The Savannah Bananas are having a wild summer. How much are tickets now?
Somehow, the Savannah Bananas keep outdoing themselves.
The wildly entertaining team known for viral stunts — like batters fishing on stilts, catchers on beanbags, umpires showing off surprisingly impressive dance moves — upped the ante this summer and invited 2000s emo mainstays All-American Rejects to perform an in-game concert at Fenway Park.
Lead singer Tyson Ritter worked his way from the packed stands to the field to deliver abridged versions of their hits 'Move Along,' 'Dirty Little Secret' and 'Gives You Hell' while the Bananas danced and clapped in the background.
'[Banana ball] takes everything dull or overly subtle about baseball and smashes it underfoot, while dancing to a pop song,' The Post shared in a gleeful op-ed.
Other fun bits they've pulled off these past few months include a hoppy suitcase race, lip-synced walks to the plate, choreographed 'Drake and Josh' dances and an on-field appearance by the endlessly catchy Fitz and the Tantrums (seriously, check their Instagram Reels and you won't be able to leave the page for hours).
What other tricks does the rule-breaking, fun-loving club have up their sleeve later this summer?
While we can't say for sure (although we have our fingers crossed that 78-year-old pitcher/former Red Sox star/semi-regular Banana Ball player Bill 'Spaceman' Lee takes the mound again), all we know is the best way to find out is live.
New Yorkers are in luck, too.
On Saturday, Sept. 13 and Sunday, Sept. 14, the Savannah Bananas are headed to the Bronx for a pair of games at Yankee Stadium against their rival, The Firefighters.

All-American Rejects tour schedule 2025
Love AAR just as much as the Bananas?
This is your moment.
The '00s hitmakers have shows at venues all over North America — they've even played a few unconventional gigs in backyards and bowling alleys along with Boston's famed ballpark — these next few months.
That includes a concert opening for the Jonas Brothers at East Rutherford, NJ's MetLife Stadium on Sunday, Aug. 10.
To find the one that makes the most sense for you, you can review All-American Rejects' complete 2025 calendar here.
About the Savannah Bananas
After forming in 2016, the 'exhibition barnstorming baseball team' made a name for themselves by embracing 'exhibition' and 'barnstorming' while halfway ditching 'baseball.'
The team now plays banana ball which has quirky rules like fan-caught foul balls counting as outs, games not being allowed to exceed two hours in length and batters stealing first base.
Yet, still, that's barely scratching the surface of the innovative game's showmanship.
Simply put, we recommend following Savannah's Instagram to see what hijinx the entertaining team is up to.
Savannah Party Animals
As you may have noticed, most games will find the Bananas squaring off against their cherished rival, the Party Animals.
Also based out of Savannah, the team is evenly matched with the Bananas.
'I think there are some guys that are obvious fits for the Bananas, and some guys that are obvious fits for the Party Animals,' coach Nate Fish told Savannah Now following team tryouts.
'We need the games to be really competitive. We can't load up one team. It's not like the (Harlem) Globetrotters and the (Washington Generals). The games aren't scripted. The games are highly competitive. Anyone can win. We have to take a look at balance to do that.'

Bold predictions for all 32 NFL teams in 2025
The 2025 NFL season is upon us: Who will thrive and who will nosedive? We're talking players and teams here. There has been a lot of movement and plenty of money spent as franchises try to put themselves in a position to win the Super Bowl. Some teams have practically zero chance of achieving the playoffs, let alone the big game. Looking into the crystal football with some bold predictions for each of the 32 teams in 2025. Arizona Cardinals Trey McBride and Marvin Harrison Jr. will combine for more than 2,000 receiving yards. Atlanta Falcons Kyler Pitts will continue to struggle. He will not set a personal mark for TD receptions as he has in each of his first four seasons, going 1-2-3-4 from 2021-24. Baltimore Ravens The Ravens will win the AFC North again and will have more victories than the 12 they achieved in 2024. Buffalo Bills Josh Allen will account for more than 4,500 yards combined rushing and passing, and will throw more than 30 touchdown passes. Carolina Panthers Tetairoa McMillan will have more than 75 receptions in his rookie season. Chicago Bears Caleb Williams will throw more touchdown passes and interceptions than the 20 and 6 he had in his rookie NFL season. Cincinnati Bengals Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins will combine for more than 3,000 receiving yards off Joe Burrow passes. Cleveland Browns The Browns will start more different quarterbacks than any team in the NFL. Dallas Cowboys CeeDee Lamb will have his fourth straight season of 100-plus receptions and more than 1,100 yards. Denver Broncos Whoever leads the Broncos in rushing will carry for more yards than the 513 Javonte Williams had to lead Denver last season. Detroit Lions David Montgomery will reach double-digits in rushing touchdowns for the third straight year. Green Bay Packers Green Bay will improve on its 17 interceptions from last season. Houston Texans Nick Chubb will become a key part of the Texans' rushing game and will wind up with more than 600 yards and eight touchdowns. Indianapolis Colts Neither Anthony Richardson nor Daniel Jones will have a plus-.500 mark as a starter for the Colts in 2025. Jacksonville Jaguars Brian Thomas Jr. will make more than 100 catches for more than 1,500 yards in his second season. Kansas City Chiefs Patrick Mahomes will throw for less yardage than he did in the previous season for the fourth straight year but he will improve on last season's 26 scoring passes. Las Vegas Raiders The Raiders will finish under .500 for the fourth straight year despite Pete Carroll's arrival in Las Vegas. Los Angeles Chargers Ladd McConkey and Keenan Allen will combine for more than 2,000 receiving yards. Los Angeles Rams Like their fellow SoFi Stadium colleagues, Davante Adams and Puka Nacua will account for more than 2,000 receiving yards. They will do it with more than 200 receptions. Miami Dolphins Tyreek Hill will have more than 1,000 receiving yards again after coming up short with 959 in 2024. Credit that to the Dolphins' futile offense when Tua Tagovailoa went out. Minnesota Vikings J.J. McCarthy and the Vikings will have more losses by mid-October than they had all last season with Sam Darnold at quarterback. New England Patriots Someone on the Patriots will have more than the 66 receptions that was the team lead in 2024. Those "honors" went to Hunter Henry and DeMario Davis. Additionally, the team leader will have more than 674 yards the tight end accounted for in being tops on New England in 2024. New Orleans Saints The Saints will wind up with a top three pick in the 2026 NFL draft. New York Giants Jaxson Dart will wind up starting more games than any other New York Giants quarterback. New York Jets Under Aaron Glenn, the Jets will allow fewer than the 404 points they did in 2024. That doesn't mean they will have a winning record it just means the defense can't be worse. Philadelphia Eagles Saquon Barkley will not rush for more than 2,000 yards. His final total will be in the 1,600-1,700 range. Pittsburgh Steelers Mason Rudolph will start at least three games for the Steelers. San Francisco 49ers The 49ers will double their win total of six to 12 in 2025. Seattle Seahawks Sam Darnold will throw more than 21 touchdown passes and fewer than 16 interceptions that the Seahawks accounted for last season. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Baker Mayfield will not reach 41 touchdown passes again but he will throw more than 16 interceptions. Tennessee Titans The Titans will once again vie for the No. 1 pick in the NFL draft, finishing somewhere in the top two. Washington Commanders Jayden Daniels will rush for 1,000 yards and more than the six touchdown he had on the ground as a rookie.

Seth MacFarlane calls for less 'pessimistic' and 'dystopian' stories: 'It's so one-sided'
The 'Family Guy' creator discussed the need for more hopeful stories in Hollywood. Seth MacFarlane shared the need for more hopeful stories in Hollywood amid a plethora of dark projects released in recent years. MacFarlane sat down with Ted Danson on the Where Everybody Knows Your Name podcast to discuss the importance of optimism and fun. The multi-hyphenate shared that he took on The Orville in order to put out something more positive in media. "The dishes that we are serving up are so dystopian and so pessimistic," MacFarlane said. "And yeah, there's a lot to be pessimistic about, but it's so one-sided." MacFarlane said while he enjoys shows like The Handmaid's Tale, he's become fatigued with dystopian narratives. The Family Guy creator noted that every time he drives down Beverly Boulevard, he only sees billboards for horror films and other "negative" projects. "They're certainly giving us a lot of cautionary tales, but where are the blueprints that they once gave us for how to do things correctly?" he said. "It can't all be just, 'Here's what's going to happen to you if you f--- up.' You do need, 'Here's what you can achieve if you change your ways and do things right.'" The actor added that Hollywood has become obsessed with anti-heroes "ever since Tony Soprano." This has created good television, he said, but in the case of a show like The White Lotus, "no one is someone you'd want to be." Part of the entertainment industry's job, MacFarlane said, is to create characters that inspire people to be better. "That's the only thing really that Hollywood can do that's worthwhile because as we all learned from this election, nobody gives a f--- what celebrities think," he said. "We can tweet, we can talk. Like, people don't care. They don't care. What we do do well is tell stories. And we're not doing the best job right now of telling those stories in a way that gives people hope."
