The TV star revealed he was invited along as Jimmy Carr 's plus one following a night of heavy boozing at one of Oasis ' reunion gigs at Wembley Stadium.
The event took place at the swanky Chelsea nightclub The Rex Rooms and saw Rob partying alongside stars including Ronnie Wood.
Before things took a turn, Rob found himself loving the night as he opened up on the once-in-a-lifetime moment on the Parenting Hall podcast.
He confessed: "It was a tiny little back room and Mick Jagger was there.
"Obviously, a lot of his ex-wives and children from his ex-wives. There was Mariella Frostrup. Someone Guinness (Lulu), this sort of like fashion lady. She looked like Lady Gaga. Sacha Baron Cohen. Ronnie Wood.
"It was really nice. They were really chatty and hospitable. The music was quite loud.
"I said hello to Mick Jagger. I didn't properly chat to him because there was another separate room that had him in it with Sacha Baron Cohen."
However, Rob soon revealed that he decided to leave the party of his own accord after having been downing alcohol for hours including a mixture of beer, wine and vodka.
He continued: "I was chatting to Ronnie Wood and his wife, Sally, who are lovely.
'Then I was like, I'm too p***ed to be here. I was so p***ed.
Rob Beckett goes back on tour with brand-new show Giraffe
"I've had six pints of lager, two espresso martinis, and I'd say a bottle and a half of rose, and just been to the best gig of my life.
"And I'm stood wearing a Stone Island anorak with a vodka and soda after being on a motorbike chatting to Ronnie Wood and Sally Wood and Jimmy Carr.
"And I'm just talking absolute s****."
Clearly concerned by his state, Rob later revealed that it took a total of four security guards to march him out of the club.
He said: "I got like frog marched out by four people that were like holding on to me."
Rob then added: "Maybe I got kicked out. I don't know!
"They're walking me out, like they're extracting me, like I'm a Rolling Stone and there's like 10,000 people trying to grab me."

Football Manager 26 gets a reveal trailer – here's everything to know so far

Football Manager 26 has finally been teased by Sports Interactive after months of silence. The game returns after a shock hiatus, as Football Manager 25 was cancelled by the developer in February earlier this year due to development delays. However, the studio has since shared a 30-second video revealing the new game. – With commentary from Peter Drury, it offered a very first glimpse at the brand new in-game engine, now powered by Unity. On top of that, we got a look at the official Premier League license, included for the very first time in the series. That means all the official PL teams, players, kits and more will be available in the upcoming game. The video finishes with a message saying "guess who's back" along with a first look at the Football Manager 26 logo. A match day first look is coming soon, but for now, here's a look at everything we know so far about Football Manager 26. The Premier League license is included in the game for the first time, meaning that all 20 of the official teams will be represented, including kits, logos, player photos and more. The game engine is moving to Unity, and delays in this move are why Football Manager 25 was cancelled back in February. The new match engine seems to offer the game's best-ever graphics. As in previous years, it's likely that Sports Interactive will add a handful of new teams, but this has not yet been confirmed. Can I pre-order Football Manager 26? Football Manager 26 is not yet available to pre-order. Availability usually coincides with the annoucment of a release date. Which platforms can I play Football Manager 26 on? Previous Football Manager titles have been playable across PC, Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and mobile. The full, traditional game is usually available on PC and Mac. A console-optimised version is usually available on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, with Touch usually releasing on Nintendo Switch consoles, tablets and mobile. There's also a dedicated mobile game that requires a Netflix subscription to play. Details about Football Manager 26 Console, Touch and Mobile are not yet known. The release date for Football Manager 26 is currently unknown, but usually, the games release in October or November, with Football Manager 2024, the last entry, releasing in November 2023. Football Manager 2024 Can't wait that long? If you want to get up to speed before Football Manager 26 comes out, or just to check out a brilliant football sim, Football Manager 2024 included a whole range of new features at the time that will likely be present in Football Manager 26, including Japanese leagues, player development tweaks, set-piece coaches and plenty more.

Celebs Go Dating's Anna Williamson says people don't send 'mixed signals'

The therapist and broadcaster shared her take on what's going on when you experience a 'confusing' relationship Celebs Go Dating's Anna Williamson has shared advice for anyone dealing with a 'confusing' situation in their love life. Taking to her Instagram, the TV dating coach said she often gets questions on the topic. ‌ The therapist and broadcaster shared: "Typically I reflect back exactly what they are telling me…that they already know the answer, and they need to trust in their gut instinct to tell them what their next decision and action should be. People often live in hope that I'm going to tell them something different. ‌ "That by me being an 'expert' I might see something more hopeful for them… occasionally I do, but I will always reflect and offer my thoughts honestly (but I never judge) and I don't tell you just tell you want you want to hear, because you deserve better." ‌ Anna added: "If somebody is giving you mixed messages, they aren't committing to wanting to see you, they are being inconsistent and they are leaving things feeling vague and noncommittal…. then they are not ready. They are not ready for a relationship and they aren't ready for you. "We often want to make things 'fit'…because we like them, they're 'mostly nice', and we 'can't be bothered' to start the dating process again…. We can make excuses for them, give them the benefit of the doubt one too many times… but essentially you can't lie to yourself. "I know it's hard, I know it stings, but you really are worth more. Don't settle for breadcrumbs, you want to be going for the whole goddamn club sandwich!!" Expanding on her advice in her video, Anna added: "If somebody wants to see you, they'll let you know. If you're a priority that they wanna make in their life, they'll show you. If, however, all they do is text you but don't actually make any plans, they really don't wanna see you that much. There's no confusing behaviour here. They're not giving you mixed signals or leading you on. "You're confusing yourself by making assumptions on things that just aren't there. You're thinking, oh, well, he said this, so maybe it means this, or perhaps it was this that he means. You're getting yourself into a complete tizz because you're guessing instead of actually looking at the hard facts. ‌ "I get so many people telling me that the person they're texting is really confusing them, and they just don't get where they stand in the whole situation. But let me tell you, dating isn't confusing most of the time." She said: "The only thing that's confusing is how we confuse ourselves because we won't let people show us that they're not interested. Just let them show you what they do or don't want. If they wanna be with you, they will make plans to see you. They won't just keep texting and never arrange to see you. And the biggest one, if they wanted to commit to you, then they would. "And if they aren't, they're probably keeping you hanging just to keep their options open. So are they showing you the signs that you want to see? If not, put those boundaries in place and tell them what you need to see in order for this to be a thing. I guarantee you, as soon as you do this, it will become much clearer on who you want to put your energy into."
