
Two men charged in Leamington bike theft
Last month, OPP launched a 'bait bicycle' initiative, looking to address bike thefts in the municipality. The initiative saw a bike placed and arresting anyone who attempted to take it, according to police.
As a result, two men have been charged.
A 33-year-old Leamington man is facing charges for theft under $5,000, mischief under $5,000, and possession of break-in instruments.
A 51-year-old Leamington man is facing charges for theft under $5,000, theft under $5,000 – shoplifting, mischief under $5,000, or possession of break-in instruments.

The Ontario Provincial Police is now offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in a case involving an elderly Eastern Ontario man who has been listed as a missing person for seven years. He was reported missing to the OPP's Lanark County detachment on Nov. 30 of that same year. Then 75 years of age, he required assistance to travel and medication on a regular basis. Man wanted by New Brunswick police makes court appearance, charged
Keswick RCMP are looking for 27-year-old Clifford Sacobie. (Source: RCMP) A 27-year-old man who was wanted by police in New Brunswick appeared in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday.
