CBSE Supplementary Exam 2025 Class 10, 12: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a reminder to principals of CBSE-affiliated schools regarding the submission of the List of Candidates (LOC) for the CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 Board Supplementary Exams 2025.
The last date for LOC submission without a late fee is June 17, and with a late fee is June 19. The CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 supplementary exams are scheduled to be held on July 15. The exams will be based on the 2024-25 academic session syllabus.
Important Instructions:
Schools must submit the LOC for all students placed in the compartment category, even if they are unable to contact them.
Schools must also submit the LOC for students who have applied for verification of marks, re-evaluation, or both-without waiting for the results.
Non-submission of a student's name will forfeit their opportunity to appear in the supplementary examinations.
The Board has urged all principals to ensure the LOC is submitted within the stipulated schedule.

Delhi University will open the first phase of its undergraduate admission process for the 2025-26 academic session at noon on Tuesday, June 17, through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal for 79 of its colleges for undergraduate courses for 2025-26 academic year. This phase marks the beginning of a three-phase procedure that culminates in seat allotment based on CUET-UG scores. Here is a breakdown of what each phase involves: Phase 1: The Application Form The first phase is straightforward but essential. Candidates must fill out their personal details, CUET-UG roll number, Class 12 marks, and upload academic certificates. This is where students officially enrol for the admission process and make themselves visible to the system. No preferences are recorded in this phase. Phase 2: Programme and College Preferences Once the application is submitted and verified, candidates move to the most consequential part of the process: selecting their preferred programmes and colleges. This phase is expected to go live shortly after the close of Phase 1, and is divided into four segments on the CSAS portal: a) Subject Mapping The portal will display the list of CUET-UG test papers the student appeared. Next to each paper, a dropdown menu allows the student to select the corresponding subject from their Class 12 Board examination and enter the marks obtained. This mapping is critical as it determines the programmes the student is eligible. Any mismatch or oversight in this section can exclude them from courses they may otherwise qualify for. For CUET papers such as the General Aptitude Test, where no Class 12 equivalent exists, the 'NA' option is provided. The portal also offers an 'Update Mapping' button to make necessary corrections. b) Programme-specific eligibility Next, the portal calculates eligibility based on CUET scores and subject mapping. Students can view the undergraduate courses offered by Delhi University and check if they meet the criteria. If they are ineligible, the reason is displayed, indicating whether it is due to a missing subject or an insufficient score. Alongside each programme, students can also view the relevant score composition. This step is where aspirations meet institutional criteria, and many students discover what their options truly are. c) Preference Selection This stage requires students to be strategic. Based on eligibility, the system generates a list of programme-college combinations that the student qualifies for. To simplify the task, an 'Advanced Filter' allows students to search by programme (eg, BA Political Science) or by the college (eg, Miranda House). This helps candidates to narrow down their options. Once students have selected their preferences, they can arrange them using three navigation tools: 'Add to Top', 'Add to Bottom', and 'Add to Preference Number'. The order of preference matters — the first available option in this list during seat allocation is what the student will be offered. d) Final Submission Students can revise and rearrange their preferences as many times as they wish before the deadline. But they must remember to save each change. If no action is taken before the deadline, the portal will auto-lock the last saved version. No changes will be permitted after the deadline, and the locked preferences will be final for seat allotment. Phase 3: Seat Allocation and Admission In the final phase, the university will begin allocating seats based on CUET scores, eligibility, and the preferences submitted. Offers will be made in multiple rounds, allowing the students to accept, reject, or upgrade, depending on seat availability.
