Severance's Tramell Tillman Breaks Down Milchick's Finale Dance Moves, Hints That ‘Everything's in Danger' in Season 3
Warning: This post contains spoilers for Friday's Season 2 finale.
Mr. Milchick once again showed us he can cut a rug in Severance's season finale — but it looks like some of his Innies are choosing to cut and run.

In Friday's finale, Milchick rewarded Mark for completing the Cold Harbor file with 'Choreography & Merriment,' bringing a full marching band into the office — and leading them with some spry dance moves. But Mark had other ideas, sprinting off to save Gemma while Helly and Dylan used a vending machine to block Milchick inside the bathroom. Eventually, he forced his way out, but Helly convinced the marching band to join their rebellion, and Mark managed to free Gemma… although his Innie opted to stay inside with Helly rather than leave with Gemma. (Read our full finale recap here.)
TVLine reached out to Tramell Tillman, who has been excellent all season long as Mr. Milchick, to help us make sense of the finale, how Milchick feels being betrayed by his Innies yet again, how they pulled off that incredible marching band performance… and what might be next for Milchick and company in the just-announced Season 3.
TVLINE | We saw some new layers to Milchick this season, and some humanity started to peek through a bit. But he played the villain again in the finale, with Helly and Dylan trapping him in the bathroom so that Mark could escape. What is Milchick's reaction to facing yet another rebellion from the MDR team? Can he believe the lack of gratitude from these people?I mean, those Innies are just so… they're just ingrates. [Laughs] We've watched this man basically give the Innies anything and everything they asked for. They asked for the funeral for Irving. That's not allowed, we learned that from Ms. Huang, but he did it anyway. The Innies insisted on exploring the outside world. He created this ORTBO for them to give them this experience. And not just throw them out in the middle of the forest, but the man built tents that had four-ply washroom tissue! You know what I mean? It's an attention to detail…
TVLINE | Above and beyond.Above and beyond! And it is taken for granted. So there is a loss, a confusion, a frustration I believe that Milchick is sitting with when it comes to the Innies. But it's also coming from the board. It's coming from Drummond. You know, we see these paintings [Milchick received from the board earlier in Season 2], where this is the first instance where we are witnessing race being addressed in the world of Kier, and specifically at Lumon, and how we see the board handle this issue of race when it comes to Milchick and Natalie. And what I appreciate is how that story is left unanswered. We don't get a conclusion to that moment. But it's never lost, because I think all of what Milchick goes through, starting from Season 1, builds up to the finale of Season 2, when this man is knocking down this vending machine and going ham on this thing. It is totally earned. He's been through it.
TVLINE | Yeah, that battle you had with the vending machine was pretty fierce. How many times did you crash into that thing? Did you get any bumps or bruises? You know, I actually jammed my shoulder and bruised a rib. Not because of anybody else, but it was just because I landed improperly. But I do want to say: The knocking down of that vending machine? There was no help. That is 100% Milchick.
TVLINE | The finale also gave us another dance number for Mr. Milchick, with him leading a full marching band and drumline in the office. What kind of rehearsals and choreography went into pulling off that scene?Well, we had extensive rehearsals. We had a gentleman by the name of Teddy who has this group of various actors and musicians who filled in for the band, and I was adamant about working with them to really figure out their flavor. How do they walk? How do they march? What are their formations? Because it was important for me that Milchick was a part of this story and not on the outside. So he had to embody a lot of the traits that Choreography & Merriment would have exemplified. Because, again, I really think this was his idea, 100%. So there were a lot of conversations with Teddy, with Ty and Tyrone. Those were the three guys that were handling all the choreography. They sculpted some moves for me, but allowed me to develop my own taste and my own flavor in it as well, so that it felt organic in the moment.
I believe we worked on that scene for a couple weeks, and that includes the preparation for it as well. There was a big group of people in the band who had never seen the show before, when they signed on to the project. And as we were working on this particular scene, I started to notice that some of the band members were acting differently towards me, and I got wind from one of the members of the drumline. Basically, these people started watching the show and realized that, 'Oh, Milchick's kind of an a–hole, and we don't like you.' [Laughs] But it was a lot of fun and very energetic.
TVLINE | I know you can't say much about Season 3, but where does Milchick go from here? Cold Harbor is finished, and his entire macrodata refinement team has turned on him. Is his job in danger?I think everything's in danger at this point. We lose Drummond. He's murdered, essentially, and the Innies have run amok. Gemma is now outside of the floor. So there's a lot that's going on that leaves so much to imagination and so much to question, right? We also don't know what Milchick's mental state is at this point. We do see that Helly has basically corralled all of Choreography & Merriment to rally against him, and so he now has to figure out a way to get out of this. So it's very immediate, and it really does leave the question: What now? What do we do now?

M3GAN 2.0 takes on the female Terminator in the upcoming horror sequel's final trailer, full of bodyswapping, explosions, and already meme-able moments
When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. Good news horror fans, we only have a few more weeks until we get to see our favorite murderous doll back on the big screen. But Universal Pictures has given us one last treat to tie us over until then, in the shape of a brand new and final M3GAN 2.0 trailer. The new trailer, which you can watch below, opens with M3GAN attempting to apologise for her behaviour in the first movie, but old habits die hard as in the next frame the doll is back to her murderous self. But, she's playing for the good guys this time, and she knows how much Gemma needs her as an even bigger threat is looming: Russian murder bot Amelia, who is practically the female terminator. "Amelia is stronger than you can imagine," warns M3GAN, "and she's coming after anyone who can stop her. Including you, Gemma." The clip also includes some new footage, which shows M3GAN stealing a pop star's identity, Cady getting kidnapped by Amelia, and Gemma hopping into a robot suit controlled by M3GAN. Not only this, but the new trailer provides some rather hilarious one-liners and meme-able scenes that we are sure will take social media by storm. Written and directed by Gerard Johnstone, M3GAN 2.0 takes place two years after M3GAN went rogue in the 2022 movie and had to be destroyed by her creator, Gemma (Allison Williams). Fast forward to the sequel, Gemma is a highly successful author and advocate for government oversight of A.I, while raising her angsty teenage niece Cady (Violet McGraw). But the pair's life is about to be turned upside down, as the tech for M3GAN has been stolen and used to create a military-grade weapon called Amelia (Ivanna Sakhno). When Amelia decides to rebel against the humans who created her tech, including Gemma, the roboticist "realizes that the only option is to resurrect M3GAN and give her a few upgrades, making her faster, stronger, and more lethal,' reads the official synopsis. 'As their paths collide, the original A.I icon is about to meet her match.' M3GAN 2.0 welcomes back original cast members Brian Jordan Alvarez and Jen Van Epps, and adds Aristotle Athari, Timm Sharp, and Jemaine Clement. M3GAN 2.0 will slay theaters from June 27. Love Wins! 13 LGBTQ+ TV Couples We're Rooting For in 2025
Here at TVLine, we've always been big 'shippers at heart. What can we say? We just love love. So with another Pride Month officially in full swing, we thought we'd take stock of some LGBTQ+ TV couples currently demanding our attention — as well as our full support. And what a group we've assembled this year, one that includes a pair of ghosts, a few vampires and, yes, even a handful of humans. More from TVLine Glad The Last of Us Spared Dog? Did Rehearsal Give You High Anxiety? Did Survivor 50 Need Fan Input? Vexing Organized Crime Absences? More Qs! The Last of Us Season 3: Is Pedro Pascal Gone for Good? Here's What the EPs Say The Last of Us Finale Kills [Spoiler], Teases Abby's Side of the Story - Plus, Grade It! To be eligible for inclusion in our list, a couple needs to be from a live-action, scripted series that's still airing new episodes. We also limited ourselves to only one couple per show. Read on for a breakdown of 13 LGBTQ+ TV couples we're currently rooting for, arranged alphabetically by show title, then drop a comment with your own additions to the list. Which queer pairings currently have your full attention? The very definition of #CoupleGoals (are people still saying that?), Hen and Karen have been an inspiration, both to the other couples on the show and to the viewers at home, from the moment we met them in Season 1. They've had to fight tooth and nail to keep their growing family intact, with every obstacle making them stronger along the way. Plus, there's simply no denying Aisha Hinds and Tracie Thoms' natural chemistry. — Andy Swift An esteemed Congressman and an in-demand journalist? These two have the potential to become D.C.'s top gay power couple — that is, if they can get their house in order first. Martin may own an array of designer suits, but with all those skeletons in his closet, he barely has anywhere to put them. If Smitty uncovers his husband's truth before Martin reveals it himself, things could get very ugly. — A.S. Criminal Minds over 18 seasons (and counting) has, frankly, not featured much LGBTQ+ romance, so Evolution steering Tara into bisexual territory was monumental. Save for an early-season love scene (a rarity for the crime drama!), this pairing has had little screen time in Season 18, but it's good to know they're going strong — to the point that it may be time to meet the parents! — Matt Mitovich Not unlike the Grinch, Leo Stark's heart has grown several sizes during his time in Salem, and the former grifter is always at his best when he's in a stable relationship. After a string of failed romances, Leo seems to have finally gotten it right with Javi, and we're enjoying this latest version of him. Hey, what could possibly go wrong to screw up this perfect pairing? It's not like we're talking about some kind of soap op… oh, right. — A.S. It's been more than a season since Amelia first asked out the new colleague with whom she sparks so appealingly, and they still haven't so much as kissed. Nevertheless, their mutual respect for and ever-increasing understanding of one another keeps us telling ourselves, 'Maybe the next episode will be the one.' — Charlie Mason In Season 3 of Netflix's butterflies-inducing LGBTQ+ dramedy, the high-school sweethearts' romance was tested like never before — by their cohabitation, by the academic pressure on the former, by the latter's nonbinary journey. Yet as we shippers knew they would, the couple managed to rise to the challenges before them and emerge closer than ever on the other side. — C.M. You want to talk about bringing down the house? When these immortal lovers reunited in a hotel at the end of Season 2, in the midst of a devastating New Orleans storm, the structure quite literally crumbled around them. Louis and Lestat have a love for the ages, and now that their mutual misunderstandings have been cleared up, we're hoping for a fresh start moving forward. — A.S. Talk about finding love in a hopeless place! — Kim Roots There's no telling what the future holds for these two badass warriors — literally, the Paramount+ drama has yet to be renewed for a third season — but after all they went through and barely survived at the close of Season 2, it is one of our most fervent wishes that they found the time for lots of not talking. — M.M. Charley is one of those puppy dog characters to whom you only ever want to see good things happen, so imagine our pleasant surprise when he struck up a romance with pouty potter Yuri in the ghost drama's second season. The chemistry, the kisses, the Ghost reenactment — it was all just so, so good. If they couldn't be their authentic selves when they were alive, at least they can be happy together in the afterlife, right? — A.S. After four long, dry seasons (unless you count tears!), we were beginning to think that Isaac would never find someone to share his life with. But then, just when we least expected it, along came Michael to sweep his former frenemy off his feet. Watching them awkwardly figure out their feelings for one another was an unexpected delight, and that first kiss at the Christmas festival? Come on, now! We're all in with these two. — A.S.
