Scarlett Johansson Is Nearly Unrecognizable on Set of New Film
Scarlett Johansson Is Nearly Unrecognizable on Set of New Film originally appeared on Parade.
Scarlett Johansson, is that you? The Academy Award nominee, 40, was photographed looking nearly unrecognizable on the set of her upcoming film, Paper Tiger.
In the photos captured on Monday, June 9, ScarJo is sporting a dramatically different look, with short, tightly curled blonde hair, understated makeup, and a casual, somewhat retro-inspired outfit that marks a noticeable departure from her usual red carpet style.
Paper Tiger, directed by James Gray, is described as a crime drama thriller about two brothers pursuing the American dream who get entangled with the Russian mafia.
Johansson will star alongside Miles Teller and her Marriage Story co-star Adam Driver. Originally, Anne Hathaway and Jeremy Strong were set to star in Paper Tiger. However, according to reports, they exited the project due to prior commitments.

The release date for the highly anticipated film is still unknown, but thankfully, fans can catch ScarJo this July in Jurassic World Rebirth. Even with her countless praised roles and accolades, joining the Jurassic Park franchise has always been a dream for Johansson.
'I had a meeting with him and I don't actually know if he knew the depths of my Jurassic fandom, but I'm hoping that no one explained it to him too thoroughly because it maybe would've come off as being a little too much,' ScarJo explained in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter earlier this month, referring to Steve Spielberg.
'Although knowing Steven now, he was excited when I shared with how much it would mean to me to play any part in Jurassic,' she added. 'I could've played it cooler and maybe I wouldn't have gotten it.'
Jurassic World Rebirth hits theaters on Wednesday, July 2.

Kate Middleton Refuses To 'Heel' To Dress Code Protocol With Latest Appearance
Kate Middleton Refuses To 'Heel' To Dress Code Protocol With Latest Appearance originally appeared on Parade. Kate Middleton was spotted staying fashionable on her latest royal outing with a pair of black stilettos — despite the dress code recommendations set forth by the museum she visited. Middleton, 43, visited the V&A East Storehouse in East London — a branch of the legendary British institution the Victoria and Albert museum — on June 10 and donned a gorgeous royal blue suit and complementing black heels… even though her footwear wasn't technically appropriate for the type of flooring the museum has. "We recommend wearing practical clothing and flat shoes," the V&A East Storehouse's website explains about their dress code. "The metal grid flooring is not suitable for stilettos or kitten heels." Clearly, Middleton wasn't pressed about the potential for tripping or slipping; She was more concerned about fashion, and we can't say we blame her because she looks gorgeous. This was her first royal outing since the half-term break with her three children — Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7 — and she looked to be in excellent spirits. That said, the iconic Princess of Wales has had a shoe snafu once in her tenure, back in 2018 when she got one of her heels stuck in a metal drain while visiting an addiction treatment center in Wickford, England. Plus, she was a whopping seven months pregnant at the time! Thankfully, her recent V&A visit wasn't a repeat of that day. In fact, it appeared to be a really enjoyable outing. 'She had a super energy. She was very energetic and focused. We last saw her about two years ago," V&A director Tristram Hunt told People following the visit." She retains this great passion and interest in creativity and making and design. It was wonderful to be able to host her.' He also added about her choice of footwear, 'She is a pro! She dealt with that!' Iconic 90s Rock Band Plays Epic Show After Releasing First Album In 24 Years
Iconic 90s Rock Band Plays Epic Show After Releasing First Album In 24 Years originally appeared on Parade. Iconic classic rock band Pulp played a seriously sick show in Dublin, Ireland on June 10 — just four days after they released their first studio album in nearly 24 years. The group — which consists of legendary singer, guitarist, and frontman Jarvis Cocker, keyboardist Candida Doyle, guitarist Mark Webber, and drummer Nick Banks — brought down the house at the 3Arena in Ireland's capital city. The show came just days after the release of their new album, which is titled More, on June 6. The album marks their eighth studio release, nearly a quarter of a century after they put out their last one. We Love Life, their previous record, was released in 2001. They did play a few shows back in 2011 and drop a single or two in 2013, but this is the first major release from the band in many years. They dropped their first record back in 1983, five years after forming the band in Sheffield, England when Cocker, 61, and friend Peter Dalton were just young teenagers. Minus Cocker, much of the band's original line-up never made it past high school graduation, as they went off to continue their studies. But Cocker just drummed up a new set of musicians to take over. By the early 90s, they found mainstream success with their 1994 album His 'n' Hers, as well as their 1995 follow-up Different Class, which spawned the hit single 'Common People.' The band is generally considered one of the core four Britpop groups, alongside Oasis — who is reuniting this summer after 16 years — and their contemporaries Blur and Suede. As for their current tour, Pulp is currently playing across Europe and Asia through August, stopping off in Spain, England, and South Korea before taking their tour across the United States for the month of September. As of now, that's all they have on the calendar as far as the tour goes — but no matter what, we thankfully have their exciting new album to immerse ourselves in when the shows are over.
