"First Place" appears on his latest album, Swag
Justin Bieber is enjoying the great outdoors of Iceland.
The pop superstar, 31, released the music video for his Swag album track "First Place" on Thursday, Aug. 14, and the simple clip finds Bieber taking in Icelandic nature, going snowboarding and offering fans a glimpse into his recording process.
Filmed in black and white, the video opens with Bieber having a snack as he exits a building labelled Samvinnufélag Fljótamanna and takes a walk by the water.
He's then seen smoking while recording "First Place" in a house with other collaborators, sitting by the fireplace and chatting with other people.
Throughout the clip, Bieber takes a dip in an outdoor hot tub followed by a cold plunge and gets helicoptered up to the top of a mountain before snowboarding down with his buddies.
The video ends with Bieber taking a bike ride through the mountains and walking away from the microphone in the recording space, having seemingly finished the song.
In the caption of a post about the "First Place" video shared to Bieber's Instagram, he gave a disclaimer: "FORGIVE MY CHICKEN LEGS."
The lyrics of "First Place" find Bieber, who's married to wife Hailey Bieber, singing about the ups and downs of a relationship that always ends in a positive place.
"'Cause when's it's on sight / It's on sight / All of it all of it can wait / It's a celebration / Like it's your birthday / It's so amazing / I just wanna taste ya / Let's celebrate / In the best way / Like it's your birthday," he sings. "Oh all I see is you now / You in first place / Oh don't wanna lose you now / That's the worst case / Where do I begin / It's been this way for a long time / Something's gotta give / 'Cause you keep on taking all mine."

Earlier this week, Bieber shared an emotional Instagram post about his faith, writing, "grateful for a new day."
'grateful for Jesus,' he continued. 'he meets me every morning with forgiveness and love that I truly don't deserve.'
The 'Holy' artist continued, 'so grateful that he gives this love so freely, so graciously."
'Wouldn't be able to get thru the day without his love,' he added. 'It meets me at my lowest.'

Keri Hilson Embarks On A Mission With Method Man In 'Searchin' Visual
Keri Hilson's comeback landed her in the rugged streets of New York City on a mission with rapper Method Man. In the visual for their collaboration, 'Searchin,' Hilson hails a cab —driven by Meth— as she sings about searching for the man who knows she's Mrs. Right and will treat her as such. 'So I'll be searching low and high/ 'Cause you're all I wanna find/ If I'm your Mrs. Right/ Maybe then I could be your bride/ And you know just what they say/ Good things come to those who wait,' she coos. Meanwhile, Method Man supports her efforts as he raps about her longing for real love and even likens her to his other famed collaborator, Mary J. Blige. When speaking on 'Searchin' for VIBE's Then And Now, Hilson shared the record's backstory and praised the Power Book II: Ghost star. 'The song has this tribal nature to it, but also [has] this really gritty street, grimy Wu-Tang thing to it […] And [Method Man's] also not bad to look at. It was just perfect. I honestly was a fan of his voice and his cadence. Lyrically, he's cold and he gave me a cold verse,' she recalled. In working with him, she learned that he's also a 'solid' person, as well as artist. Hilson explained, 'He speaks highly of his wife and his marriage. There's just solidity within him that he's a real guy. You know what I mean? Really solid character. So I have a lot of respect for him in a lot of ways now because I know him. I also chose Method Man because our careers [are] parallel. Going from music to acting, and he's full-fledged in acting right now and killing it. He's good too. So, obviously that was another reason why I felt connected to him and another reason why it was really cool. And we spent a lot of time talking about that during our 'Searchin' session.' Beéle and Carla Morrison Reach for the ‘Divine' in ‘Arena' Video
Beéle and Carla Morrison are joining their unique styles and vocals for their new 'Arena' video. On Friday, the Colombian star revisited the Borondo favorite by releasing a sultry video alongside the Mexican vocalist. 'When I was about to write it, I felt it had something more… divine, a special energy,' said Beéle in a press statement. 'The chorus is made up of two voices, two different phrases that, when sung together, merge into one. But if you separate them, each works as a chorus on its own. That was my intention: for the voices to converse as if from different spaces.' 'It's more than a balada,' Beéle said of the song. 'It's a poem. It's a heartbeat. It's where we're meant to be — en la arena.' The song ends with some romantic prose that ties the themes together: 'I want to fall into you / And confess as I say / that your reflection in front of me / is the most beautiful thing now within me.' 'Arena' was originally one of the 26 songs featured on Beéle's debut album, Borondo, which included songs such as 'Mi Refe' with Ovy on the Drums, 'Dios Me Oyó' with Marc Anthony, and 'Frente Al Mar.' Since dropping the album, Beéle has joined Wisin, Piso 21, and Tini for musical collaborations. Though Carla Morrison has not released a full album since 2022's El Renacimiento, she joined Karol G on Mañana Será Bonito's title track, dueted with JP Saxe on 'Anywhere,' and sang with Kany García on 'Que Vuelva.' Morrison told Rolling Stone in 2023 that she would be taking a break before starting a new album. 'I feel that for people to connect with you, you can't be doing everything at the same time,' she said at the time. 'We are still the same basic normal human beings that need time and space. Van Gogh needed time, Michelangelo needed time. They didn't multitask.' Bailey Zimmerman and The Kid Laroi Ride Limos and SEMA Trucks in ‘Lost' Video
On Friday, Bailey Zimmerman marked the release of his album Different Night Same Rodeo on Friday with a desert-racing video for his new single 'Lost,' featuring The Kid Laroi. The playful video shows Zimmerman and The Kid Laroi leaning into their opposite lifestyles — Zimmerman behind the wheel of a Chevy SEMA truck, and Laroi cruising in the back of a black limousine in the middle of the desert. The two trade verses as Zimmerman does donuts around the limo, with the pop-country song soundtracking the scene. ''Cause half of me disappeared / When those taillights didn't turn back / Now I'm lost in the memory / Lost in the blue.' Zimmerman and The Kid Laroi filmed the video in Nevada and spent the day together in Las Vegas before shooting. They walked the Vegas Strip and stopped to meet fans along the way. The video was shot in 105-degree heat, and they got custom license plates for both vehicles. Zimmerman led Different Night Same Rodeo with songs such as 'Backup Plan' featuring Luke Combs, 'Holy Smokes,' and 'New to Country.' The LP also includes a collab with Diplo and songs such as 'When It Was' and 'Everything But Up.' '2 years of work, 18 songs, and a few dang good friends,' Zimmerman wrote about the album on Instagram Friday. The singer announced the album while performing at CMA Fest's Spotify House back in June. 'For the last two years, I've been working really hard on my new album,' Zimmerman said at the time. 'This album is something different… Everybody around me feels like it's the album I'm supposed to put out.'
