What does Jaguars S Andre Cisco's projected free agent contract look like?
With Jacksonville Jaguars' safety Andre Cisco set to be a free agent this offseason, what could his next contract end up looking like?
Pro Football Focus has recently put together a projection for Cisco and the other top 100 free agents this offseason.
According to PFF, they are projecting that Cisco lands a three-year deal with $27 million. This includes $16 million guaranteed.
If Cisco's actual contract does land in this ballpark, his average annual contract value of $9 million would make him the 14th highest-paid safety in 2025 and he would rank 12nd in guaranteed money at the position.
Cisco was a third-round pick by the Jaguars in the 2021 NFL draft. His ball production throughout his career has been impressive and that will certainly draw the attention of other teams once free agency arrives.
Over the last three seasons, Cisco has generated 11 pass breakups and eight interceptions. In his career, quarterbacks have a below average passer rating of 92.0 when targeting him.
Whether or not the Jaguars bring Cisco back, they'll still need to address the secondary as a whole. Last season, the Jaguars' pass defense ranked 24th in completion rate, 30th in interceptions, and 30th in yards per attempt, according to Pro Football Reference.
Obviously, if Cisco does head elsewhere, that need in the secondary only increases. Under contract at the safety position for the Jaguars in 2025 are Darnell Savage, Andrew Wingard, Daniel Thomas, and Antonio Johnson.

The Jaguars signed Hainsey to a three-year, $21 million deal with $13 million guaranteed.

Nick Chubb is not expected to return to the Cleveland Browns after the team brought in two rookie running backs in the 2025 NFL Draft. Four-time Pro Bowler," Fowler said. "The return to Cleveland's not totally off the table, from what I'm told, but probably unlikely because of their draft plans, they drafted multiple running backs. I'm told Houston could be one to watch here. They've been looking at that running back market, maybe adding somebody with Joe Mixon." Joining the Texans would be a very intriguing situation for Chubb. He would team up with Joe Mixon in the backfield. Both veteran running backs could help each other stay fresh and healthy. In the eight games that he played with the Browns last season, Chubb carried the football 102 times for 332 yards and three scores, averaging just 3.3 yards per carry. Those numbers are not what fans have become used to seeing. At 29 years old, there is still time for Chubb to get his career back on track. If he can land in the right situation, he could bounce back with a strong 2025 campaign. The Texans then went on to knock off the Los Angeles Chargers in the Wild Card round of the playoffs before being eliminated by the Kansas City Chiefs. Adding Chubb would give them another offensive weapon. For Chubb, it would give him a chance to play a key role while also competing for the playoffs. Former Jacksonville Jaguars WR retiring after 10 NFL seasons to pursue new career
Former Jacksonville Jaguars' wide receiver Chris Conley is retiring from the NFL after 10 seasons. According to Ian Rapoport, Conley is going back to school at Georgia to pursue his dreams of being a filmmaker. Conley was a third-round pick by the Kansas City Chiefs out of Georgia in the 2015 NFL draft. He played with five different teams over his career, which includes two years in Jacksonville in 2019 and 2020. Advertisement As a member of the Jaguars, Conley appeared in 31 games and made 18 starts. He caught 87 passes for 1,246 yards with seven touchdowns, according to PFF. Conley's 2019 season with the Jaguars was the most productive of his career, where he totaled 775 receiving yards at 16.5 yards per catch with five scores. Conley finished his playing career, appearing in 132 games and making 65 starts. He caught 226 passes for 2,998 yards with 15 touchdowns. He spent his last two seasons with the San Francisco 49ers, where he took on a larger role on special teams.
