RHIAN Sugden has revealed her incredible boob transformation with an impressive before and after surgery video.

In her latest video Rhian, who forked out over £10,000 for a reduction, is seen trying on outfits before surgery and then after - showing just how pert they now are.
She told her followers: 'Love love love my boobs. No implants, just a reduction and uplift by the amazing Dr Hussain.'
Rhian previously admitted her husband and fans were left disappointed by the surgery.
She told us: 'Oliver was gutted at first – he's always loved my boobs,' she said.
'But he understands and I think he'll be happy for me to stop moaning about my back ache, to be honest.'
Before going under the knife, Rhian revealed her nipples were sitting 11cm lower than they should have been after giving birth because "gravity took its toll."
"So, being an ex-Page 3 model I'm no stranger to getting my boobs out, so I've always been conscious about what they look like and growing up I think I've had quite a good set of boobs," she explained.
"BUt since having a baby gravity has obviously taken its toll and my nipples are 11cm lower than they should be," she explained.
The model is married to actor Oliver Mellor, and they welcomed son George in December 2023 after a gruelling IVF journey.

US Open star, 30, reveals she charges men $1000 to DATE her just months after starting ‘spicy' OnlyFans

TENNIS star Sachia Vickery has revealed that she charges men $1,000 to go on a date with her. Vickery has now revealed that she requires a payment to date, having grown tired of men wasting her time. The American wrote on Instagram this week: "I no longer date for free due to the behavior of men I now require a pre-date deposit send me 1,000 and we can make it happen my cashapp is $Sachiavick." Prior to US Open qualifying this week, Vickery had not played since February due to injury. In that time, her OnlyFans account, which she describes as containing "the content too spicy for Instagram", has gone from strength to strength. On her endeavour, Vickery added on Instagram: 'I'm very open-minded and I don't care what people think of me … it's also the easiest money I've ever made and I enjoy doing it. "I will never talk s*** about girls on OnlyFans ever again for the rest of my life. "Because the amount I made on there in my first two days, I am overwhelmed. I am just shook really." 7 Vickery has admitted that she charges men to go on dates with her Credit: Instagram / @sachiavick 7 The tennis ace has opened up on her lucrative side hustle Credit: Instagram / @sachiavick 7 Vickery has gone form strength to strength on OnlyFans Credit: Instagram / @sachiavick Vickery is not the only tennis player on OnlyFans. Nick Kyrgios partnered up with the content site in 2023, while self proclaimed "sexiest professional tennis player" Alexandre Muller has an account and has even worn the OnlyFans logo on his kit. Brit tennis star lets off blood curdling screech at US Open Arina Rodionova launched an account in January after splitting with her husband. Speaking on Black Spin Global, Vickery said: "I've always pushed boundaries. I've always been outspoken about racial hate I get online, bodyshaming. I'm very open about a lot of stuff. "I'm still playing tennis, my career is still going but I also want to do things outside of tennis. I'm starting to explore more opportunities on social media. "Obviously there are levels to OnlyFans, you have athletes like Nick [Kyrgios] and Alex [Muller] who are going to be posting tennis content for the most part and then you have the other complete extreme, which I'm not. I'm in that middle gap. 'NEGATIVE FEEDBACK' "I set it up in January and it just took off. Being a tennis player definitely helped my marketing. I'm at a stage where I don't do the absolute most on there but I'm comfortable as I need to be. I'm doing really well. "Obviously, I'm going to get some negative feedback but that's just normal. Whatever you do in life there's always going to be some criticism. If I was doing nothing I'd be getting criticism, so I might as well get on the platform and make money while I'm at it." Vickery, who peaked at world No73 in 2018, is now down at No559 due to her injury lay-off. The Florida-born star entered US Open qualifying using a protected ranking and returned to action following six months out by beating Anastasiya Soboleva on Tuesday. Vickery will be back in action later today as she faces No19 seed in qualifying Ella Seidel in round two. Should she beat Seidel, Vickery will take on either Zhang Shuai or Darja Vidmanova for a place in the US Open main draw.

Ciarán Murphy: Scrolling my brain into obsolescence in pursuit of GAA nirvana

I decided last week that it would be a good idea to follow Clubber , one of the online streaming services that allows us to watch so much club GAA weekend after weekend, on Instagram . I spend hours on the infernal app any way, and get fed seemingly endless GAA-related videos while I'm there, so I thought I may as well put my relationship with this stuff on an official footing. I did not reckon, however, with the sheer avalanche of scores, stripped of all context and meaning, that came my way. Clonguish have scored a goal! Rhode have scored five goals in a half! Aaron Masterson has hit a two-pointer from 60 yards out for Moorefield! I didn't necessarily know what any of that meant, but I found myself scrolling along regardless. Do Clonguish need a win in their group? Are they in a group? Clonguish is in Longford, right? READ MORE I found all of a sudden that the Clubber Instagram account was a thrilling metaphor for my use of the internet more generally. It is a 30-second dopamine hit, which you ingest, blank-eyed, before the algorithm throws up its next offering. No real information is offered, beyond the minimum. It doesn't matter. The only important thing is that you keep watching. This is the internet now. Faced with the prospect of having all of humanity's accumulated wisdom at my fingertips at every waking moment of every day, I choose instead to rewatch a TJ Reid assist for a Ballyhale goal 20 times in a row. If you haven't seen it, by the way, it was genuinely beautiful. Reid moves out from the full forward position to collect a long delivery, stuns the ball on his hurley and then plays a pass to Brian Cody without taking the ball into his hand at all. Cody gave the move the finish it deserved, but it was an absolutely mesmeric piece of skill from Reid, and without Clubber and its ilk, we just wouldn't have ever seen it. So there's no doubt that having cameras at all these games is a gift. But last Monday, it had become overwhelming. I found myself thinking that what I need is for someone to explain all this to me, as slowly as they could manage it. Never mind the endless stream of scores; give me some of the backstory. How many times can Tipperary's prolific John McGrath find the back of the net before christmas. Photograph: Inpho Would Celbridge be expected to beat Johnstownbridge? How many more goals can John McGrath be expected to score between here and Christmas? Is it wrong that I don't know how the Longford senior football championship is set up? Surely an hour-long television show, dedicated solely to explaining county boards and how they run off their senior championships, has broad crossover appeal? Right? And as I asked myself that final question, I realised that I had become just another old white dude radicalised online. The people watching Clonguish are those who don't need to have the Longford senior football championship explained. They've probably been watching it their whole lives. Stream Sport got my money this week to watch my home club Milltown draw with Corofin in a thrilling group game in the Galway senior football championship. I didn't need to be told what that meant. The club GAA season is more than just a 30-second clip of a ridiculous point kicked by a player you barely recognise, but that's how many of us now consume it. The economics of the GAA club coverage ecosystem might seem precarious, but the success of Stream Sport, who have deals with the county boards of Mayo, Galway, Donegal, Limerick and others, or Clubber, suggests otherwise. Two separate Mayo football podcasts tweeted about experiencing unprecedented listenership and uptake on the back of their coverage of the county's club championships last week. Maybe the key defining characteristic of the internet as it has been structured over the last 25 years is the realisation that no matter how weird or perverted your taste is in anything, there is someone out there thinking the exact same thing (which has not been a net benefit to humanity, to put it mildly.) This is what club games being streamed on the internet screams to me. I know I'm a Grade 7 GAA nutjob. I don't need to be told it was weird how invested I got in Fourmilewater's thrilling late comeback against Abbeyside in the Waterford senior hurling championship last Saturday. But I also know that there are more severe cases than me out there – I'm related to at least one Grade 9, and that number might be conservative. Maybe, instead of belittling the idea of an hour of television, even if it's internet television, dedicated to the group stages of the Offaly senior football championship and other like-minded sporting competitions, I should lean in. Sure, I'm a weirdo, but I know I'm hardly lacking for company. Show me some goals, and then tell me what it all means. Tell me what the hell Graigue Ballycallan need to do from here to get into the Kilkenny senior hurling final. Get Neil deGrasse Tyson on a Zoom call to explain the more complicated competition structures. Maybe I've opened up a whole new vista of broadcasting opportunity for these companies, or maybe it sounds like a lot of work when they know I'll be staring at my phone regardless, scrolling my brain into obsolescence.

Ireland's favourite sea swimming spot revealed and it's not The Forty Foot

The Forty Foot and Vico Baths in Dublin might be the most well-known swimming spots, but neither have won the prestigious title of Ireland's favourite sea swimming location. Blackrock Beach in Galway was given the coveted award. With its Blue Flag status and iconic diving board, it's no wonder the beach is loved by many. It's popular all year round for tourists and is visited regularly by local swimming clubs. A new survey by The Lagoon Activity Centre in Rosscarbery, Cork, found that the second-best spot is Banna Beach in Kerry. It based the list on Google Trends data over the past five years as well as Instagram hashtags. Another Blue Flag winner, the 8km long sandy beach boasts stunning sunsets, clean waters and famous Kerry scenery. While The Forty Foot and Vico Baths were not the winners, the Dublin swimming locations were not forgotten about on the top five list. Located in Sandycove, the Forty Foot came in third place. A legendary spot that has featured on the screen, it's packed out with sea swimmers even in the winter time. It boasts loyal cold-water swimmers but is also perfect for beginners who want to immerse themselves in the water before they change their mind. As well as its scenic sea swimming, the spot has sheltered rock pools that provide calm, clear waters to cool off in. It's a favourite of popstar Harry Styles, who swam there with his then director girlfriend Olivia Wilde in 2022. Closing out the top five is Myrtleville Beach, Cork. A short distance from the city centre, this stunning beach is popular for families and swimmers looking for a relaxing cool dip. It found that Kerry has the most blue flags in the country, with 15 beaches waving the honour. Cork has the most green coast awards - which recognises beaches with high environmental quality, excellent water quality and effective management. Sea swimming has become quite the trend in Ireland over the past couple of years. According to public consultation for the National Outdoor Recreation Strategy, 60% of respondents said they participate in open water swimming more than once a month. There are a reel of benefits to dipping in the Irish Sea or the cold Atlantic Ocean. From better sleep to reduced inflammation and even a natural high, sea swimmers swear by plunging themselves in the freezing water. It has been proven to help clear the mind of worries and anxieties and can alleviate physical ailments including arthritis. However, safety is key when it comes to open water swimming. Paul Melody of The Lagoon Activity Centre says that swimming in a group is the best way to stay safe. He said: 'They say there's safety in numbers and I would apply that to sea swimming. Clubs are great not only for the community element and health benefits, but for safety. 'The sea can change in an instant, and while it's assumed everyone would be a good swimmer, it's reassuring to go out as a group.' There was a surge in popularity of sea swimming in 2020, as the country was forced to find new hobbies during the Covid-19 lockdowns. Despite the world reopening, it is only growing. While Water Safety Ireland welcomes this, it stresses that anyone entering the sea must follow safety guidelines. It recommends swimming with a friend, near a lifeguard and to always obey posted signs and flags. Swimmers should also learn about local rip current safety, and should check water temperatures and tides- which can be found online. Paul said swimming with a group is the safest, but it's also really enjoyable, adding: 'It's really great for creating bonds and friendships. Even group activities like kayaking get people to communicate more clearly and work better together, and we often see business teams leave the centre feeling more together.'
