Milwaukee Brewers
have notched their 12th consecutive victory, and with it comes a beloved hometown tradition:

Brewers
would win 12 straight games.

"AI not a technology but an opportunity to dream big": Raghav Chadha demands free access to advanced AI tools
New Delhi, India: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Raghav Chadha on Wednesday demanded that the government provide free subscriptions of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and others to every Indian during the Parliament session. The AAP leader highlighted the potential of emerging technologies in Rajya Sabha, saying, "Indians must be prepared for 2030 and hence must be given free subscriptions to generative AI tools. AI is not a technology but an opportunity to dream big and accomplish those dreams. AI will help boost India's productivity and save precious time." Chadha stressed that access to such tools could revolutionise the way Indians work, study and live. He further emphasised that AI can unlock India's true potential for farmers, students and even senior citizens. The MP argued that AI tools should not remain limited to the privileged few but be made universally accessible. He also cited examples of nations like the UAE, Singapore and China, which have already started providing their citizens with free access to advanced AI tools. "AI is beneficial for our farmers, students, businessmen and elderly," the AAP leader added. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Passive Income Ideas Sitting at Home Mone Click Here Undo He insisted that India must follow this global trend to remain competitive and forward-looking. He underlined that technology could support farmers in crop management, help students in education, assist businesses in expansion, and aid elderly citizens in their daily needs. "Due to their high cost, 140 crore Indians are not able to take advantage of the prospects that AI products offer. AI is expected to generate a $15 trillion industry by 2030," Chadha said. (ANI) Meanwhile, the Lok Sabha today passed The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill, aiming to promote e-sports and online social games while outlawing online money gaming. The Bill was introduced in the Lok Sabha earlier today. It was brought in to encourage e-sports and online social games while prohibiting harmful online money gaming services, advertisements and related financial transactions. The Bill seeks to completely ban offering, operating or facilitating online money games, irrespective of whether they are based on skill, chance or both. "When it comes to society, middle-class people, or a segment of industry, when it comes to society and the government revenue, our Prime Minister has always chosen the society. Never have we compromised on the interest of the society," Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw said, requesting the House, particularly the Opposition members, to unanimously pass the Bill in the Lok Sabha. Opposition members continued raising slogans as the Bill was passed by voice vote. ANI Ready to navigate global policies? Secure your overseas future. Get expert guidance now!

India to lead next wave of 5G, AI and IoT: PM
New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday lauded India's achievements in expanding affordable broadband, revolutionising digital payments through UPI, and leveraging technology for governance, noting that these milestones have now become global case studies. The PM underscored that the country is poised to lead the next wave of digital transformation in 5G, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) and cybersecurity, setting benchmarks for the world. Resharing a post by Union Minister of Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia, the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said India's progress in digital infrastructure is not only empowering citizens but also shaping the global digital economy. Scindia, in his post, highlighted Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited's (BSNL) collaborations with four global technology leaders — Ericsson, Qualcomm, Cisco and Nokia — as a crucial step in preparing India's youth to command the frontiers of digital innovation. According to Scindia, these partnerships are aligned with flagship initiatives such as Digital India, Skill India, Make in India and Startup India, and are expected to position India as a global hub for telecom innovation and expertise. At the core of this effort is BSNL's apex training institute, Bharat Ratna Bhim Rao Ambedkar Institute of Telecom Training (BRBRAITT) in Jabalpur, which will serve as the nodal centre for rolling out advanced skilling and research programmes. Under the collaboration, Ericsson will establish a 5G Centre of Excellence at BRBRAITT, offering hands-on training supported by global best practices. Qualcomm will provide advanced courses in 5G and AI, sponsoring training for the first 100 students and creating new employability avenues. Cisco will extend its Networking Academy to deepen access to world-class training in networking and cybersecurity, while Nokia will set up a 5G and AI-ML Lab with joint certifications that will bolster graduates' industry readiness. Scindia emphasised that this initiative is designed to benefit students, working professionals and public sector employees through training modules ranging from two-week intensives to 84-hour comprehensive programmes.
