Jackson Browne new music
In August 2024, Jackson Browne dropped the four-minute single 'Everywhere I Look.'
Over simple percussions and bluesy guitar, the 76-year-old singer-songwriter paints pictures of America and 'everywhere he looks.' It's a calming, reflective piece that works as a treatise on the state of the country and soothing background music.
If you'd like to hear for yourself, you can find 'Everywhere I Look' here.

Jessie J Breast Cancer Diagnosis Explained
British pop star Jessie J has revealed that she has been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer. The announcement came via an Instagram post, where the Grammy-nominated singer opened up about her ongoing health journey. The diagnosis arrived just before she released her vulnerable track 'No Secrets' in April 2025. On June 3, singer-songwriter Jessie J, whose real name is Jessica Ellen Cornish, shared with her followers that she was diagnosed with early breast cancer shortly before releasing her song 'No Secrets.' In her words, 'I'm highlighting the word early. Cancer sucks in any form but I'm holding on to the word early.' The diagnosis came as a surprise during a busy period in her career, and she admitted to being in and out of medical tests since then. Despite the seriousness of the news, Jessie said she had not fully processed the diagnosis because of her workload, but felt a need to open up. 'I just wanted to be open and share it because selfishly, I do not talk about it enough… Sharing in the past has helped me with other people giving me their love and support, and also their own stories.' The British star also spoke about how surreal it felt to be dealing with such a heavy personal issue while promoting songs titled 'No Secrets' and 'Living My Best Life.' She even joked about doing a remix called 'Living My Breast Life,' saying, 'You can't make it up.' Jessie J, known for hits like 'Price Tag,' 'Domino,' and 'Bang Bang,' emphasized that her breast cancer diagnosis does not mark a full stop but just a pause. She assured fans that more music is on the way. Her latest track, 'Living My Best Life,' released on May 16, is part of her upcoming sixth studio album. 'These last 2 months have been so amazing, and having this go on alongside it on the sidelines has given me the most incredible perspective. BUT… Your girl needs a hug.' Green Day Rocks Back To No. 1
Green Day's Saviors returns to No. 1 on the U.K.'s Official Rock & Metal Albums chart after the ... More deluxe edition drops, giving fans new music. TOPSHOT - Green Day members Billie Joe Armstrong (C), Mike Dirnt (R), and Tré Cool (L) pose on their newly unveiled star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame during a ceremony in Hollywood, California, on May 1, 2025. (Photo by Frederic J. Brown / AFP) (Photo by FREDERIC J. BROWN/AFP via Getty Images) It's been almost a year and a half since Green Day released its most recent album Saviors, but fans are clearly still excited about the project. The pop-punk legends recently dropped the highly-anticipated deluxe edition of the set, which they'd been promoting for months with new tunes. Sales of the title grew dramatically, and this week the Grammy winner's latest full-length returns to multiple rankings and even brings the band back to the top spot on one tally in the United Kingdom. Saviors reappears at No. 1 on the Official Rock & Metal Albums chart this week. The full-length hadn't been seen on this list since January, when it spent two frames in the lower reaches of the top 40 before disappearing. Last week's champion, Will You Haunt Me, with That Same Patience by Bury Tomorrow, descends dramatically, dipping from No. 1 to No. 26 in just its second frame on the tally. Now that it's back at No. 1, Saviors earns just its second stay in the penthouse on the list of the top-selling rock and metal releases in the U.K. Green Day debuted the project atop the tally in early February 2024. The set attempted to earn more time on the throne, living in the runner-up space for the next month, but it was unable to lead again until the release of its deluxe edition. Saviors only manages to reenter the top 10 on one of the five U.K.-based rankings where it finds a home at the moment. It returns this frame to each of them, after not appearing on any of the rosters just days ago. The set breaks back into the top 20 on the Official Physical Albums, Official Albums Sales, and Official Vinyl Albums charts, appearing at Nos. 13, 14, and 19, respectively. The title doesn't perform nearly as well when it comes to purchases on platforms like iTunes, as Saviors finds its way back to the Official Album Downloads roster, but only at No. 45. In the past, Saviors has reached No. 1 on each and every one of the charts on which it appears in the United Kingdom. It has understandably spent the most time on the Official Rock & Metal Albums list, racking up 39 frames. It has yet to manage 20 appearances on any of the other rosters.

'High Potential' season 2: Everything we know so far
"High Potential" is officially coming back for season 2, and the next chapter in Morgan Gillory's unconventional crime-solving journey is already in the works. Production on the new season began in May 2025, and ABC has confirmed that the show is set to return this fall as part of its primetime lineup. The police procedural centers on Morgan (played by Kaitlin Olson), a single mother of three whose job cleaning the LAPD offices takes a sharp turn after her remarkable intellect earns her a spot consulting with the Major Crimes division. "High Potential's" mix of procedural drama and comedic quirkiness helped it break through and make it one of ABC's best freshman series in years. It averaged 11.5 million viewers across the network and streaming platforms like Hulu. Now, with season 2 on the horizon, fans can expect the story to pick up right where things left off. Here's everything we know about "High Potential" season 2 so far. "High Potential" season 2 doesn't have a specific release date yet. However, ABC has confirmed that it is set to return in fall 2025, when it will continue to air on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET. According to Entertainment Weekly, the second season could potentially be longer than the first, which consisted of 13 episodes. There have been no additional details provided on that front just yet, though. Get instant access to breaking news, the hottest reviews, great deals and helpful tips. "High Potential" revolves around Kaitlin Olson's Morgan Gillory, so the Emmy-nominated actress will absolutely be back for season 2. Olson brings the same quick wit and physical comedy that made her a standout on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" and "Hacks," but this time in the role of a genius single mom turned LAPD consultant. She should be joined once again by the show's ensemble of characters: And while JD Pardo's character, Tom, left Los Angeles to go to nursing school at the end of season 1, it's possible he could return, especially if the writers decide to revisit his romance with Morgan. One newcomer set to play a major role in season 2 is David Giuntoli, who fans may recognize from "Grimm" and "A Million Little Things." He's expected to play a dangerous serial killer who taunts Morgan, setting the stage for a bit of a cat-and-mouse arc. There are a few elements in play for season 2 of "High Potential", though there's no clear-cut summary for what's coming up just yet. Showrunner Rob Harthan has offered some commentary as far as what's in the works for the series, including some hints toward a more complex "big bad" that might surface in the new season. "I love a good serialized villain," he told The Wrap. Season 1 ended with a couple of big cliffhangers, including the reveal that Morgan's ex-husband, Roman, is definitely alive. With that in mind, Harthan doesn't want to leave audiences hanging too long. The plan for season 2 is to get into that mystery right away, while also weaving in an entirely new threat: a serial killer who seems to have taken an interest in Morgan. That includes diving deeper into Morgan's backstory, her complicated co-parenting relationship with Ludo and Roman's potential reappearance. "I think the audience has a real appetite to find out what really happened [between them]," Harthan said in an interview with TVLine. 'What was it like the day they sat down and had a conversation about what wasn't working? How did they decide how they should co-parent? What caused that? So now it's our job to come up with a story." Giving the second season additional episodes to breathe can go a long way toward establishing those storylines and much more, and it's something that even star Katilyn Olson is "excited" about, in addition to the ability to "explore the relationships between characters more." "A first season, you really have to give the main character most of the heavy lifting, because that's the person that you're interested in," she told EW. "I know that people are excited to dig into all of our other wonderful actors and their characters' background, so I think that that'll be really fun to do."
