Armaan refuses to travel to Udaipur for Maira's dancing competition, despite Maira's determination to attend. Geetanjali is perplexed by Armaan's behaviour as he attempts to persuade Maira not to attend the event, but Maira remains unhappy with him.
Afterwards, Armaan goes to work, concerned about Maira. Geetanjali promises Armaan that she will look after Maira throughout his absence.
Geetanjali tries to persuade Maira to listen to Armaan and cancel her trip to Udaipur, but Maira is adamant about going. Meanwhile, Abhira pitches Anshuman a ready-made saree that takes two minutes. He enjoys the pitch but proposes that Abhira up the saree's price, stating that the great quality of her product warrants a higher price.

rmaan wants to keep his phone nearby at work so that he may communicate with Maira, but his employer becomes enraged and confiscates it, forcing Armaan to concentrate on his tasks. During a discussion about their pitch, Anshuman emphasises the necessity of work flexibility. Despite Abhira's tardiness, Anshuman orders coffee, which they enjoy together. Geetanjali and Maira listen to Armaan's radio broadcast.
As Abhira is about to leave Anshuman's office, Krish arrives. Krish invites Anshuman to join him and Tanya for a movie, and the latter accepts. Anshuman instructs Krish to invite Abhira to join them for the movie because she is his family. Krish asks, but Abhira rejects. Anshuman questions Abhira about their family troubles, but she refuses to answer and instead urges Anshuman to question Krish.
Armaan returns home and discovers Maira is disappeared.
He discovers Maira's letter in which she states that she is travelling to Udaipur. He panics, believing Maira has gone to Udaipur alone. He phones Geetanjali for assistance. Geetanjali tells him that she is with Maira. Armaan becomes irritated with Geetanjali. She tells Armaan that Maira is eloping to Udaipur alone and is quite disturbed. She wanted to go to Udaipur anyway.
Armaan becomes unhappy and chooses to travel to Udaipur. He considers returning to Udaipur after 7 years to fetch his daughter back. He arrives at the cultural festival and hunts for Maira. Abhira prays for her business. Maira sees Armaan. The performers make Armaan and Abhira dance. They dance close together without seeing one other. Their hands connect, and they both feel each other's presence. However, they do not see each other.
Armaan meets Maira.
