New Era Texas Rangers hat bearing accidental Spanish vulgarity disappears from online shop
New Era released a line of 'Overlap' hats for all 30 MLB teams with each franchise's logo superimposed over its wordmark, but on Monday, only 29 were still available on the league's official online shop. The Texas Rangers' Overlap hat went viral over the weekend when fans spotted the Spanish word the design accidentally created and the link to the hat's product page now redirects to the Rangers shop homepage.

Although the Rangers hat is the only one to disappear as of Monday night, other teams also have questionable results from the Overlap design.
The Houston Astros hat reads 'Ashos.'
The Los Angeles Angels hat reads 'Anaels.'
And the Arizona Diamondbacks hat is perfect for Arizona-based Ariana Grande fans.
This is the second time in as many years that New Era has produced a stylized MLB hat with unfortunate results. Last year, the company made an Athletics hat that appeared to read as 'A'ss.'

That hat also reportedly disappeared from the online shop before too long, although some fans were able to get their hands on it.
