The gal pals were dining at swanky French eatery Maison Bâtard on Friday, with one image showing what appeared to be a delectable strawberry tart that was about to be devoured by the pair.
Another shot showed Carina and Angelina posing up a storm as they sat at their table.
Carina certainly endured many comparisons to Kanye's ex Kim Kardashian during her time on MAFS, and it was one she didn't seem keen to shake during the dinner date.

She finished her look with a pair of large black Blegati sunglasses, sporting an aloof look as she posed next to Angelina.
Angelina, 21, was also a vision in black, in a velvet turtleneck top that hugged her slender form.
It comes after Angelina recently returned to Melbourne after a whirlwind overseas jaunt.
She was spotted heading to a local gym last week, stepping out in black and white activewear.
After hanging out with Kanye and his crew in Spain last month, the Instagram model spent time with his entourage in Japan.
She took to Instagram last week to share a series of photos of their latest trip, including images of herself dining at popular chain restaurant WAGYUMAFIA and shopping at a high-end store.
Meanwhile, a photo of the rapper, 48, posing in designer vintage store Amore also emerged online.
Angelina has wasted no time in maximising the profitability of these social media shopping trips with her brother-in-law.
She recently posted to her Instagram Stories to advertise a dizzying array of designer shoes, handbags, and winter coats for sale on her Depop account, which is linked in her Instagram bio.
The clothing is from a variety of designer and high street brands, and ranges from as affordable as $20 to as pricey as $700.
The younger Censori made a splash last August when she wore a pair of white Miu Miu underwear with a nude waistband at another of Ye's listening parties, and has been the most vocal supporter of her sister's marriage to the rapper.
She has also gushed about her style after Bianca's outfits made headlines around the world.
'[Bianca] has the best wardrobe,' she told Page 13 in January 2024 at Melbourne Fashion Week.
'I love fashion and I always like to do my own thing. I don't follow what influencers are doing but have my own take.'
Meanwhile, Carina has long drawn comparisons to the most famous Kardashian star, with some MAFS fans dubbing her 'Temu Kim'.
She was roasted after she wore a halter-neck dress that featured a curve-hugging, ruched bodice and a matching headscarf to a MAFS dinner party.
Internet sleuths were quick to discover she had borrowed the exact look from Kim's younger sister Kylie, who wore the same dress in a promotional shoot for The Kardashians.
In a showreel attached to her website, Carina shared a video in which she said her top five dream red carpet interviewees are: 'Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, The Weeknd and Drake.'
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia in January, Carina said she was flattered by the nickname, but laughed it off nonetheless.
'I mean, come on—I'm a little more classy than that! But honestly, I am inspired by Kim's fashion and style,' she said.

Alex Lloyd has revealed why he disappeared from the public eye after achieving success in the early 2000s. The Australian singer-songwriter, who was catapulted to fame with the song Amazing, performed to sold-out shows and topped the Triple J Hottest 100 list, before vanishing from the music scene. Speaking on Monday's episode of Australian Story, the 50-year-old explained how legal battles, drug addiction and a marriage breakdown saw him retreat from the spotlight - and why he's ready to make music again over a decade later. 'I've had extreme highs. I'm not saying I'm not lucky, but there's been some f***ing heavy s**t too,' he said on the program. Diving into his 'chaotic' childhood, Alex candidly revealed the struggles he faced living with his mother and her abusive partner and how he found solace in music as a busker. The death of Alex's mother led him to a low point, but a few years later he went on to write the chart-topping song Amazing, which achieved widespread success. Alex's high was short-lived when, in 2008, he was sued by a truck driver who alleged that he co-wrote the song with Alex shortly after his mother's passing. Despite the case eventually being withdrawn, Alex was left with $300,000 in legal fees and the revisited trauma of his mother's death, which he said 'just comes and bites you in the arse'. 'That court case made me go back to a place I didn't want to go back to. 'Cus I was the happiest guy on the planet before that,' he said. Soon after, Alex split from his wife and mother of his four children, Amelia Wasiliev, turning to alcohol and food to numb the pain. 'I lost my drive, I'd lost my passion to do things,' he confessed. 'I was 168kg and I was going out doing shows in front of 10,000 people, winery gigs, with my face on a massive screen. 'I didn't feel very good about myself and I didn't want to be on stage, but I needed the money.' The musician also struggled with chronic neck pain, an ailment that saw his doctor prescribe him the dangerously addictive opioid oxycodone, also called oxycontin. 'I had no idea what I was getting into with that drug, and I tried to get off it myself so many times,' he said of the medication. However, against all odds, Alex has come out the other end ready to try again. The former star underwent surgery on his stomach to control his weight, had a neck operation to alleviate his pain and received drug counselling to kick his painkiller addiction. Alex is now three years clean and making a grand return to what he loves most, music, releasing his first studio album in 12 years. 'Now, I'm seeing the world differently. And I think I'm ready to share this part of me now and be scrutinised again,' he shared. No details of the sale have been released, but the Herald Sun reports the property was sold 'close to' its listed asking price of $6.6 million. The successful sale comes after it was re-listed in June, following an earlier attempt to offload the house failed to find a buyer. Situated a mere 11 km from the CBD, the stylish home is a mix of classic Victorian-era architecture and chic updates. The original façade has been beautifully maintained, including decorative touches such as iron-lace finishings and arched windows. The beautiful vintage multi-level estate boasts six bedrooms, a pool and expansive gardens.
