Shattering expectations in 2023 with a $300M worldwide gross, Five Night at Freddy's adapts Scott Cawthon's popular video game franchise of the same name and follows Mike (Josh Hutcherson), a troubled young man who reluctantly takes a job as a night security guard at an abandoned theme restaurant, Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, hoping it will help him retain custody of his young sister. That fateful decision instead drags him into the black heart of a supernatural nightmare.
The film was one of several items that were unveiled at the festival Sunday including a new trailer and poster for the upcoming sequel to The Black Phone. Blumhouse Founder and CEO Jason Blum took the stage in Mexico City to mark the company's 15th anniversary and unveil a slate of updates, exclusive footage and surprise reveals.
James Wan, Atomic Monster CEO + Founder, was also in attendance and introduced the trailer for Blumhouse's big summer pic M3GAN 2.0, which bows on June 27.

It was built in 1922 by Stiles O. Clements, the architect who designed the Art Deco Wiltern Theatre and El Capitan Theater. According to Mansion Global, Paul isn't the first celebrity to make it his home. Soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has put quite the ring on his longtime girlfriend's finger. Ronaldo, 40, and Georgina Rodriguez, who has been his girlfriend since 2017, are now engaged, as the latter shared as such on Monday. In an Instagram post, Rodriguez showed off her new, massive, oval-shaped engagement ring with a heartwarming caption in Spanish. "Yes, I do. In this and in all my lives," Rodriguez's caption read when translated to English. Rodriguez was rumored to be engaged to Ronaldo, as she's been seen with a ring on that finger. However, this is the first time she has posted wearing it. Ronaldo and Rodriguez made waves when they showed up together for the Best FIFA Football Awards in Zurich in January 2017. In May of that year, they made their relationship Instagram official.
