The reality TV dynamo shared images of several very bizarre procedures that she had done while on vacation with her sister Khloe Kardashian and friends like La La Anthony and Stephanie Shepherd in South Korea. In one image the 44-year-old diva from Calabasas had her arm injected with a purple liquid as she was partially bandaged up. One follower asked if she is being injected with what 'looks like a smoothie' and that is exactly what it looked like: 'What are you injecting into your arm looks like a smoothie.'
