TO say it's been a year of ups and downs for Inverness Caledonian Thistle would be an understatement to say the least.
But after surviving the drop against all odds and now preparing to exit administration, the club is looking to rebuild for the future.

Scott Kellacher - who recently featured on our One-on-One series - was appointed manager in October after previous boss Duncan Ferguson left the club as they were unable to pay him and his players.
At that point it looked as though Caley Thistle were doomed.
They had been slapped with a 15-point deduction for entering administration and the financial outlook was grim, with club chiefs having knocked back a £1.2m bid to save them.
As recent as March the club was at serious risk of going under as there were no serious offers to take them out of the doldrums.
The economic issues meant they faced losing up to three-quarters of their playing squad.
But last month a deal was agreed that would see them EXIT administration and a few weeks later they officially beat the drop thanks to a 3-0 win over eventual League One champions Arbroath.
Inverness aren't completely out of the mire yet but the future looks much brighter now - and they have started planning for next season.
Kellacher will aim to build on this season's seventh-placed finish and 11 players have been handed new contracts ahead of the upcoming campaign.
Four stars remain locked in talks over extending their deals and a further three youth players have signed their first pro contracts.
One player has been released and six loanees have returned to their parent clubs.

"The club are pleased to confirm 11 players in total have agreed new contracts and three players from the ICTFC Academy have agreed their first professional contracts.
"A full statement regarding the Academy players who have agreed their first professional contracts with the club will be released in due course.
"The club can also confirm that striker Ethan Cairns will be released upon expiry of his current contract. Ethan had been with the club since he was 9 years-old and signed for the club full-time in 2021. In total Ethan made 22 appearances for ICTFC and scored once. Everyone at ICTFC would like to thank Ethan for his contributions while at the club and wish him the very best in the future.
"Six loan players have returned to their parent clubs: Alfie Bavidge, Ben Brannan, Keith Bray, Connall Ewan, James Nolan and Alfie Stewart. We'd like to thank all the players for their contributions at Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC and we wish them the very best in the future.
"The club would also like to place on record our thanks to Aberdeen FC, Dunfermline Athletic FC, Kilmarnock FC, Manchester United FC and Ross County FC for their assistance with loan players in 2024/25."

Left-field manager who replicated Ange Postecoglou's success in Australia emerges as hot candidate for SPFL job
WELL IN Left-field manager who replicated Ange Postecoglou's success in Australia emerges as hot candidate for SPFL job MARK JACKSON has emerged as a shock candidate for the Motherwell job. SunSport can reveal the boss of A-League side Central Coast Mariners is among names being considered to succeed Michael Wimmer. 1 Ange Postecoglou and Matt McKay in Brisbane Roar's Double-winning season Credit: Getty Leeds-born Jackson, a former defender who mainly played in England's lower leagues, has spent the past three years Down Under after previously bossing MK Dons. He has won an A-League Premiership and Championship as well as the Asian Champions League Two title. In the 2023-24 season Jackson and the Mariners won a Double, emulating ex-Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou who achieved the feat with Brisbane Road in 2010-11. Jackson, 47, honed his coaching talents working at Leeds United, where he came through the ranks as a player. After starting out as the Elland Road club's Under-15s boss he quickly moved his way up the ranks. He had experience working under Marcelo Bielsa before being promoted to first team coach by successor Jesse Marsch. Jackson was appointed MK Dons boss in December 2022 with the side sitting 22nd in League One but was sacked just six months later when they were relegated. Well have been searching for a new manager since German Wimmer stunned the club by quitting last month after just 12 games in charge. He claimed his reason for leaving was down to family matters before being appointed as boss of SSV Jahn Regensburg in his homeland. The likes of Tony Docherty and Robbie Neilson have also been linked with the Fir Park vacancy. More to follow. Josh is using his knowledge to help North Wales Crusaders
Eaves has been a key part of the set-up this season at Crusaders, helping the side to occupy a lofty position in the League One standings with half of the season now completed. He has formed a strong bond with club colleague Joe Baldwin and Eaves is imparting all the knowledge he has picked up over the course of his career to date. Eaves told CruCast: 'Obviously, Baldy's only a young lad. I've been in similar positions to Baldy. 'I've been privileged and lucky enough to learn off the best hooker for five years when I was at Saints in James Roby and I had Keiron Cunningham as a coach for a year. 'I've played at Leigh on dual-reg with Mickey Higham. So, I've had experience with probably three of the best hookers there's been, but I've also played with other hookers. 'So, I've been like a sponge in my early career. Obviously, I am getting on now, coming up for 28 in a few months, but just it's about passing that experience, that knowledge, that understanding of the game down to Joe and what can I say about Baldy? 'Obviously, he's probably not happy with the minutes he's getting. But, what I can tell you, he trains the absolute house down. 'He's probably one of the best trainers and when he comes on, he does his job. He doesn't overplay. 'He just does his job. So, he's been really good.' Baldwin began his playing career at Orrell St James as a junior, before he was signed by Wigan Warriors in 2019. He gained valuable experience with the Super League champions, prior to making the move to North Wales in 2024. Making an impact within Carl Forster's side, Baldwin became a key figure towards the back end of last season, picking up the young player of the year accolade at the club's end of season awards. While Eaves is helping Baldwin on his journey, the opposite is also the case. Eaves added: 'Obviously, pre-season, guiding him if you want to say. But, also he pushes me, obviously, because I used to be that young, fit lad running about the field, winning every concession. 'But, now he's there, I'm trying to keep up with him and that. It's a good little competition, but we also have a good relationship off the field. 'We're quite close off the field. He's always sitting next to me on the bus, robs my sweets and that! 'But, we do have a close relationship.' Anther big weekend is in the offing for North Wales Crusaders in League One. Crusaders are leading the way in the standings and they play host to second-placed Midlands Hurricanes on Sunday.
