Good health is key to youthful-looking skin, says Kristin Cavallari

Kristin Cavallari's health-conscious lifestyle is the key to her youthful-looking skin.
The 38-year-old reality star has taken to social media to rubbish suggestions that she uses Botox, with Kristin citing her healthy lifestyle as the secret to her good looks.
Alongside a makeup-free selfie, Kristin said on Instagram: "OK guys you can see every line and pore in this picture. Zero makeup here except a little mascara.
"I've said 500 times that I don't do Botox and people still don't believe me but I think it's VERY obvious that I don't if you watch me talk on TV or in an interview. My face MOVES… a lot. And you can see the lines on my forehead here. (sic)"
Kristin subsequently revealed that she undergoes Platelet-Rich Fibrin, an injectable skincare treatment, and microneedling every few weeks, as part of her skincare routine.
She shared: "PRF has changed under my eyes. I also do it around my mouth AND inject my lips. (sic)"
Despite this, Kristin insisted that exercise and a healthy diet are the keys to youthful-looking skin.
She said: "I got my gut, vitamin levels, hormones etc etc balanced and think this makes a massive difference. The skin is a direct reflection of your HEALTH. (sIc)"
Meanwhile, Kristin recently admitted that Brandon Sklenar is her "biggest celebrity crush".
The 'Very Cavallari' star recalled "freaking out" when she met the 34-year-old actor at Stagecoach, the country music festival held in California.
Speaking on the Let's Be Honest podcast, Kristin shared: "I wish this moment was not so blurry for me, but all of a sudden, I am able to pick out Brandon Sklennar, and he's with a couple guys, I'm pretty sure he had his hood over his head, like I f****** clocked him and I go, 'Oh my God, are you Brandon?' I think I said his last name wrong.
"I was like, 'Are you Brandon Sklenar?' Total fangirl moment. I like f****** attacked him."
Kristin recalled being overwhelmed with excitement when she met her celebrity crush for the first time.
She shared: "I'm like, freaking out. And I said something to the effect of, like, 'You're my number one, you're my biggest celebrity crush.' And he shook my hand and he looked me in the eye and he said, 'Thank you.' And my life was made. I literally — I could die today and be a happy woman."

Jay Cutler hits back at Kristin Cavallari.

Jay Cutler has insisted Kristin Cavallari's claim she never received "a penny" from their divorce is "very untrue". The 42-year-old sportsman has hit out at his ex-wife - who he split from in 2020 - over her recent statements about the terms of their separation and insisted it was "reckless" and "borderline slander" to suggest she hadn't seen any of his fortune. Speaking on his own Take It Outside podcast, Jay - who was once the highest-paid quarterback in the NFL - said:'Let's think about this logically. 'Not a penny,' OK. Married for, I don't know, seven years or so, three kids. 'You can go and see how much I made in the NFL. It's online. You can see the contract from year to year and the total amount at the end of 12 years. So, you go to divorce and each side gets a lawyer and then you go to court and there's a judge.' Jay insisted there is 'not a judge in the state of Tennessee' that would have signed an agreement that let him 'keep every single dollar' he made throughout their marriage, noting Kristin's company, Uncommon James was a "marital asset" because the former Laguna Beach star funded it during their relationship. He added: 'I think it's reckless. I think it's borderline slander to insinuate that there was zero dollars split during the marriage that each side got. It's insanity. "It's completely false, completely untrue. It is, it just is. I've got a divorce decree. I've got something that's signed by the judge — it's, like, 67 pages — it says the number breakdown.' Jay didn't want to "get into" a specific breakdown but promised it was "definitely not zero" and 'without a doubt' enough for Kristin - with whom he has Camden, 13, Jaxon, 11, and nine-year-old Saylor - to live comfortably on. The former footballer admitted he felt the entire situation was "completely unnecessary", particularlythat he had to address it. He added: "It gets to a point where it's just untrue. Very untrue.' Kristin made her finance claim in June. Speaking on her series Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour, Kristin said: "Our revenue is close to $50 million a year, but because I was obviously a WAG - athletes' wives and girlfriends, if you're not familiar - people love to say that everything I have in my life is because of my ex-husband, and that my ex-husband funded Uncommon James. But I am, to this day, 100 per cent owner, and I've never taken any outside funding." The 38-year-old star added: "I have never gotten a penny from my ex-husband. I didn't get any money from our divorce, so let's just clear that up."

Kristin Davis was warned she had body dysmorphia by Sarah Jessica Parker

Sarah Jessica Parker told Kristin Davis she had body dysmorphia. Kristin - who played Charlotte York on Sex and the City and And Just Like That - struggled with body image issues in the early 2000s because fans she met were always surprised she wasn't "fat", and even though she knew they "didn't mean anything bad", she couldn't help but be affected by the comments, much to the concern of her co-stars. Speaking on her Are You a Charlotte? podcast, the 60-year-old star said: "There was a good number of years when we were on the old school, in your televisions, HBO proper, and when people would see me on the street here or in New York, they would say, 'Oh, but you're not fat.' "I know they know they didn't mean anything bad. They mean it as a compliment. But it's because I'm standing next to Sarah Jessica.' "There were times when Sarah Jessica would be like, 'You have body dysmorphia.' I'd be like, 'I don't think I do,' because the world is literally telling me daily that I am pear-shaped. "So much to the point where you can't think straight." And Kristin admitted she was always on a "crazy diet", which even led to her fainting on one occasion. She added: "But then, you also have disordered eating. You're starving yourself. I remember fainting in a parking lot one time, because I was on some crazy diet." Kristin got her big break in 1995 playing Brooke Armstrong on Melrose Place and earlier this year, she recalled the pressure she was under because of the expectation for female cast members to be "super skinny". The actress hired a running coach and would take part in back-to-back 90-minute spin classes, but was barely eating and despite her efforts, she was still ordered not to "gain any weight" by producers after being told they had a problem with her size by co-star Thomas Calabro. Recalling a conversation with the actor in her make-up trailer, she told People magazine: "He's like, 'Kristin, I'm so happy to see you here I just wanna tell you, you know, I think you look great,' and I'm like, 'Oh, thank you. What are you talking about? What do you mean?' He said, 'Oh, I know that the producers are really stressed, you know, but I just think it's amazing that we have a woman who has curves.' " When Kristen expressed her confusion, she claimed Thomas replied: "I just think they shouldn't, you know, put too much pressure on you.' " She added: "And I'm like, 'What?'" "I go to the line producer and I'm like, 'Thomas Calabro just told me that you guys are stressing about my weight. Did someone say something? Did Mr. [Aaron] Spelling say something?' And he was like, 'We think you look beautiful,' and I was like, 'Yeah, and?' He goes, 'Just don't gain any weight.' "It was normal for a long time. You could look at it either way. But I mean, there was a lot of stress. If you had hips, it was a situation."

Kristin Scott Thomas reveals new movie allowed her to confront past tragedies

Kristin Scott Thomas says she has confronted the tragedies of her childhood head-on through her directorial debut My Mother's Wedding. The British actress and filmmaker, 65, known for roles in Four Weddings and a Funeral and The English Patient, has carried profound loss since early childhood as aged five she lost her father, and at 12, her stepfather – both Royal Navy pilots who died in service. Now, after four decades in the industry, she has turned these personal histories into a semi-autobiographical drama. She told People about her My Mother's Wedding movie: 'I felt that it was time to reclaim my story. 'If you read a profile on me, it will more often than not, I mean 99 percent of the time, say 'Tragedy struck' or whatever.' Kristin's film follows three sisters, played by Scarlett Johansson, Sienna Miller, and Emily Beecham, who reunite for their mother's third wedding in the English countryside. The actress herself stars as the twice-widowed mother. Co-writing the screenplay with her husband John Micklethwait, whom she married in 2024, Kristin says she sought to transform catastrophe into something positive. She added: 'Yes, catastrophe at a young age can be disastrous, and sometimes it just makes you who you are.' John, who has been editor-in-chief of Bloomberg since 2015, helped make the narrative accessible. Kristin said: 'He's very good at organising and editing and making a kind of narrative out of a string of events. And so that's what we did and it was really fun.' Kristin also highlighted a pivotal line from the film's emotional climax in her interview saying: ''Let go of the children you were, and pay attention to the children you have' – that is what growing up is. 'It's much easier to do once you have children because your perspective shifts.' A mother to three kids – Hannah, 37, Joseph, 34, and 24-year-old George – with her ex-husband François Olivennes, Kristin also clarified the daughters' relationship in the film was not modelled on her own family. Instead, it drew on broader observations of sibling dynamics. She said: 'How siblings react and spin off each other, and how one thing said can get completely out of control and turn into something else (is what it is about.) 'Life observation, listening, hearing people, all of those things contribute.'
