It's been four months since the public first knew the Real Madrid hero was with the social media star.
Castro, 27, regularly posts fashionable pictures from exotic locations on Instagram.
But now she's felt the desire to share her feelings for the £115million star - with sweet pics and video clips never seen before.
Castro is in America as Bellingham and Co attempt to win the Club World Cup.
Stormy conditions have led to several matches being suspended.
But Castro's relationship with Bellingham is sailing along smoothly, judging by the dreamy new photos she's put on social media.

One showed the couple embracing tenderly as she added the words: "Happy birthday. I love you so much!"
Castro also gave an insight into the personal qualities that attracted her to the former Borussia Dortmund ace.
She described him as the "most thoughtful, kind hearted, hard working, incredible human I've ever met".
And these dazzling attributes mean "You bring so much light into the world".
Jude Bellingham's girlfriend Ashlyn Castro releases emotional statement on relationship history
The couple have been pictured together on a handful of occasions since February - but never in such private moments.
It's not known which of Castro's compliments Bellingham finds most touching.
But she also threw in the revelation that she "cant' forget best dance partner" and that he was also the "the best karaoke partner".
That's particularly apt - as Bellingham will be at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens on Tuesday, for arguably the biggest tie of the CWC last 16.
In fact, the part-time "singer" will go from Hey Jude to Play Juve as Real are taking on the Italian giants - with Castro sure to be there supporting him.

Fever lose G Sophie Cunningham to season-ending knee injury

August 19 - The Indiana Fever's injury woes continued after guard Sophie Cunningham was ruled out for rest of the season Tuesday because of a right knee injury. Cunningham was injured in the second quarter of the Fever's 99-93 overtime win over the host Connecticut Sun on Sunday after teammate Bria Hartley ran into her while making a pass. She was ruled out for the remainder of the game and later diagnosed with an MCL tear, according to multiple media reports. Indiana (19-16) was playing without star guard Caitlin Clark (right groin) for the 13th straight game. The Fever also lost guards Aari McDonald (foot) and Sydney Colson (knee) earlier this month with season-ending injuries. To replace Cunningham on the roster, the Fever signed veteran guard Shey Peddy to a seven-day hardship contract and also released rookie guard Kyra Lambert. Cunningham, who turned 29 on Saturday, averaged 8.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 25.2 minutes in 30 games (13 starts) in her first season with the Fever. She gained national attention earlier this season when she came to Clark's defense during an in-game altercation. Cunningham played her first six seasons in the WNBA with the Phoenix Mercury (2019-24) and averaged 7.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 22.8 minutes in 182 regular-season games (92 starts). Cunningham also averaged 5.8 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 19.5 minutes in 15 playoff games (six starts) for Phoenix. The Mercury selected Cunningham in the second round (13th overall) in the 2019 WNBA Draft out of Missouri. Indiana acquired her as part of a 10-team trade on Feb. 2. Peddy, 36, played in six games (five starts) earlier this season for the Los Angeles Sparks on a hardship contract and averaged 5.0 points, 2.7 assists and 23.0 minutes. For her career, Peddy has averaged 5.9 points, 2.3 assists and 18.7 minutes in 122 regular-season games (34 starts) for the Washington Mystics (2019-20), Mercury (2020-23) and Sparks. Lambert, 28, appeared in Sunday's game for Indiana and played the final five seconds. --Field Level Media

Kanye West's former Malibu home back on sale as deal turns ugly

A Malibu home once owned by Kanye West is back on the market after a deal to sell the property to a developer collapsed in acrimony. The concrete structure was designed by the famed Japanese architect Tadao Ando for a Wall Street financier before West paid $57.3 million for it in 2021. The controversial rapper and fashion designer gutted the four-bedroom beachfront property before selling it last year for $21 million to the investor Bo Belmont. It seemed that the house had a buyer, with the developer Andrew Mazzella in contract to pay $30 million for a rare Ando work outside Japan. However, the agreement has collapsed as the owner and would-be buyer engage in a feud, with Belmont calling Mazzella a 'cowboy'. The house has been relisted for $34.9 million.
