The former Home and Away star, 41, showed off her incredible figure in a figure-hugging dress as she celebrated the Aussie actor with a lunch at celebrity hotspot Casa Jondal and a cruise on a luxury boat.
Pia flaunted her frame in a patterned frock with a high slit at the front as she hopped onto a small speedboat which took guests to the yacht.
She left her long brunette locks out and held a crochet bag for the fun day out.
Her husband Patrick, 60, looked almost unrecognisable as he revealed his new look while joining the model on the boat.
The Hollywood power agent appeared youthful as he showed off his new blonde hair highlights at the party.
He was dressed in a cream buttoned shirt and a pair of navy shorts as he stood close to his wife.
Patrick was also seen socialising with other A-list stars and chatting to Chris on the yacht.
Chris' brothers Liam and Luke Hemsworth, Matt Damon, pop sensation Rita Ora and her husband director Taika Waititi were also in attendance but his wife Elsa Pataky was noticeably missing from the party.
Pia has been living it up in Europe over the past few weeks while enjoying a lavish holiday with her husband Patrick.
She has been enjoying a luxury lifestyle since marrying the multimillionaire Hollywood agent - the executive chairman of Endeavor, one of the world's most powerful talent agencies.
Pia accepted Patrick's proposal in late 2020 after he presented her with a spectacular diamond ring.
The solitaire oval diamond sparkler is estimated to be worth between AUD$1.10 million and AUD$1.9 million.
The couple tied the knot in May 2021.
It comes after Pia announced her first paid TV and modelling gig in seven years last month.
Posting to Instagram, she revealed she is the face of beauty giant Olay's 'Hello Better Me' campaign in Australia and New Zealand.
She has not worked since she began dating Hollywood powerbroker Patrick in 2019.
Her last acting role was in the 2019 live-action movie Dora and the Lost City of Gold.
