ALBAWABA- In a dramatic shift, Sudan has severed diplomatic relations with the United Arab Emirates and formally designated it an 'aggressive state,' accusing Abu Dhabi of undermining Sudanese sovereignty. The decision was announced by the Security and Defense Council, which also invoked Article 51 of the UN Charter to affirm Sudan's right to defend itself by all means necessary.
