It's official: the Queen of clapbacks and binder receipts is making her return to The Real Housewives of Potomac (RHOP). Amid swirling rumors, People magazine confirmed that Monique Samuels will appear in a supporting role in Season 10 of the hit Bravo show.
Pause for reaction – because Monique's return could be huge. (With the Grand Dame Karen Huger in rehab and Mia Thornton's departure for a 'new beginning,' Monique's return makes sense.)

Now if you're a true RHOP stan, then you already know Monique's exit in 2020 was one of the most dramatic in Housewives history. From the heated on-camera altercation with Candiace Dillard Bassett (now off the show) to her emotional departure over how it all impacted her family, Monique left the franchise with both a bang and a boundary. 'When you cross certain lines, there's no going back. And for me, my family is that line,' she said back then via Instagram.
But she's back and said to be in a different space.
'Monique's in a totally different place now, and fans will see that,' a source told People . 'She's excited to show who she is now — not as a wife, not as just a mom, but as a woman starting over and taking on life on her own terms.'
Monique has been pretty busy since her RHOP exit – and fans know her life has dramatically changed. She divorced her husband, NFL player Chris Samuels, after 11 years of marriage, launched her Mila Eve Essentials business, held down a spot on a popular DMV radio show, and even had a stint on Love & Marriage: DC .
So yes, Monique will have a lot to dish on. Her divorce and exit alone is a strong storyline for at least two episodes. Further, Love & Marriage DC gained popularity quickly. ( While it aired, producers positioned Monique as the ringleader in the show.)
Monique has always resonated with Black women because she moves with class, complexity, and a deep desire to protect our peace. And after surviving one of the messiest exits in Bravo history, it's refreshing to see her stepping back into the spotlight her way.

Veteran Hollywood studio executive David Spitz has landed his next gig: serving as head of U.S. theatrical distribution at Teddy Schwarzman's Black Bear Pictures as the leading production and financing company realizes its dream of becoming a full-fledged indie studio. Spitz — who did a long stint running distribution at Lionsgate — will oversee theatrical Black Bear's new distribution infrastructure in the U.S., which builds on its established businesses in the U.K., Ireland and Canada, where subsidiary Elevation Pictures is the territory's top independent distributor. He'll report to Benjamin Kramer, president of Black Bear's U.S. theatrical distribution division, who made the announcement. Pete Davidson Felt ‘Guilty and Horrible' When Elsie Hewitt Was Forced to Announce Pregnancy

THE RUNDOWN In July, Pete Davidson and girlfriend Elsie Hewitt announced they were expecting their first child together. In an August 13 interview with The Breakfast Club, the Saturday Night Live alum explained how his fame pushed Hewitt to make the announcement and expressed regret over the loss of privacy. 'I feel bad for my girl because I bring a lot of shit,' Davidson admitted. 'Anything I do or she does now is gonna be a thing. She's a very private person and she's the one doing all the work. It's supposed to be a beautiful experience.' The comedian added that he feels a lot of responsibility for the situation even though at this point in his career, the attention is out of his hands and Hewitt doesn't seem to blame him. 'She's never made me feel this way or said anything,' he explained. 'But I feel so guilty and horrible that I could not allow her to have the ideal pregnancy that almost every woman gets to have and enjoy.' The Bupkis star said they 'held off as long as we could' before posting about the pregnancy on Instagram. On July 16, Hewitt shared her sonogram and pics with Davidson, joking in the caption, 'Welp now everyone knows we had sex.' Shortly after, Davidson told E! News, 'I'm very lucky and very, very happy,' adding that he hopes to be able 'to take care of something and show it the childhood I didn't have.' 'I assume you just try to give then what you didn't have, and what you didn't like, not do it,' Davidson continued. 'Everybody's just been super excited for me, because they know it's been my dream. They all just have been like, 'You're going to be great at this. It's the best thing you'll ever do in your life.'' He added, 'It's been really nice that everyone's super excited. When you do something, when we do anything, you want everyone to be excited, especially having a child.'

Hailey Bieber Shares Adorable Photo of Playing With Son Jack Blues Bieber

THE RUNDOWN On Saturday, Hailey Bieber posted a carousel of recent photos, slipping in a shot of her son Jack Blues Bieber, who turns one on August 22. In the image, Hailey is leaning over Jack as he stretches his legs up towards her. The baby's feet are pressed into his mother's face, lifting up her cheeks as she playfully makes a face at him. His bright yellow pants are visible. Other shots in the carousel include mirror selfies of the Rhode Beauty founder as well as some video clips of what appear to be a night out with her husband, Justin Bieber, featuring a glimmering disco ball. She also shared a side-profile shot of herself wearing a white veil and a close-up photo of her left hand holding a martini, with her large diamond wedding ring very clearly visible. She captioned the post, 'well…. Yes! 🧍🏼‍♀️' Justin also shared a few photos on Saturday night that seemed to be from the same disco evening. In one of the pictures, he is seated next to his wife and they are smiling happily for the camera. Justin is wearing a white tank and Hailey is in a strappy black top. The model commented on the post, 'secrets out we're dating!' He shared a photo with friend Kendall Jenner, as well, in which Justin is sitting on a stool and listening to Jenner with his brow furrowed as she gestures. The model is in a cropped black halter top and white jeans. Hailey wrote on that post, 'It's always Kendall telling a story with her hands.' In July, Justin released his latest album, SWAG. Many of the songs seems to be reflections on his relationship with Hailey and some of the challenges in their marriage. On June 24, a source told Us Weekly that while Justin and Hailey were going through a 'difficult time,' the couple would 'do anything to make it [their marriage] work.' 'They believe they are soulmates and meant for each other,' the source added.
