Fuming Ruben Amorim claims Man Utd stars ‘choke in EVERY game' after hitting new low with ASEAN All-Stars loss
RUBEN AMORIM has blasted his Manchester United flops once again by saying they "choke in every game".
The Red Devils suffered an embarrassing 1-0 defeat to the ASEAN All-Stars in a post-season friendly today.

Amorim named a strong starting XI that featured the likes of Andre Onana, Harry Maguire, Casemiro and Rasmus Hojlund before making 11 changes at half-time.
But United were beaten in front of a 70,000 crowd in Malaysia as Myanmar international Maung Maung Lwin netted the winner.
After the final whistle, Amorim said: "Yes, a disappointing result, but no injuries and a tough pitch.
"We don't have it in us not to choke in every exercise, in every game, that is what happened.
"We should win these kind of games, no matter what. We need to bring that inside of us in every game.
"The important thing is no injuries with this weather and to arrive here in this day. It is not an excuse, we should perform better."
Amorim went on to praise the club's youngsters, saying: "I liked the young kids, they try. That's enough for me in the moment.
"They want to play more but we have to rotate everybody to play. They did well."

In his post-match press conference, Amorim continued: "We need to win every game, every exercise. It's something we need to push for the players.
"But the way I play is the same as other coaches. You have an idea and stick with your ideas. You can change something but I'm just one more coach who reached this level by believing in certain things.
"We will, of course, need to improve but I'm really confident.
"I feel always guilty. I said that in the last game. I'm always guilty of the performance of the team. No matter what. Since I'm here for the first day, I am guilty."

The club hierarchy were relaxed about his future either way and although they missed out on a huge payday that would have eased their financial situation, having Fernandes on board will be a huge boost to their hopes of returning to for next season. The 30-year-old also cited his family as a major reason for him snubbing Saudi interest. He did not want to uproot his family from their settled life in Manchester and force a culture change in the Middle East. His wife Ana Pinho is said to have been crucial in the decision to stay. Fernandes explained: "I spoke with my family to understand if that was what I wanted for my future,' Fernandes said ahead of Portugal's Nations League semi-final against Germany tonight. "It was actually my wife who asked me — I never said yes or no. She put my professional priorities ahead of everything else." Now that he has clarified his position, Amorim will hope to have him on board for his rebuild of the team that has already seen him sign Matheus Cunha from Wolves, while Bryan Mbeumo is expected to join from Brentford imminently.

SEOUL, June 4 (Reuters) - South Korea woke on Wednesday to a new liberal president, Lee Jae-myung, who vowed to raise the country from the turmoil of a martial law crisis and revive an economy reeling from slowing growth and the threat of global protectionism. Lee's decisive victory in Tuesday's snap election stands to usher in a sea change in Asia's fourth-largest economy, after backlash against a botched attempt at military rule brought down Yoon Suk Yeol just three years into his troubled presidency. With 100% of the ballots counted, Lee had won 49.42% of the nearly 35 million votes cast while conservative rival Kim Moon-soo had taken 41.15% in the polls that brought the highest turnout for a presidential election since 1997, according to National Election Commission data. Japanese baseball legend Shigeo Nagashima dies at 89
June 3 - Shigeo Nagashima, a Japanese Baseball Hall of Famer who spent more than three decades as a player and manager for the Yomiuri Giants, died Tuesday. He was 89. The Giants said Nagashima died of pneumonia at a Tokyo hospital. Nagashima won an impressive 11 Japan Series championships in his 17-year playing career, including nine straight from 1965-73. Nicknamed Mr. Giants and Mr. Professional Baseball, Nagashima played in 2,186 games for the club and was a career .305 batter who hit 444 home runs, 418 doubles and 74 triples while driving in 1,522 runs. He stole 190 bases and scored 1,270 runs. Shortly after his retirement, he was named the Giants' manager. He held the role from 1975-80 and was fired but returned as the manager from 1993-2001, leading the Giants to two championships in 1994 and 2000.
