US superstar Lana Del Rey's $273,000 five-room home that she shares with her husband revealed
Lana Del Rey and her alligator guide husband Jeremy Dufrene live in a humble Louisiana home he built himself and is now worth around $273,000 ($A425,000), reports The Sun.
Lana, 39, shocked fans when she married the boat captain, 49, in September 2024, just months after they began dating.
The pair had a low-key wedding in Des Allemandes, Louisiana - where Jeremy operates his popular swamp boat tours.
A marriage license from Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court listed an address where Lana and her husband reside.
Jeremy first bought the land many years ago and built his home from the ground up in 2021, according to property records.
It is described as a 'one wood frame, five room house, together with boat shed in front on the bank of bayou.'
Google images also show the home in Des Allemandes offers stunning views.
The town is known as the 'Catfish Capital of the Universe,' and is along the Bayou des Allemands.
Realtor.com estimates Jeremy's home is now worth around $273,000 based on tax assessment records, recent sale prices of comparable properties, and other factors.
Lana also owns a home in Los Angeles and is said to have spent time there with Jeremy and his three children, a son, and two daughters, who he shares with his ex-wife.
The singer reportedly purchased two neighbouring homes in Studio City in 2016, which cost around $6 million ($A9.3 million).
Rumours have also been swirling on TikTok that she has been househunting in Louisiana after getting married.
One user on the app posted a video telling followers: 'My dad just told me his gf's bff is selling Lana del Rey a house in Louisiana #what #ihaveconnections #omg #lanaily.'
Meanwhile, it appears Jeremy is still working as a tour guide despite his wife's staggering $30 million net worth.
A review posted in December on yelp.com reads: 'We had the absolute best time! Jeremy was an amazing captain and we hope to come back soon!'
Lana and Jeremy were first linked back in March 2019 after Lana took one of his boat tours.
The singer was in New Orleans for the BUKU Music + Art Project festival and shared photos from the experience on her social media, even tagging Jeremy and promoting Arthur's Air Boat Tours.
Lana went on to date police officer and TV star Sean Larkin, who appeared on Live PD, but she appeared to reconnect with Jeremy after the romance fizzled out during the pandemic.
They were first spotted in public together in May 2024, when she returned to Louisiana for the Hangout Fest.

The big problem with Meta's smart glasses
One of the most important elements of Mark Zuckerberg's mid-life glow-up has been the addition of a pair of thick-framed Ray-Ban spectacles. A decade on from Google's Glass debacle, Meta's stylish smart glasses are the surprise hit of this year. The fandom is a broad church. I have a pair of the sunglasses. So does Nigel Farage. No one has yet called me a glasshole (not out loud).

Stereophonics star Kelly Jones ditches junk food and alcohol from tour rider
Kelly Jones no longer has junk food and alcohol in his tour rider. The Stereophonics frontman has confessed that he opts for healthier snacks backstage in order to make sure that his jeans still fit him. Speaking to The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column ahead of Stereophonics' headline slot at the Isle of Wight festival this weekend, Kelly said: "The Nineties were crazy – a totally different social situation. It's like another planet now. "I think there are some things on our rider that are still the same as back then – because nobody has bothered to change it. "There's always beer and wine. It used to be 12 boxes of pizza and a crate of lager. But when your jeans stop fitting you, you've got to get that right – those requests don't work at 50!" The Dakota artist revealed that the rockers now have gym equipment and organic food ready for them when they come off stage. Kelly explained: "Let's say the takeaway order at the end of the night is a little more extravagant and healthier these days. "Now there's more gym gear backstage – that was definitely not there in the Nineties. "Like a weight bench and stuff. It sits there – it gathers clothes a lot. "We all still travel on the bus together, we all still go out for dinner together, we go for a drink after together. "Thankfully, we all get on – not every band does – and we've had the same crew for 25 years, so it's a family-orientated vibe." Meanwhile, Kelly revealed earlier this year that he turned down the chance to see a Stereophonics tribute band who have a lead singer called "Belly Jones". The Welsh rocker describes it as a privilege when people cover the band's music but chose not to attend a working men's club in his homeland to watch the tribute act over Easter. The 51-year-old musician told The Dave Berry Breakfast Show on Absolute Radio in April: "I wake up on Sunday mornings, and people send me clips of people at weddings and bars and pubs singing my stuff a lot. "And when I went home for Easter this weekend to see my family in Wales, my cousin said, 'Do you want to come up to the working man's club?' I said, 'Why? What's happening? And she said, 'There's a Stereophonics tribute band playing.'" He continued: "I think the singer, he's a big guy, he's called Belly Jones. So I said, 'No'. My missus was like, 'No, let's go.' Take the kids, have a good night."

Tensions rife in Beckham feud as Brooklyn buys LA mansion
Brooklyn Beckham has officially bought a US mansion with his wife Nicola Peltz in a move that has been described as a 'dagger to the heart' for his parents after their relationship began to crumble earlier this year. Beckham, 26, and Peltz, 30, closed on an illustrious US$14m (AU$21.7m) property in Hollywood last week after previously renting in the area. The luxurious home boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a state-of-the-art home cinema, a gym, and an infinity pool. The purchase represents a now permanent move to the US, with Beckham showing no sign of returning home anytime soon, a source revealed to The Sun. 'As an influencer he can work anywhere, but Brooklyn believes he has more opportunities in LA. It will be a dagger to the heart for his parents,' the insider said. 'Until now, the couple have always been renting so there was hope his relocation wouldn't be permanent. 'This house purchase quashes any last hopes.' The news comes after the British influencer snubbed his dad, David Beckham on Father's Day despite the football legend proudly sharing photos of his eldest son on Instagram. 'My most important & favourite job in life is being a dad ... I'm so proud of all of you and like daddy (sorry boys) tells you every single day I will always be here for you no matter what...,' Beckham, 50, captioned the series of cute family photos. 'Mummy thank you for doing the most important part and making me a father there is no greater gift in life than making me a dad... Happy Father's Day... I love you kiddies more than you could imagine..' David Beckham shared never-before-seen photos of his children in a post celebrating Father's Day. Credit: Instagram Rumours of tension began swirling earlier this year when Beckham failed to attend his father's 50th birthday celebrations — an uncharacteristic move for the usually sentimental eldest son. Beckham also recently shared a video of him and Peltz, which he captioned, 'I always choose you.' Earlier in June, fans noticed that Beckham had covered up a chest tattoo that once read 'mama's boy' with a large floral design that appears to replicate Peltz's bridal bouquet.
