The Instagram story detailed the severity of the incident: 'Tory was stabbed 14 times - including 7 wounds to his back, 4 to his torso, 2 to the back of his head, and 1 to the left side of his face. Both of his lungs collapsed, and he was placed on a breathing apparatus. He is now breathing on his own. Despite being in pain, he is talking normally, in good spirits, and deeply thankful to God that he is pulling through. He also wants to thank everyone for their continued prayers and support.'
According to TMZ, the 32-year-old rapper was allegedly attacked by another inmate during an altercation in the prison yard at the California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi.
As news of the stabbing spread, the hashtag #FreeTory began trending on X (formerly Twitter).

Navi Mumbai: Two women from Airoli became victims of cyber fraud using the modus operandi of digital arrest and befriending on social media. Ranchi/ Bokaro/ Hazaribag/ Dhanbad: Bakrid was celebrated on Saturday even as the district administrations were on alert to prevent any untoward incident. Devotes offered prayers and greeted each other. Inspector general (operations) Michael Raj said, "No untoward incident has been reported so far." In Ranchi, magistrates, along with police, were stationed around 120 places. The movement of vehicles on roads leading to religious places was regulated. Officials kept tabs on religious places with CCTV cameras. Social media platforms were also under lens to prevent anti-social elements from disrupting social harmony.
