Mark-Paul Gosselaar barely remembers Saved by the Bell episodes
The 51-year-old actor played Zack Morris on the teen sitcom between 1989 and 1993, but Mark-Paul and his former castmates - including Mario Lopez, and Elizabeth Berkley - can barely remember any of the episodes they recorded.
Recalling a fan talking to him about the 'Mystery Weekend' episode from 1991, Mark-Paul told People: "I always thought that I had a bad memory about certain things. It was about a murder mystery dinner or whatever. And I knew about it because of my podcast.
"But Mario had no idea what this person was talking about - neither did Elizabeth. I was pleased to know that they have a very limited memory of those events as well. I thought it was just me."
The original 'Saved by the Bell' series was a big hit with TV viewers - but Mark-Paul and his former co-stars struggle to remember individual episodes.
The actor explained: "This, for us, was over 30 years ago … It was work, so I don't think most people can remember their work days, but they'll remember the lunch they had with a coworker or they'll remember going on a trip with a co-worker. And that's how we remember our memories as well.
"We remember the beach episodes, but not specifically the beach episode.
"We remember just that time or the filming - anything we did on location was like a treat for us. And so we remember those things. We have memories outside of being on set, but the actual episodes, it's like we couldn't tell you."
Mark-Paul - who reprised the role of Zack to star on 'Saved by the Bell: The College Years' - remains good friends with some of his former co-stars.
The actor actually likened his castmates to "family" members.
He said: "I'm not on social media, so I'm not able to see what everyone's doing, but we feel like we're family.
"You don't have to talk to your brother or sister every day or every week or even every month, but the moment you do connect again, it's like you haven't skipped a beat, and that's how we are. We're very fortunate to have had a cast like that."

Her lawyers stated in the court documents: 'From that point forward, Baldoni has tried to manipulate, threaten, control and otherwise act inappropriately towards Ms. Ferrer." They added that it's 'yet another attempt to manipulate the press, to create havoc on a young, up-and-coming and talented actress and to violate this Court's policies on the publishing of non-party personally identifying information.' Her team accused Baldoni of bullying her. They said: 'Ms. Ferrer has already had to resist Baldoni's inappropriate conduct in connection with her response to the Lively Subpoena. 'Unfortunately, the Motion is just the latest in a broader pattern of conduct by Baldoni to bully Ms. Ferrer. 'While Ms. Ferrer will faithfully comply with her legal obligations under any subpoena, summons or court order, she obviously will not be intimidated or extorted by any party to otherwise participate in the proceedings.' Ferrer has asked the court to "deny the Motion in its entirety and impose appropriate sanctions against Baldoni."

The Jam drummer Rick Buckler left more than £1 million to his family. Following his death in February at the age of 69, documents show the legendary Mod musician, who played alongside Paul Weller and Bruce Foxton in the rock band, made huge provisions for his wife Lesley, whom he married in 1985, and their two children, Jason and Holly. Papers obtained by The Sun reveal he left £1,035,366 to his family – a sum reduced by £18,000 after costs, taxes and fees – with the will formally approved by the High Court last week. He made the will in October 2024 and left almost everything to Lesley. The drummer also requested his collection of Jam memorabilia be distributed between his two children. Smaller sums were passed to friends and colleagues, including £1,000 to his brother Peter, £5,000 to Sham 69 singer Tim Scargill and £1,000 to friend Ian Gardner. Rick also expressed a wish to be cremated and interred at Woking Cemetery. His Jam bandmates, Paul, 67, and Bruce, 69, paid tribute to the drummer after his passing from a short illness. Paul said: 'I'm shocked and saddened by Rick's passing. I'm thinking back to us all rehearsing in my bedroom in Stanley Road, Woking. 'To all the pubs and clubs we played at as kids, to eventually making a record. What a journey! We went far beyond our dreams and what we made stands the test of time.' Bruce added: 'I was shocked and devastated to hear the very sad news today. Rick was a good guy and a great drummer whose innovative drum patterns helped shape our songs. I'm glad we had the chance to work together as much as we did. My thoughts are with Leslie and his family at this very difficult time.' The Jam formed in 1972 while all three band members were secondary school friends. They released their first album, In the City, in 1977 and achieved 18 consecutive top 40 singles, including four number ones and a number one album. The band is best known for tracks Town Called Malice, Going Underground, and Down In The Tube Station At Midnight. The Jam split in 1982. Paul went on to form The Style Council, while Rick joined Time UK. Bruce and Rick later performed together, though Paul did not rejoin. Rick later toured with Bruce as From The Jam from 2007 to 2009 before leaving to work in music management – a role he continued until his death.
