culture South Korean Actress Kang Seo-ha Dies at 31 after Cancer Battle Arts & Culture Lebanese Media: Fayrouz Collapses after Death of Ziad Rahbani Sports Get to Know 2025 WWE Evolution Results
