Saraya was rightfully the cornerstone of the early 'Women's Evolution' in WWE. After all, the first-ever NXT Women's Champion won the Divas title in her main roster debut on Raw after WrestleMania 30 when she shockingly beat AJ Lee.
In a career laced with iconic rivalries with the likes of Lee, Sasha Banks, and Nikki Bella, the erstwhile Paige had a decent run. However, injuries ruined her momentum.
This led to her taking on an on-screen managerial role as the General Manager of SmackDown. However, she soon left WWE and joined AEW, and her return to wrestling in 2022, after a five-year hiatus, was a significant moment. However, she recently revealed some regret about her run in Tony Khan's company.
Saraya Reveals She Regrets Not Pushing Herself Enough in the Ring
For the unversed, Saraya returned to in-ring action against Britt Baker in AEW. She recently reflected on that moment on the Insight with Chris Van Vliet podcast and said, 'Tony was like, 'All right, you're gonna be wrestling in like, two weeks.' And I'm like, 'I've had five years out. How do I get back in the ring again?' I didn't have much time to train or anything… My brother Zak flew over, and he took me to a ring a couple of times, and we just tried to get some of the ring rust off, but it was really hard.

However, the wounds and memories of her devastating neck injury were still fresh, and the former Divas Champion wanted to be as cautious as possible in the ring. This turned out to be Saraya's biggest regret.
"The only thing I regret about my AEW run is that I wish I tried harder when it comes to the wrestling side of things. I think I went too easy on myself, because I was a little bit worried that something would happen like WWE, where I would f*ck up and my neck would get hurt again.
And I was too overly cautious."
As of July 2025, Saraya is now a free agent and is even open to returning to WWE as 'Paige'. Nonetheless, her AEW departure was respectful, and she feels that it was the right time to let go. Moreover, she even hinted at returning at Evolution 2, which is slated to take place this week in Atlanta. And with her autobiography and podcast set to launch soon, the former Divas title holder is ready for some new challenges.

Buffalo Bills star Josh Allen makes young fan's day with wholesome pregame catch moment

Josh Allen delights young fan before Bills' preseason clash against Bears (Getty Images) The Buffalo Bills is playing their preseason matchup against the Chicago Bears, but Josh Allen stole the spotlight before kickoff. While the star quarterback wasn't expected to log any snaps on the field, he still made his presence felt in the most heartwarming way. Allen, known for his on-field brilliance, created a memory that one young Bills fan will likely cherish for a lifetime. Josh Allen connects with a young fan in unforgettable moment Instead of warming up with teammates or staff, Allen found himself tossing the ball back and forth with a young supporter on the sideline. The crowd erupted as the two shared a lighthearted exchange, with the boy beaming while tossing spirals back to his hero. For Bills Mafia, moments like these highlight why Allen is adored far beyond his performance under center. — paigepullman (@paigepullman) There aren't many kids who can say they've played catch with the reigning MVP minutes before kickoff. Allen's gesture not only showcased his approachable personality but also underscored why he's celebrated like royalty in Buffalo and across Western New York. Fans live for big wins, but small gestures like this often linger even longer in memory. For the first time in seven years, Allen won't suit up for even a single exhibition game. The decision reflects a quarterback who has little left to prove in tune-up contests. 'No, I don't think I need preseason reps,' Allen explained earlier this week. 'If I were to get them, I'd appreciate them. But I don't think it's a situation where we need to get out there.' That confidence comes from a player who has mastered the demands of his position and established himself as one of the NFL 's elite. For fans, it's less about seeing him on the field in August and more about knowing he'll be ready when it truly matters in September. 'I can't wait': Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld already know their answer on having children

Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld's future baby plans (Image via Beau Society) Two winters ago, Buffalo Bills star Josh Allen and actor-singer Hailee Steinfeld turned a private milestone into a public love story. In a December 2024 Q&A for the 'Beau Society' newsletter, the then-newly engaged couple walked fans through the proposal — nerves, tears, and a clear-eyed vision for the life they want together. As a throwback, it captures a franchise quarterback balancing MVP expectations with the most human of priorities. The proposal day sounded raw, emotional, and almost blown by nerves Josh Allen admitted the pressure wasn't the moment itself, but keeping it secret from a partner who notices everything. 'I was very nervous. I think I was most nervous about you finding out about the proposal,' he shared. 'It was hard to keep secrets from you and have other people in your life keep secrets from you. Then, multiple times throughout the day a song would come on and I would tear up thinking about how special our day was going to be. ' That confession made the engagement feel less choreographed celebrity, more real-life jitters — a quarterback used to two-minute drills suddenly sweating the playlist at dinner. The family reveal turned headline: their shared decision about kids What elevated the moment from cute to consequential was Allen's on-one-knee promise. Toward the end of the Q&A, Allen summed up the why behind the question: 'It feels unbelievable to be engaged to someone who is so special and loving and caring and gorgeous and fun and happy,' he said. Steinfeld, for her part, said she'd had 'happy tears' ever since — the kind of detail that made fans root for a Hollywood-meets-gridiron pairing. Lauren Kyle turns heads as she mimics Connor McDavid's viral water sport moment during Muskoka getaway

Lauren Kyle shared glimpses of their Muskoka summer, playfully referencing Connor McDavid's viral wakeboarding video (Getty Images) Edmonton Oilers superstar Connor McDavid may be in offseason mode, but his wife, Lauren Kyle, is the one turning heads online. Known for balancing her role as an interior designer with life alongside hockey's biggest name, Lauren recently gave fans a glimpse of their summer in Muskoka that blended fun, family, and a wink at one of McDavid's viral moments. Muskoka downtime becomes a memorable social media highlight Lauren shared a series of Instagram Stories over the weekend that showed the couple's relaxed cottage lifestyle—complete with their dogs, a family basketball game, and her own attempt at wakesurfing. What made the post stand out was the playful nod to last summer, when McDavid's wakeboarding skills went viral and even drew comparisons to Mark Zuckerberg's now-famous 'surfing in a tux' video. Setting her clip to 'Summer' by The Carters, Lauren managed to turn a casual ride behind the boat into a lighthearted callback fans instantly recognized. Rather than trying to outshine her husband's viral moment, Lauren leaned into humor and relatability, which made the content feel effortless. From French celebrations to European escapes with friends This lakeside content came shortly after Lauren and Connor attended Leon Draisaitl's wedding to actress Celeste Desjardins in France. The couple then joined the newlyweds in St. Tropez for a sun-soaked getaway that Lauren also documented online. Photos of seaside views, chic wedding attire, and candid moments with Oilers teammates highlighted the close-knit bonds within the team's circle. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Guyangan: Unsold Sofas Prices May Surprise You (Prices May Surprise You) Sofas | Search Ads Search Now Undo The gathering included several Edmonton players and their partners, underscoring the value of these offseason trips in strengthening personal and professional chemistry.
