Chiefs' New Post on Patrick Mahomes Amid Offseason is Turning Heads

Chiefs' New Post on Patrick Mahomes Amid Offseason is Turning Heads originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The Kansas City Chiefs have been sitting atop the NFL over the past several seasons, led by quarterback Patrick Mahomes and head coach Andy Reid. Advertisement Kansas City has made its way to three straight Super Bowls, having won two of the last three title games. Last season with the Chiefs, Mahomes had yet another successful year, leading his team to the AFC Championship with wins over the Houston Texans and the Buffalo Bills in the postseason. During his time with the Chiefs, Mahomes has led the organization to three Super Bowl titles and five AFC championships while winning two NFL MVPs. One of the biggest stars in the NFL has been sure to take time for the fans during his road to success. Cowboys Icon Highlights Steelers' Aaron Rodgers Hypocrisy

Cowboys Icon Highlights Steelers' Aaron Rodgers Hypocrisy originally appeared on Athlon Sports. FRISCO - According to a former Dallas Cowboys star, the Pittsburgh Steelers have jumped from the frying pan right into the fire. Advertisement When the Steelers traded talented-but-temperamental receiver George Pickens to the Cowboys, rumors out of Pittsburgh surfaced that one of the reasons they gave up on him was his penchant for creating locker-room drama and distractions. Iron-fisted, football-first head coach Mike Tomlin doesn't put up with nonsense, the theory went. Until ... hello, Aaron Rodgers. Not sure what happened to Tomlin — did he go "soft" overnight? — but the Steelers want their fans to believe that Rodgers won't be the distraction they claimed Pickens was. It is Rodgers, remember, who claims that 9/11 was an inside job, that he knows more about COVID than Dr. Anthony Fauci, and that he could simply "manifest" a Super Bowl with the New York Jets with positive thoughts and vibes. He also flirted with a political career last summer and then skipped a Jets minicamp to vacation in Egypt. Advertisement On the field, Rodgers' mediocre play helped lead to a 1-4 start that got both the head coach and general manager fired. After a 5-12 season, the Jets let him walk. He is 41, and the lone Super Bowl of his 20-year career came in 2011. It was Cowboys content creator Jordan Tucker who first pointed out Pittsburgh's hypocrisy on social media. Then Dez Bryant chimed in. Wrote Tucker, "Imagine moving on from George Pickens thinking he was a locker room distraction only to end up with Aaron Rodgers as your QB." Added Dez, "You said it." To be fair, Dez knew his way around a distraction or two during his Cowboys career. And soon after agreeing with Tucker, Bryant glowed about the prospect of Rodgers succeeding in Pittsburgh. Advertisement Wrote Dez, "I think Aaron Rodgers is going to ball in Pittsburgh." Despite that seeming flip-flop, Dez's initial point stands: The Steelers rid themselves of a player who causes distractions to save their season, and have now signed a player notorious for causing distractions in an attempt to save their season. Taylor Swift Dances With Travis Kelce as They Attend Nashville Wedding

and Travis Kelce watched a romantic dance as they attended a wedding together. Footage emerged of the 'Bad Blood' singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end via social media on Friday, June 6, watching the bride and groom slow-dancing. Swift and Kelce danced along in their seats as they watched on. At the event, Swift appeared to be taking style cues from her debut album era. Photos emerged of the 'Bad Blood' singer via social media that showed Swift making fashion and beauty choices that looked similar to the cover of her self-titled album that came out in 2006. Swift, 35, was the epitome of country girl chic as she rocked a gorgeous strapless floral midi dress and styled her blonde locks in loose curls to complete the look. Taylor Swift Looks Ethereal in Ivory at New York City Wedding, Brings Travis Kelce as Date According to fans on social media, the couple was reportedly attending a wedding in Nashville, Tennessee. Speculation is rife that the groom at the wedding is Kelce's cousin, although neither Swift nor Kelce, 35, have publicly confirmed any details surrounding the sighting. Text on an image shared by a fan account via X read, 'Not Taylor Swift being at my friend's friend's cousin's wedding…' The post was also captioned, 'A Fairy Princess attending a wedding today!😊' Earlier this week, Swift and Kelce were spotted enjoying a sweet date night together in a restaurant. Footage of the night out emerged via X and showed the couple in great spirits, smiling and seated close to one another in the restaurant. Following an incredibly busy period for both Swift and Kelce after the singer wrapped her mammoth Eras tour in December 2024 and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end played the Super Bowl in February, the couple are deliberately laying low. They've mostly avoided the spotlight since the Super Bowl and stepped out publicly just a few times. Taylor Swift Attends Travis Kelce's Kansas City Chiefs Game Against New England Patriots A source exclusively told Us Weekly on Wednesday, June 4 that Swift and Kelce are avoiding the spotlight on purpose. 'They are making fewer public appearances together because [their relationship] brings too much unwanted attention,' the source told Us, 'but there isn't trouble in paradise.' Speaking to Australia's Today show in February ahead of the Super Bowl, Kelce's dad Ed Kelce spoke about how the couple spending quality time together without the pressure of their high-profile work commitments will be beneficial for their relationship. 'I think, you know, once we get past the Super Bowl, I think it's going to be a very good period of time for the two of them,' he told Today cohosts Karl Stefanovic and Sarah Abo. 'Without the NFL season, without the Eras tour. Just them alone really connecting more. I think that can only be a good thing.
