this week in front of a live audience following his defeat of Cody Rhodes in the WrestleMania main event, Cena said: "You guys ripped me to shreds for a genetic problem that I can't control. In unison, you chant and make me feel small and embarrass me. That is straight-up bullying and not cool."
The wrestler-turned-actor added: "Thank you for bullying me into surgical hair replacement. That's how far y'all pushed me." He stood by his decision, however, stating: "There is no shame in that. [Balding] happens to seven out of 10 dudes. I got a problem. I try to fix it."
When quizzed about the procedure by the show's panel, Cena, who was sporting a black hat to cover the top of his head, explained: 'You have to take the [hair] from the side and plant [it] in at the top. It just takes a while for it to come in."
He added that he expects significant hair growth in the coming weeks. "Hopefully in a couple of months, it looks better," he said. Despite revealing he underwent the procedure in November, the veteran wrestler humorously noted how he can't grow a moustache, saying that he's "got nothing."
WWE's WrestleMania concluded on Sunday night, with Cena making history by winning his 17th world championship. He cemented his legacy as the greatest of all time,
surpassing Ric Flair
to become the wrestler with the most world titles under his belt after toppling Cody Rhodes,
thanks to a little assistance from Texas-born rapper Travis Scott

Notably absent, though, was The Rock, who hasn't made an appearance since he lent Cena a hand earlier this year. It would appear to be the final time the two would share the ring, however, after Cena declared his retirement from WWE after a 22-year stint in February.
