The singer, 37, took to his Instagram Stories as he shared candid snaps of his journey to A&E while hooked up to an IV drip.
Aston, who did not reveal the cause for his hospitalisation, put on a brave face as he flashed a smile and gave a thumbs up for the camera.
The hitmaker captioned the post: 'It's been an interesting 13hrs'.
