Fans have been heavily speculating over who Montana might have been talking about in the video after she shared details of how she met the girl and how their friendship progressed.
Montana ranted how she had befriended a shy and anxious influencer a few years ago, before she got too "big headed" and unfollowed her on social media.
"I am riled up. I have juicy gossip for you," she said in the video shared on TikTok this week.
Montana then explained how her pet peeve relates to how she met someone seven or eight years ago, "was nothing but nice to them" and now they have unfollowed her.
"And now they think it's okay to unfollow me? When they've been blowing up my DMs beforehand" she fumed.
She then added how the person in question had been asking her to meet up as it would be "so good to catch up".
Montana then went over the whole situation and said that she met "said girl at a Sport Relief or Comic Relief event".
"She's doing well, but she's not got loads of followers," she added.
Montana added how the girl was quite shy and anxious before they became friends.
But they got chatting, would DM each other, hype each other up on social media and were friends.

"And then, I saw recently that she UNFOLLOWED ME," she fumed.
"And I just thought like, who do you think you are? That's so rude."
Montana then teased "even juicier dirt" when she explained what when down the last time they saw each other.
Recalling how she was at the O2 Arena to see Little Mix perform, Montana was with two of her friends who she noted were not influencers.

While in the VIP area at the gig, Montana bumped into the girl in question and asked her how she was.
"Firstly, she looked a me like a piece of sh*t," she said.
"And secondly, I was like 'these are my friends' and she just went [looks up and down] 'anyway, it was really nice to see you'."
Montana then explained how the friends she was with her "huge fans of hers".
"Some people just get it in their head that they're too amazing for anybody," she added.
Montana then spoke about how Maya Jama is the complete opposite of what she described, as is Cher, Meryl Streep and Aimee-Lou Wood.
Fans were quick to speculate who the girl in question Montana was describing might be.
Many thought that Vick Hope might be the person Montana was referring to.
"Is she now married to a dj?" asked one person
"Vicki Hope isn't an influencer tho??…she's got a proper job," said someone else.
A third then wrote: "Defo Vicki hope, haven't liked her since she been with Calvin Harris."
While a fourth said: "Vicky Hope isn't an influencer so idk why her name is being dropped, she's always had a radio job & successful career before she met Calvin Harris."
And a fifth penned: "Vicki hope?"
In 2022, Montana and Vick were seen attending a No 7 and Boots launch party at The Londoner.
Montana does not follow Vick on Instagram, and Vick does not follow Montana, but there is no suggestion that Vick is who Montana is speaking about.
Other fans mentioned different celebrities and former reality stars.

Rylan Clark says 'I actually got pretty worried' as he shares intimate confession
Rylan Clark has opened up about his sex life and relationships, admitting he has a 'worry' when it comes to being intimate with someone after the breakdown of his marriage Rylan Clark has opened up about a personal "worry" following the end of his marriage, revealing how it's affected his approach to new relationships. The BBC Radio 2 presenter parted ways with his ex-husband, Dan Neal, in 2021. This revelation comes after Rylan admitted to being unfaithful earlier in their relationship. Despite acknowledging that the split was "the right thing to happen," he admits to experiencing a "full-on breakdown" post-separation. Now, the one-time X Factor contestant is dipping his toes back into the dating pool—yet he's noticed a significant shift in his feelings toward intimacy with other men. On his podcast How to Be in Love, Rylan, 36, shared: "I have found that, since the breakdown of my marriage, if I've gone on any dates or started seeing people, when I've had sex with them, I lose interest pretty quickly." He continued, expressing his concerns: "I actually got pretty worried about a year or two ago because I thought, hang on a minute, I don't remember this from BM—I call it, before marriage. I don't remember having sex with someone, or orgasming with someone, climaxing, and then after that thinking, 'Oh, I'm just not bothered now'." Neuroscientist Dr Tara Swart weighed in on Rylan's situation, suggesting that the emotional trauma from his marriage could be influencing his current feelings post-intimacy. She responded: "So now that you've put it like that—with the BM—that probably, because you were so hurt, something has changed for you." The former Celebrity Big Brother champ shared his fears about commitment, saying: "I did worry for a long time that, almost like I was frightened to commit or open myself fully to someone, because going through a break-up is quite hard." Rylan has been open about feeling like a "failure" following his divorce. In a heart-to-heart with ex-Love Island star Tasha Ghouri, he confessed: "When I went through my divorce, I had a full-on breakdown because it wasn't just us." He continued, revealing the weight of public perception: "It felt like it wasn't just us, even though it was just me and my ex. I felt that everyone's going to think this of me. Everyone's going to think, 'Oh look, his life isn't perfect. Oh look, he's failed like that.' I just felt like a failure." In a candid chat with Stephen Fry, Rylan expressed how he grappled with the public scrutiny during his split, admitting: "There was part of me that just felt like a complete and utter failure. I felt like I'd failed personally, but I felt like I'd failed publicly on behalf of—the gays! You know, I'm not, I'm not 'head gay', it's not that." Looking ahead to future romance, Rylan opened up in his autobiography, TEN: The Decade That Changed My Future, where he reflects: "I got in a relationship quite young and just went with it. Now I know I'm my own person. I'm not going to settle for something that's not right. In a way, it's been a bit of a gift. "I'm happy to have sex with someone and that's that, that's not a problem. But do I want more? Of course I want more. Am I going to enjoy myself on the way? Abso-f***ing-lutely."
