During an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Adah was asked about how she handles rejection, losing roles, or situations where she was initially selected but ultimately replaced. She responded with heartfelt honesty, sharing that she has gone through all these experiences. Adah acknowledged that such moments do cause pain. Like anyone else, she feels hurt, gets emotional, and sometimes even sheds tears.
She explained, 'Yes all of the above.
I feel bad like all humans do, I cry a little or lots depending on the magnitude of the loss and how attached and invested I was. Then I use all of that trauma and save it in my head and use it as emotional memory for my performances.'
Using Personal Pain to Enhance Acting
The actress draws from her personal experiences of pain to enrich her performances, believing that this emotional honesty helps her portray characters with greater sincerity.
