Couple who matched on First Dates Ireland announce engagement
Ginine Power and Andrew Martin were matched up on the show four years ago and have thanked the show after getting engaged.

The couple shared the news of their engagement with a sweet video on social media.
Posting a clip from the show of the pair agreeing to see each other again after their first date, they went on to share a video of Andrew popping the question in Knocknarea.

She added: 'Also huge thanks to our first dates producer @lauragreenetv_comedy . As Andrew said on the date 'whoever put us together knew what she was doing'.'
Laura Greene replied to the couple, writing: 'You're both such dreamy people so thrilled I could put you together xx huge congrats.'
The rest of their comments were flooded with well-wishes and loving messages.
One person wrote: 'Awe Ginine! That is just gorgeous. Congratulations to you both.'
Another said: 'What a love story! Congratulations.'
A third added: 'Awww I'm crying!! Congratulations you two beautiful people.'
Yet another commented: 'Aww congrats gilly. What a lovely ending. Thrilled for u both.'
The couple got on like a house on fire during their episode of the RTE show.
Ginine is from Kildare and works in IT. She is also an aerial silks teacher. Mayo native Andrew is a Garda.
Despite some of Ginine's stories raising Andrew's eyebrows, like the tale of how her last blind date ended in an Elvis-officiated wedding, both of them agreed they were on the same page and wanted to see each other again.
