McDonald's drive-thru blocked off after car shot up in DeKalb County
DeKalb County police are investigating a possible shootout at a McDonald's.
Officers have taped off the drive-thru window at the fast food restaurant in the 2700 block of Panola Road.

Channel 2's Steve Gehlbach spotted a car with several gunshot holes in its front windshield.
A witness told Gehlbach that another car pulled up to the drive-thru and started shooting.
Channel 2 Action News has reached out to DeKalb County Police to confirm if anyone was injured.

Four young people shot, one dead in Northwest Jacksonville
Three people are in the hospital, and one person is dead following a shooting in Magnolia Gardens. It happened around 9 p.m. on Wednesday at the Vista Landing Apartments on Cleveland Road. 2 officers, driver injured after crashing into building, police say
Two Ohio police officers and another driver were injured after crashing into each other and then into a building Wednesday night. Former City of Atlanta executive found guilty of accepting millions in bribes resentenced
A judge resentenced disgraced former City of Atlanta executive Mitzi Bickers on Wednesday. A jury convicted Bickers in 2022 of bribery, tied to a pay-for-play scheme. Prosecutors said she accepted millions of dollars from businessmen to secure city contracts. An appeals court voided part of that conviction last year.
