Triumph India has announced that they are offering a free 10-year warranty on the Scrambler 400 X. This includes a 5-year standard and a 5-year extended warranty. However, it is important to note that this offer is applicable only till 31st May 2025. Apart from this, the brand recently launched a new colour scheme called Lava Red Satin, which replaces the Volcanic Red. There are no changes to the rest of the colour schemes.
As standard, the Triumph Scrambler 400 X comes with a two-year unlimited kilometre standard warranty along with an extended warranty of three years and 45,000 km. What is the price of the Triumph Scrambler 400 X?

The Scrambler 400 X features a headlight grille, standard mirrors in place of bar-end mirrors, knuckle guards, a bash plate, an altered exhaust system, and a larger front wheel. It is also fitted with dual-purpose tires and switchable ABS.
The suspension has been enhanced, offering an additional 10 mm of travel at the front and 20 mm at the rear compared to the Speed 400, resulting in a total suspension travel of 150 mm for both ends. The Scrambler 400 X is equipped with a larger 320 mm front disc brake, while the rear disc remains unchanged. However, the front brake lacks the sharpness found in the Speed 400, as Triumph has opted for non-sintered brake pads to provide a smoother braking experience rather than a sudden stop. However, the same engine churns out a peak power and torque output of 40 hp and 37.5 Nm, respectively, for the Speed 400, Scrambler 400X, and Scrambler 400XC. Triumph 400s get a 10-year warranty The KTM 390 Duke has a 399cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that works in conjunction with a six-speed gearbox and propels a peak power and torque output of 46 hp and 39 Nm, respectively. The prices of the KTM 390 Duke start from Rs 2.97 lakh (ex-showroom). Whereas, the price of the most affordable motorcycle in Triumph's 400cc lineup- the Speed T4 starts from Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

Affordable Triumph Scrambler under development Triumph Motorcycles is preparing a new, more accessible variant of its Scrambler 400 X as part of a comprehensive strategy to broaden its entry-level offerings. This upcoming model, informally referred to as the Scrambler T4, is anticipated to feature a simplified aesthetic and a more affordable price point, similar to how the Speed T4 is positioned below the Speed 400.
