Here's How Jennifer Lopez Apparently Feels About Those Photos Of Ben Affleck Hugging Jennifer Garner
Earlier this month, suggestive photos went viral of Ben Affleck giving his ex, Jennifer Garner, a really tight hug at their son's birthday party.
They share three kids: Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, who turned 13th this month. Garner and Affleck were married in 2005, announced their split in 2015, and their divorce was finalized three years later.
With this new viral photo, of course, the internet speculated there was more behind the hug, which could spark drama considering Affleck and Garner's other relationships since their split.
If you remember, after rekindling their relationship in 2021 and getting married in July 2022, Affleck and Lopez filed for divorce, which marked their second high-profile split since they broke off their first engagement in 2004.
In January 2025, the divorce was finalized after nearly 20 weeks, so it makes sense why people would wonder how Lopez feels about Affleck seemingly cozying up with his previous ex-wife.
According to an insider obtained by People, Affleck and Garner "have been on good terms for a while now and seem to enjoy chatting and hanging out." The insider clarified that "most of the time, the kids are around too," so it feels like nothing more than a co-parenting situation.
As for Garner, she's been dating John C. Miller, the CEO of CaliBurger and its parent company, CaliGroup.
The source added that Affleck "usually acts happy around" Garner and has been "extra giddy lately, though, and much more affectionate."
So, how does the "On The Floor" singer feel about all these viral photos? According to a source obtained by People, Lopez "isn't bothered" by the cozy photos "at all."
The source claims, " Jennifer Garner knows what it is and knows what it is not. And people are reading into it in a way to create drama where there is none."
The source added that Lopez "doesn't feel betrayed" and "I think the two Jens are great admirers of the other, and I think they're all co-parenting."
In case you wanted some mess, you're out of luck. It's copacetic in the world of Ben's ex-Jennifers. "There is no animosity. They are friendly," the source continued, "We're always pitting women against women. In this case, it's just not the truth."
Personally, I find it very admirable that Ben and the Jennifers have maintained a decent co-parenting relationship for the children. It's far better than the Bravo-esque drama people are searching for. Tell me what you think about this in the comments.

Las Culturistas Culture Awards, Plus 5 Things to Watch on TV This Week
Between streaming and cable, there is a seemingly endless variety of things to watch. Here is a selection of TV shows and specials that are airing or streaming this week, Aug. 4-10. Details and times are subject to change. It's all about the culture. Las Culturistas Culture Awards is not just any awards show — it's a cool awards show. Presented by Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers, who host a weekly podcast of the same name, this show features 100 categories, including but not limited to: Best Vibe, Hands Down (nominees: Japan, Seth Meyers and the Spirit Tunnel from 'The Jennifer Hudson Show'), the Canada Award for Canadian Delicacy (all-dressed chips, Alanis Morissette, Bowen Yang — Age 8) and the Cover Our Bases Award for Thing You Have to Admit Happened This Year (the 'It Ends With Us' legal battle, Karla Sofía Gascón on CNN, the time 'Adrien Brody spit his gum out at the Oscars, threw it to his date and Matt and Bowen were in the shot'). The show was taped in mid-July in Los Angeles with an audience that included Jamie Lee Curtis, Quinta Brunson and Jeff Goldblum. I'll be tuning in with bated breath to see who wins the Canada Award — my money is on all-dressed chips. Tuesday at 9 p.m. on Bravo and available to stream the next day on Peacock. Friendship, boarding schools and a time-traveling love story. At first glance, the IMDb page for the series 'Platonic' might look suspiciously like the one for the 2014 movie 'Neighbors' — after all, both have Nicholas Stoller as the director and star Rose Byrne and Seth Rogen. But the show, which is beginning its second season this week, has a completely different plot: Instead of the married couple they played in that film, Rogen and Byrne play two longtime and platonic best friends who reunite after a significant rift. Season 1 followed the two reconnecting and the destabilizing effect that had on both of their lives. The second season picks up with them navigating the hurdles of day-to-day life while trying to appropriately support each other. Aidy Bryant, Kyle Mooney and Beck Bennett join the cast this season as guest stars. Streaming Wednesday on Apple TV+. 'Wednesday,' the series about the daughter of Morticia and Gomez Addams, had a wildly successful first season and, according to the streamer, became the most streamed show on Netflix ever. Now the surly teen (played by Jenna Ortega) is back for a second season, set once again at Nevermore Academy, a high school for all kinds of fantastical outcasts. This time, she has a vision showing her roommate Enid (Emma Myers) dead — with Wednesday herself responsible. The second season will come out in two parts, with the first four episodes releasing this week and the next four on Sept. 3. Streaming Wednesday on Netflix. Want all of The Times? Subscribe.

Ty Burrell has ‘no regrets' leaving Hollywood for Utah after ‘Modern Family' success
One big happy family. 'Modern Family' star Ty Burrell, 57, recently admitted that he has 'no regrets' ditching Hollywood for Utah following his success on the popular ABC sitcom. 'It's just been spectacular,' he told People in an interview published Sunday, August 3. 7 Ty Burrell as Phil Dunphy in the final season of 'Modern Family.' 'My parents weren't really those kinds of people,' the 'Out of Practice' star said regarding life in the mountains. WireImage Burrell, who starred as goofy real estate agent Phil Dunphy in all 11 seasons of 'Modern Family,' previously opened up about his wife and how they've managed their 25-year marriage earlier this year. 'This is probably connected to the really old axiom of 'Don't go to bed angry,' but we force ourselves to talk about stuff,' he told People in March. 'Both of us make sure that if something's wrong, by the end of the night, we have at least had some discussion about it.' He was married to Claire Dunphy (Julie Bowen), and the on-screen couple shared Haley (Sarah Hyland), Alex (Ariel Winter) and Luke (Nolan Gould). Ed O'Neill (Jay Pritchett), Sofía Vergara (Gloria Delgado-Pritchett), Rico Rodriguez (Manny), Jesse Tyler Ferguson (Mitchell Pritchett) and Eric Stonestreet (Cameron Tucker) rounded out the cast, and the show went on to win a total of 22 Primetime Emmy Awards throughout its 11-season run. 7 Ariel Winter, Nolan Gould, Ty Burrell and Julie Bowen in a scene from the two-part series finale of 'Modern Family.' Plus, several fans of the show thought Burrell had passed away after he failed to appear for a previous reunion that the award-winning cast organized. Advertisement 'I'm starting to get the itch again to perform,' he told People. 'I've mostly done voiceover work and things like this podcast. And if it accidentally works, I'd love to do a second season.' 'It was such a fun process and has so many great people in it,' Burrell concluded. 'I hope people check it out.'

Woman Goes Viral for Spending 4 Years Removing 30 Tattoos. She Was Shocked at the Results: 'I Feel Free' (Exclusive)
"I truly felt like I was walking around with scars — mainly on my arms, which were hard to hide unless I wore long sleeves," Kayla Stewart tells PEOPLENEED TO KNOW Kayla Stewart went viral in July when she posted a TikTok of her body after spending four years getting 30 tattoos removed from her arms The Californian shared a glimpse of her arms before the process in a separate video She tells PEOPLE that taking the steps to remove them was part of her "healing" that ultimately helped her "reclaim my body and my sense of self"Sometimes to start over, you need to start with a clean slate, and that's what Kayla Stewart has done. The 28-year-old Californian went viral in July when she posted a TikTok of her body after spending four years getting 30 tattoos removed from her arms. The removal process for Stewart began in May 2021, just a few months after she had added 22 new tattoos to the 11 she had already gotten over time. Stewart tells PEOPLE that she got the new tattoos during COVID, a period where she began spending time with a guy she met in Venice, who was a line artist and wanted to get into tattooing. "He was also in recovery from addiction — but not long after we met, he relapsed. I didn't really know how to navigate that situation. I just wanted to help, but I didn't have any experience with addiction, and I'd never been around it before," says Stewart. Reflecting on the situation now, Stewart tells PEOPLE that she can see how "vulnerable" she was and how easily she was "taken advantage of" because of it. "He'd do anything to practice, and I became the person he practiced on," she says, noting that "it's hard to describe the mental and physical toll that took." The PEOPLE Puzzler crossword is here! How quickly can you solve it? Play now! The tattoos for Stewart became like "trauma I was carrying on my body," and taking the steps to remove them was part of her "healing" that ultimately helped her "reclaim my body and my sense of self." "Emotionally, I feel free and liberated now that they're gone. I truly felt like I was walking around with scars — mainly on my arms, which were hard to hide unless I wore long sleeves. And I did — almost every day — for my own sanity and to protect them from the sun," she says. Stewart tells PEOPLE that the week after each tattoo removal session "was the most brutal," and recommends those who find themselves in a similar situation to eat a healthy diet, exercise and cut back on alcohol, as the lymphatic system plays a crucial role in tattoo removal by clearing ink particles from the body. "Blown away" by her results, Stewart says that she will "absolutely never" get tattoos again. Following her experience, Stewart underwent eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, commonly known as EMDR, with one of her targets being the sound of a tattoo gun. "I definitely had an aversion to tattoos in general for about two years. But thanks to the therapy I've been fortunate to do, I can now appreciate and love them — for other people, just not for me," she says.
