To try and build the roster further, the team added some quality players in free agency like tight end Evan Engram and linebacker Dre Greenlaw.
Then, in the 2025 NFL Draft, the team selected talented defensive back Jahdae Barron out of Texas in the first round. Barron is a versatile defender who could help out at cornerback or safety.
In the second round, the team added talented UCF running back R.J. Harvey to improve the ground game. Javonte Williams left in free agency, so running back figured to be a big need.
Some of the other picks include edge-rusher Sai'vion Jones and wide receiver Pat Bryant. Now, let's identify the best and worst pick the team made during the draft.
Best: Round 1, Pick 20- Jahdae Barron, DB, Texas
Jahdae Barron is a really nice player who could immediately thrive in Denver.
Most mock drafts had the team selecting a running back or wide receiver in the first round, so it was a bit surprising to see Barron be the pick. However, this could be the best possible pick for an immediate impact.
Barron will likely play in the slot next to Riley Moss and Pat Surtain II. This gives the Broncos a young, promising corner trio that could excel for years to come.
Some mock drafts had Barron going even higher than No. 20, so this is great value for the Broncos. Expect Barron to contribute immediately and be in the running for Defensive Rookie of the Year.
Worst: Round 4, Pick 134- Que Robinson, EDGE, Alabama
The pick of Que Robinson in the fourth-round was strange. The Broncos selected another SEC edge-rusher just one round earlier in Sai'vion Jones.
I don't hate the idea of doubling up at the position, but Robinson wasn't the best value pick here. Robinson collected just 6.5 sacks over four seasons at Alabama and didn't have the athleticism or speed off the edge to build up his draft stock.
The Broncos would have been much better off addressing another team need with this pick, such as defensive tackle or center.
For example, instead of taking Robinson, the team could have taken defensive linemen like Tonka Hemingway or Joshua Farmer or even an interior offensive lineman like Drew Kendall.

As the franchise's next QB of the future, they'll need him to be ready to take the reigns in 2026. Aside from looking out for his younger teammates, the Giants are also going to need Wilson to take care of business on the field. Their sights might not be set on a Super Bowl, but New York will still want to be competitive. With the NFC East set to be one of the more cutthroat divisions in the league this season, the Giants have to hope they can get quality production from their biggest offseason addition.

Garett Bolles gives back to community with free youth football camp Denver Broncos left tackle Garett Bolles hosted a youth football camp for Colorado youth through his GB3 Foundation on Monday evening. The 300 participants, aged third through eighth grade, gathered at Legend High School in Parker, Colorado, to learn the game from Bolles, who is entering his ninth year with the Broncos. "I love giving back to the youth, not only in the juvenile court systems, but also in the high schools helping kids out as best as I can, and giving them faith, giving them a dream to be able to go out and live their dream like I'm living mine," said Bolles. "This is a dream come true to be able to give back to the community, and give them something to look forward to." The camps mean a lot to Bolles, who wasn't a football player until late in his teenage years. "This (camp) is what it's all about, to give me a voice and a platform to give back in the community, and to benefit (the kids) like they benefit me," said Bolles. "They do a lot more for me than I do for them. They touch my heart, put a smile on my face and make my job so much easier to go out and play on Sundays. Seeing the kids and they're cheering my name, that's what it's all about." The camp was free to attend, which was unusual. "I don't want to charge any kid," Bolles explained. "I wanted them to come out here and experience what I've experienced. A lot of these people, they come from different backgrounds. Some low-income families, some higher-end families, just a broad range of people. To be able to give back to them with a free camp, and to the community, give back to the people who love and care for me and gave me an opportunity and a voice, and a platform to boost my foundation, boost my ability to play football, I wanted it to be free so they can have that same ability." Participants received a GB3 Foundation t-shirt and wristbands that were marked with the New Testament scripture 2 Timothy 4:7: "I have fought the good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith" (emphasis added). Finishing was a big theme of the youth camp, as Bolles addressed the youth. Check out the video from the camp below. Bolles also had some of his teammates stop by to assist. Offensive lineman Frank Crum and backup center Nick Gargiulo were among those who showed up to support Bolles and his foundation.

Either way, Alexander can now find a new team, and there are quite a few that are going to be interested in his services. 5. Los Angeles Rams Another star cornerback is currently in the mix for the Los Angeles Rams, who is former secondary shut-down corner Jalen Ramsey. The Miami Dolphins are set to trade Ramsey, and his ending up with his former team would make sense. If the Ramsey trade does not come to fruition for the Rams, expect LA to attempt to land Alexander. The team already has Akhello Witherspoon and Quentin Lake, but adding Alexander would make this group elite. 4. Philadelphia Eagles The Philadelphia Eagles lost Darius Slay and Isaiah Rodgers to free agency, leaving the team with Kelee Ringo and Adoree Jackson opposite Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean. Again, this secondary is still quite formidable, but adding a talent like Alexander would put the unit over the top in terms of defensive capabilities. 3. Buffalo Bills The aforementioned Bills could still make a play for Alexander, especially now that he has been released. The team currently has Christian Benford, Maxwell Hairston, and Taron Johnson, but Alexander would boost the team. The Bills allowed 226.1 yards per game on average in passing in 2024. Adding Alexander could significantly improve that number, giving the team a more well-rounded defense. 2. The defense also lost Charvarius Ward, so more secondary help is needed. Adding Alexander to a defensive unit that includes Fred Warner, Nick Bosa, and now Bryce Huff, would make the team far more dangerous. Robert Saleh is also back as defensive coordinator, and he would likely relish at the idea of bringing in a strong veteran like Alexander. 1. Miami Dolphins As mentioned above, the Dolphins are currently in the middle of trying to trade Ramsey. When he is traded, it will leave the team exposed on the secondary side of things. Storm Duck, Cam Smith, Kader Kohou, and Ethan Bonner make up a secondary with many questions. The Dolphins want to compete in the AFC, along with the AFC West, meaning they need a strong veteran presence to be added. Look no further than Alexander. Granted, there are other veterans like Asante Samuel Jr., whom the team has already contacted. However, Alexander's release could become a godsend for the Dolphins.
