The beloved BBC comedy Here We Go is returning for a third series, following the resounding success of its first two seasons.
Created by Tom Basden, the show has become a firm favourite among telly enthusiasts, who have been captivated by the tumultuous escapades of the Jessop family.
Set in Bedford, Here We Go provides an unfiltered look at the family's highs and lows, with episodes often featuring nostalgic flashbacks and footage from teenager Sam's (played by Jude Morgan-Collie) handheld camera.
Comprising seven episodes, Here We Go was commissioned by Jon Petrie, the BBC's Director of Comedy.

What is Here We Go about?
Here We Go chronicles the daily life of the Jessop family. Labelled as a "chaotic comedy", there's never a moment of boredom in the Jessop household, reports the Express.
In the upcoming series, the Jessops will be seen grappling with new jobs, love, loss, and family gatherings. There's even a family holiday to Malta on the cards, which unsurprisingly doesn't go as planned.
Giving us a sneak peek into what's in store, the BBC shared: "Mum Rachel is embarking on her new career as a therapist. dad Paul, now a police constable, continues his mission to earn the respect of his colleagues - and his children. Uncle Robin and wife Cherry are preoccupied with their new addition, baby Atlas, while Amy is still navigating her way through her twenties.
"Grandmother Sue has moved back into the family home and Sam is, of course, on hand, capturing all the calamity on camera from bungee jumps to riverside baptisms. Series three also sees a family holiday to Malta, where, of course, nothing goes according to plan."

The third instalment of Here We Go features Tom Basden, the creator of the popular BBC series, alongside Jim Howick, Katherine Parkinson, and Jude Morgan-Collie.
Alison Steadman, a fan favourite from Gavin & Stacey, will be making a return, joined by Freya Parks from Vera, Unforgotten's Tori Allen-Martin, Jon Furlong from The Last Kingdom, Ed Kear from The Batman, and Mica Ricketts, known for her role in Best Interests.
The new series also showcases an impressive line-up of guest stars, including Jane Horrocks, Robert Glenister, Jamali Maddix, Susannah Fielding, Seb Cardinal, Ed Kear, Jon Furlong, Sunil Patel, Kevin Garry, Kathryn Drysdale, and Stevie Martin.

Rob Brydon is set to front a brand new BBC gameshow, Destination X, which sees 13 strangers travel around Europe - but how does the show work and what can you win? Rob Brydon is launching an exciting new BBC gameshow that turns Europe into a giant board game. Destination X sees 13 strangers compete to be crowned champion, as they set off on the journey of a lifetime. The ten-part series, which debuts on the BBC on Wednesday, July 30, combines The Traitors with Race Across The World. Contestants are whisked around the continent with no clue of their location or destination as they attempt to uncover the truth amongst the hints, deception, and falsehoods they encounter. "It's the adventure of a lifetime, with one simple question at its heart: where in the world am I? Rob Brydon masterminds the high-stakes competition where nothing is as it seems...," the synopsis reveals. Discussing the magnitude of the big-budget programme, which was filmed over 32 days and required 190 crew members to use 7,000 hotel rooms across 30 hotels as they journeyed 11,000 km through Europe with more than 40 vehicles, Rob said it was unlike anything he'd experienced previously, reports Wales Online. He revealed: "I love the thought of the scale of it, because I've never done anything in television with that scale. We go all over Europe to some fantastic places, so the appeal was working on a show of that scale." "We had the chance to turn Europe into a board game, so we immediately thought that the way we bring scale to the challenges is we just get incredible locations and we take over whole castles, we run a train on a public network, we take over cable car systems, the scale just goes up and up and it's like, actually, what fun can we have with those toys?" executive producer Dan Adamson added. How does Destination X work? Destination X takes 13 strangers and puts them in a totally unknown location. Their senses are jumbled, and they're deprived of access to the outside world while being transported on a coach. Deprived of any access to reality, including how far they've travelled and what country they're in, the contestants are travelling through Europe, reaching stops where they're given a series of clues and red herrings to see if they can correctly guess where they are. Some of those stops involve the players being able to explore an unknown location somewhere, looking for clues, whilst others restrict them to just peeks through a small window, with the hints set up by producers. At the end of each day, they individually put an 'X' on a map to indicate their guess, with the one furthest away from where they are being eliminated. The last person remaining, the one who is closest in guessing their location, wins a prize. What do you win? The players are battling it out to win £100,000, with one making it to the end after 10 episodes and being the closest to guessing their location. Included in the line-up for the show's first season are a pilot, a taxi driver, an endurance athlete, a crime writer, a retired detective sergeant and a content creator. Talking about his role in the game, Rob added: "I wanted to dissolve the tension and I always wanted to encourage them, it's £100,000 and this would be a lovely thing for someone to win." Destination X will air on BBC One and iPlayer, beginning on Wednesday, July 30 at 9pm, with two episodes dropping each week.

All the signs Cat Deeley and Patrick Kielty had split as they announce shock separation after 12 years of marriage
After 12 years of marriage, Cat Deeley and Patrick Kielty announced they were separating on Tuesday. But while the shock announcement was a surprise to fans, there were subtle signs that the former couple were on the rocks. Confirming their split in a joint statement, they said: 'We have taken the decision to end our marriage and are now separated. There is no other party involved. 'We will continue to be united as loving parents to our children and would therefore kindly ask for our family privacy to be respected. There will be no further comment.' Cat and Patrick first met in 2002 while they hosted BBC talent show Fame Academy, however sparks didn't fly between the couple until 10 years later. After being friends for years, their friendship turned to romance thanks to his major gesture when he flew all the way from Belfast to Los Angeles for brunch with Cat. One of the signs that their relationship wasn't rock solid, was that Cat notably did not attend Patrick's mother Mary's funeral back in March. It was reported that she stayed home in order to support their two young children, Milo, nine, and James, seven, who were suffering the loss of their grandmother. Patrick, 54, looked bereft as he carried Mary's coffin through his home village, where he was joined by close family and friends at the Church of the Sacred Heart. A spokesperson for Cat told Daily Mail at the time: 'Cat remained at home to be there for her two young children before and after school on this very sad day.' Patrick's mother, who was in her 80s, passed away at her home in the village of Dundrum on Saturday. A death notice said Mary 'will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her entire family circle, neighbours and friends.' And the couple's social media was another telling sign of their impending split. While he may be less active than Cat, Patrick's last post about her was back in February 2024 when she landed the This Morning job. He wrote at the time: 'I didn't know what a morning person actually was until I met this woman. She gets up every day with a smile on her face. A 5.30am, whistling in the shower, smile on her face. Then downs two coffees, and gives you the look. The "what the f*€K's wrong with you, let's do this" look. 'It's not a pretend smile. And it's not just some mornings. It's every morning. Meanwhile Patrick hasn't featured on Cat's Instagram since the same day as his gushing This Morning tribute when she reposted it, despite the fact that she shares social media posts on a more than weekly basis. Another sign of trouble between the pair was a lack of public appearances in the last year. Pictures showed the pair enjoying a summer holiday to St Tropez last August, where they looked in high spirits. But their last red carpet appearance together was as far back as September 18, 2023, when they attended the Ballywalter London premiere at The May Fair Hotel. And a month before they looked loved-up at the launch of fragrance brand e11even founded by Cat and Amanda Grossman. This came just two months after they attended the Irish Film and Television Academy (IFTA) Awards together in May 2023. Back in 2024 Patrick opened up about the tricky times the couple had faced balancing their careers as both juggle parenting and hosting TV shows. Prior to her job at This Morning, Cat was the host of So You Think You Can Dance over in the US. Speaking about a period during Christmas 2023, Patrick told The Times: 'There was a moment after Christmas that was tricky. 'She had to fly to Atlanta for seven weeks. There was a wee bit of a juggle there. But I think with all these things, as long as you have a routine, it doesn't take as much fizz out of you as some people think.' Discussing how things have changed since her move to This Morning he added: 'Because Cat's doing her stuff in the morning, she would normally be back just after lunchtime. And we've got the start of the week and the weekends together, so it's not "Hi/bye".' The former couple are estimated to be worth approximately £11million with Cat believed to be on around £600,000 per year to host This Morning. Patrick, on the other hand, was given a three-year, £216,000 contract to host 30 episodes of the Late Late Show, after he took over from Ryan Tubridy. Meanwhile last year Cat stunned ITV viewers when she made a shock bedroom confession on This Morning. She and her co-host Ben Shephard were discussing whether separate rooms are the key to a happy marriage alongside Linda Lusardi and married couple Emma and Kevin - who choose to sleep in separate bedrooms. Speaking about her own bedroom arrangements, Cat revealed her sleeping situation with Patrick. She explained: 'It's one of those things that because of our schedule here [This Morning], from Monday to Thursday I sleep in the guest bedroom and the rest of the time I'm back. 'Because otherwise I get up at 5am and I want to fall asleep earlier.' Previously talking about how they got together Patrick told the Daily Mail: 'Well there had always been a spark between us, but either she was with someone or I was, and then she moved to LA, so opportunities for something to develop were limited. 'Unless someone was stupid enough to get on a plane, nothing would have happened. 'Cat was in LA and I was in Northern Ireland, so I texted her to wish her a happy birthday. 'When she said she was having a birthday lunch at the Beverly Hills Hotel, I said I'd be there. She told me to go to sleep as I was drunk. 'That was 2am. I got up at 5am, went to Belfast airport for 6am, got the 7.15am flight to Heathrow, landed at 8.30am, took off again at 9.40am and arrived in LA at 1.15pm. 'I was at the Beverly Hills Hotel by 2.15pm. When I walked in, Cat looked at me and said: "Oh, you're good!"' They married in a secret, intimate ceremony in Rome in 2012 with their close family and friends present. A wedding photo showed the pair looking blissfully happy as they enjoy a celebratory drink at their wedding reception. The couple lived in California for over 14 years as she presented So You Think You Can Dance but they put their Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $4.9 million (£3.8 million). They moved back to North London in 2020, prior to Cat securing her job at This Morning amid fears of gun violence following an incident in which Patrick had to hide from a gunman in a Los Angeles mall.
