This Father's Day, one of film and television's most beloved daddies was celebrated in New York City.

Gountas actually works in the television business – he is the lighting designer for The Daily Show.
Gountas, who was dragged to the contest by his wife Jenny Gania, won $50 and a year's supply of burritos courtesy of host Son Del North Mexican restaurant, according to the New York Post.
'It started when the Game of Thrones came out the first time — that's when we first heard it,' Gania told the post. 'Then some kids started noting it, too, so I was like, when we saw this [contest], I was like, 'It's Father's Day. You have to go. It's going to be your Father's Day treat.' It's funny, because he's not on social media at all. But now he's going to be everywhere.'
After Gountas beat out nearly 30 other Pedros who gathered outside the eatery in the rain for the contest, Son Del North chef and co-owner Annisha Garcia said the inspiration came after Pascal claimed in 2023 that there is no good Mexican food in the city.
'I'm, 'So sorry, but there's no Mexican, good Mexican food in New York?'' said Garcia. 'And we were like, 'There is, and we are here.''
Sunday's gathering came after Timothée Chalamet surprised fans at another look-alike contest in his honor in the nearby Madison Square Park in October.Best of Deadline

Threads is testing spoiler text, Zuckerberg says
Threads, Meta's microblogging platform, is testing spoiler text, according to a post from Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Spoiler text refers to words (or images) that are grayed out in a post and only become readable if you manually click to see them. As the name suggests, spoiler text is often used on platforms like Discord or Reddit to help people communicate about new movies, TV shows, or books without accidentally revealing plot points and twists for people who aren't caught up. This is a nice quality-of-life upgrade on the user side, but it also helps Meta by encouraging more conversations about pop culture without people worrying about spoiling others. 'Popular shows like 'The Last of Us' and 'The White Lotus' regularly trended on Threads during their seasons, a clear sign of the app's growing community of entertainment and pop culture enthusiasts,' Meta said in a press release. Spoiler text can also be useful in other circumstances, like blurring out text or images that aren't violative, but still might be off-putting to some users. (Looking at my friend who shares #BruiseWatch updates after their Frisbee games.) As a feature that's currently in testing, spoiler text/images have not rolled out to all users. For those who have it, text or images can be marked as spoilers by highlighting them before posting, then selecting 'mark spoiler' from the menu that appears.

Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw high-fives teammates after coming off the field during the seventh inning of a baseball game against the San Francisco Giants at Dodger Sun-Imagn Images The Dodgers allowed players to bring their children onto the field for Father's Day, and that, combined with Kershaw's fifth child having a gender reveal, meant this year's Father's Day was extra special. Kershaw is a Dodgers legend and one of the best pitchers in team history. Throughout his illustrious 18-year career, Kershaw has built up a family and made his mark on the franchise. Advertisement Through six starts for the Dodgers in his 18th season, Kershaw has a 3.25 ERA and 20 strikeouts. While he isn't pitching as much as he used to, his presence has helped the Dodgers stay atop the National League West. This announcement from Kershaw came at the perfect time, falling on Father's Day, and sharing it on ESPN's live broadcast. Kershaw announced that he and his wife are expecting a fifth child, and that it'll be their second daughter.
