(Image via Bandai Namco Entertainment)
In Elden Ring: Nightreign, the Bewitching Branch is a clever tactical tool. The rare consumable can turn the enemies into temporary allies, turning the chaotic battles in one's favor.
To know where to find it and how this work is important to survive the relentless hordes of Limveld and reach Nightlord. Here is all you need to know about finding and using it in the right way.
How to find Bewitching Branch
in
Elden Ring Nightreign
?
Forget all the predictable loot spots. In Elden Ring Nightreign, the Bewitching Branch spawns randomly. It makes it elusive. So, the best bet for the players lies in Supply Crates that are scattered all across Limveld. Smash all the crates that you can find near POIs (Point of Interests), like castles, forts, ruins, and even castles, especially while grabbing the Sacred Tears.
While finding the item is still not guaranteed, the crates do have high drop chances early on.
Persistence can pay off here.
Bewitching Branch Chaos! Mind-Control Mayhem in Nightreign | #EldenRing #Nightreign #PS5
There is one more reliable and long-term strategy to find the Elden Ring consumables. Keep the focus on getting some Relics after you complete the Expeditions. The Relics offer 2 Bewitching Branches at every run's start. The powerful effect can bypass the randomness of the initial loot, ensuring you have the tool in the arsenal (always) right from the time you arrive.

Some Relics can guarantee 2 branches at the start of every run.
Put Bewitching Branch to work
To use the Branch needs proximity and some guts. As a player, you must get dangerously close to the target. Then, thrust the Branch to pierce the enemy. If you are successful. They will be your temporary ally. Be aware you cannot target them if they are charmed. Though you can harm them (use friendly fire), as and when needed—accidental hits. They will aggressively attack the nearby foes, making them just perfect to thin the packs in the crowded encampments.
However, the power comes with limits. Bewitching Branch primarily impacts the standard Misbegotten and soldier-types, not the towering bosses/elite enemies. Do not waste it on the giants, as they are immune. Its effectiveness makes it worth grabbing whenever players spot it. Just do not prioritize it over some essential upgrades. Remember, it is just a tool amidst many to conquer Elden Ring Nightreign gameplay.
Is Bewitching Branch worth a use?
Yes, it's worth it if you find it naturally. They are best for chaotic fights. Just do not replace the core consumables. As you can only carry 2 per slot and up to 10 with the Small Pouch. Use it strategically within tighter spots or against the groups. Do not hoard them.
For the players who love some mind games, Bewitching Branch is a situational and fun tool. It rewards smarter positioning and timing. Just keep an eye out, and you can easily turn the tide when you are outnumbered.

'100 Days,' 'Geet' fame filmmaker Partho Ghosh passes away at 75 due to a heart attack; tributes pour in
Veteran filmmaker Partho Ghosh , known for directing some of Hindi cinema's most memorable films from the 1990s, has passed away at the age of 75. He suffered a heart attack on Monday morning at his residence in Mumbai's Madh Island. The news of his demise was confirmed by actor Rituparna Sengupta , who shared a heartfelt tribute to the director. Ghosh is survived by his wife, Gouri Ghosh. An emotional goodbye As reported by India Today, actor Rituparna Sengupta expressed her sorrow in a touching message, 'Heartbroken beyond words. We have lost an exceptional talent, a visionary director, and a kind soul. Partho da, you will always be remembered for the magic you created on screen. Rest in peace.' A humble start to a noteworthy career Partho Ghosh began his film journey in 1985 as an assistant director. With time, hard work and talent, he made his mark in Bollywood, especially in the thriller and drama genres. His big break came in 1991 with '100 Days', a suspense film starring Jackie Shroff and Madhuri Dixit . The story, centred around a woman with extrasensory perception, was a remake of the Tamil film 'Nooravathu Naal', which was itself based on Italian cinema. In 1992, Ghosh directed 'Geet', a romantic film featuring Divya Bharti and Avinash Wadhawan. However, it was 'Dalaal' in 1993 that firmly established his place in the industry. Starring Mithun Chakraborty and Ayesha Jhulka , and based on a short story by Kaushal Bharati, the film became one of the top earners of the year. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Switch to UnionBank Rewards Card UnionBank Credit Card Apply Now Undo Its perfect mix of drama, action and emotion struck a chord with audiences. Three years later, Ghosh delivered the critically acclaimed 'Agni Sakshi' (1996), featuring Nana Patekar, Jackie Shroff and Manisha Koirala. A tense psychological drama, the film dealt with serious themes and was both a commercial and critical success. It remains one of his most remembered works. Partho Ghosh was not limited to one style. Over his career, he directed more than 15 films across different genres. His 1994 film 'Teesra Kaun?', a murder mystery, was adapted from the Malayalam film 'No. 20 Madras Mail'. He followed it with 'Ghulam-E-Musthafa' (1997), a gangster drama, and 'Yugpurush' (1998), a film that explored human emotions through unique characters. In 2010, he returned with 'Ek Second… Jo Zindagi Badal De?', a thought-provoking film about how a single second can change the course of life. After a short break from films, Ghosh made a return in 2018 with 'Mausam Ikrar Ke Do Pal Pyaar Ke'. The romantic drama starred Mukesh J Bharti, Madalsa Sharma and Avinash Wadhawan. Though it didn't create the same buzz as his earlier hits, the film reflected his ongoing love for storytelling.
