The latest episode of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 begins with Tulsi waiting for Vrinda at Hemant's office. She starts getting worried because Vrinda hasn't arrived yet. Hemant tries to calm her down, saying there's no need to worry now that Angad is back home. But Tulsi reminds him that even though Angad is home, Sameer is still in jail. Vrinda finally shows up and tells them the truth. Hemant and Tulsi then realise that someone has changed the evidence to frame both Angad and Sameer. Vrinda gets worried as she doesn't want her brother to get caught. She asks Tulsi to keep her brother Nitin away from the case and the former assures her. They take Hemant's help and he arranges a sketch artist as Vrinda has seen the person in CCTV footage who actually did the accident. Vrinda describes the person and the sketch artist makes the portrait of Dhiren, the real person behind the accident. Meanwhile, Ajay's family decides to visit Shanti Niketan. They ask their son-in-law, Viren, to come along and meet the Virani family. He agrees to join them. A corrupt police officer meets Viren and tells him that Angad got bail, but Sameer is still in jail. Viren says that since Angad is rich, people helped him, but Sameer is poor, so no one will support him or find out the truth. Mihir gets emotional as notices Pari in a saree.
