Sparks sizzle between EastEnders' Johnny and Callum - but a warning is issued

Metro6 days ago
EastEnders' Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) may have slammed the brakes on son-in-law Callum Highway (Tony Clay) affair with Johnny Carter (Charlie Suff), but they just can't keep away from each other next week.
The pair hooked up last month after sharing a surprise kiss during the Pride event at The Albert, which effectively ended Johnny's romance with recently departed Felix Baker (Matthew James Morrison).
Callum was wracked with guilt about sleeping with Johnny as he is still married to Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden), who is currently serving a six-year prison sentence for fraud in the States.
While that didn't stop Callum going back for more, their secret affair was soon uncovered by Ben's furious father Phil, who violently attacked Johnny.
Since then, the pair have cooled things off, with Callum insisting he is committed to waiting for Ben.
However, things begin to heat up again in forthcoming scenes as Callum flirts over text with Johnny, who is away on a cruise with his mum Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) and his younger siblings.
As Callum later enjoys a girl's day with stepdaughter Lexi Pearce (Isabella Brown), who is upset following a phone call with dad Ben, Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick) pales when he spots the flirty exchange on Callum's phone.
Jay warns his friend off going there again with Johnny, but will Callum listen to reason?
Last seen in March 2024, it was recently reported that actor Max Bowden is set to reprise his role as Ben for a guest stint ahead of a potential full-time return.

'Max agreed to return for a short stint after Ben pitched his comeback storyline,' the source continued. 'But who knows what will happen? It really does depend on Max.'

Love Island final descends into chaos as islanders Tommy and Ben admit to kissing the SAME girl at recent event in shock confession

The Love Island Final descended into chaos on Monday evening after two of the past male islanders admitted to kissing the same girl during a club appearance. As Maya Jama was joined by a host of former islanders, Tommy held his hands up as he admitted his relationship with Lucy was over after his recent antics. Speaking candidly Tommy confessed: 'I'll hold my hands up it was my fault. 'I was at an event, and I had about five Blue Lagoon cocktails... and there was this girl..' As the cast and crowd exclaimed Tommy admitted he had shared a kiss with the girl at the event. However he wasn't the only one as Ben also revealed he had shared a kiss at the same event... and it transpired it was the same girl. While Lucy seemed less annoyed as she explained her and Tommy weren't exclusive, Andrada was less than impressed with her man's behaviour. Fans were furious as they took to Twitter to share their anger at the boys actions. They penned: 'ben & tommy both making out with the same girl at the same event. literally thee worst group of men ever casted'; 'Whoever was the girl who got with Tommy and Ben, need to get her a love island contest asap lol'; 'tommy and ben both kissing the same girl a week after being out the villa… please stop letting these men into the villa'; 'Tommy and Ben?? The same girl???'; 'I wanna know who the girl was that kissed Tommy and Ben at that event'; 'Tommy and Ben both kissing the same girl at this event has me screaming I need to know who she is!' Toni and Cach were crowned the winners of Love Island as this year's series drew to a close on Monday evening. The pair beat Harry and Shakira to first place in one of the most dramatic summer's of the ITV reality show. Toni has made history as the first American contestant to enter the UK Love Island villa and her and Cach seem set on making their relationship work despite the transatlantic distance. Meanwhile Angel and Ty finished in fourth after receiving the fewest public votes, with Yasmin and Jamie finishing in third. Toni and Cach had a rocky beginning after meeting during Casa Amor. However it wasn't long until the pair found themselves in a major love triangle with Harrison in a dramatic week. Yet once Harrison decided to leave the villa with Lauren, Toni set her sights on Cach and the pair have gone from strength to strength. Toni and Cach won despite the bookies odds revealing it was Harry and Shakira in the running to win, just hour ahead of the live final.

EastEnders confirms devastating new ordeal for Stacey as the police are involved

EastEnders is lining up more turmoil for Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) next week. Just weeks after finally grappling with the grief felt for late husband Martin Fowler (James Bye), a fresh new story is being lined up – and it harks back to 2023. In upcoming scenes, Stacey is thrilled to learn that daughter Lily (Lillia Turner) is making her way back to Albert Square after staying with her dad Ryan Malloy (Neil McDermott). Unfortunately, the happiness is cut short when mum Jean (Gillian Wright) and cousin Freddie (Bobby Brazier) are forced to break the news that her SecretCam content has been leaked online. As viewers will recall, Freddie introduced Stacey to the OnlyFans dupe when she was looking for a way to make some quick cash. Under the username IceSKater95, she uploaded feet pictures to the site to pay off her bills and a loan shark. Her uploads became more risqué at the request of a subscriber, who she later realised was Walford High teacher Theo Hawthorne (William Ellis). He subsequently stalked Stace', attempting to rape her and was handed a 10 year stretch in prison. But who has found the content this time? Well, Stacey's convinced it's troubled teen Joel Marshall (Max Murray), who we'll see her cross paths with later this week. Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? She storms over to confront him, but dad Ross (Alex Walkinshaw) leaps to his defence and rushes him home. Joel is adamant that he's not responsible and even willingly hands over his laptop to Ross to prove so. More Trending Unconvinced, Stacey reports him to the police.
