Here is the latest SEC Availability Report ahead of Texas A&M vs. Kentucky
Texas A&M (12-12, 0-6 SEC) will host Kentucky (15-8, 2-4 SEC) at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park in Bryan-College Station in search of their first SEC starting on Friday night.
Both A&M and the Kentucky Wildcats are fighting to avoid the bottom of the SEC standings. The Aggies have been plagued by injuries to several key players, which has only compounded their struggles to find consistent offense during SEC play.
However, there's a silver lining, as sophomore standout and outfielder Caden Sorrell is set to return to the lineup in a limited capacity for the Kentucky series. His presence at the plate has been sorely missed, and any contribution he can make offensively will be a welcomed boost for the team.
The starting rotation features ace Ryan Prager, along with Justin Lamkin and former Long Beach State veteran Myles Patton, who have delivered stellar performances this season. With the offense gaining momentum, the team has the potential to secure a winning streak.
Before facing the Wildcats, the latest SEC Availability report revealed that the Aggies could be getting to players back in action. Gavin Kash and Caden Sorrell are listed as probable. Kentucky will be without outfielder Will Marcy.
Texas A&M reliever Josh Stewart is out, while Luke Jackson remains under observation and is listed as questionable. With time running out, the Aggies need to get healthy quickly to have a chance at securing a bottom-seed postseason berth.
Texas A&M will host Kentucky starting Friday, March 28, at 6:00 p.m. CT. The game will be streamed on SEC Network+.

Nelson's length and his athleticism really stand out on tape. He displays fantastic effort working to the ball carrier even when the play runs away from him. Nelson displays great discipline, setting the edge. He plays with good power, showing the ability to pull offensive tackles off balance to get around them and to the quarterback. Nelson's quick off the line of scrimmage and plays with good leverage. He'll need to continue to add mass, but he has the frame to be able to bulk up and keep his athleticism and quickness. NFL Draft expert Todd McShay likes Cade Klubnik's game, gives an NFL player comp Former ESPN draft analyst Todd McShay had high praise for Clemson quarterback Cade Klubnik this week, offering a notable NFL comparison as Klubnik prepares for his senior season. On The McShay Show, McShay said Klubnik reminds him of Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix, noting similarities in their feel for chaos and improvisation. 'I see a lot of Bo Nix in this kid,' McShay said. 'He's great when the play breaks down — climbing the pocket, sidestepping pressure. It's almost soothing for him. He also has that elastic arm. The ball comes out with more energy than you expect.' McShay said he underestimated Nix during his time at Auburn but came to appreciate his development at Oregon. He now sees those same traits in Klubnik — mobility, size, arm flexibility, and poise under pressure — though he made clear that the comparison was about style, not necessarily ceiling.
