Keown questions how PSG can be beaten as Arsenal exit Europe
Martin Keown has questioned how Paris Saint-Germain can be beaten after the French champions eliminated Arsenal from the Champions League.
PSG won 2-1 on the night to seal a 3-1 aggregate success over Arsenal in their semi-final, with Luis Enrique's side set to face Inter Milan in the final.
The Ligue 1 giants have never won the Champions League before but will start as favourites in Munich later this month. PSG have eliminated three Premier League teams during the knockout stages and were the better side across both legs against Arsenal.

The Gunners had chances, notably from Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka, while Gianluigi Donnarumma was called into action with some superb saves. However, Arsenal struggled to deal with the attacking threat of the Parisians as goals from Fabian Ruiz and Achraf Hakimi sealed a famous win.
Reflecting at full-time, former Arsenal defender Keown called PSG a 'complete side' and questioned whether any side in Europe can stop their bid for a maiden Champions League crown.
'You have to hold your hands up to PSG. Hakimi, what a player he is,' Keown said to TNT Sports.
'Arsenal can be proud of what they have done this season in our second year back in the Champions League. But it has caught up with us that we don't have a proper centre-forward, two of them are out tonight.

'For PSG they have no Neymar, no Messi, no Mbappe, all out the door, but now they are a complete side. I've not see forward players working so hard.
'How do you beat them? They have to be hot favourites to win this now. You have to give them credit.'

Chelsea, Man Utd Get Boost After PSG Make Stunning Decision on Star Player

PSG are facing growing uncertainty at goalkeeper, with Lucas Chevalier emerging as a possible long-term solution. Gianluigi Donnarumma is still under contract through 2026, but talks about extending his deal have stalled, and no new agreement seems near. Meanwhile, Manchester United are considering their options in goal, and Donnarumma is reportedly one of the candidates. According to a previous report from Fabrice Hawkins of RMC Sport, Donnarumma remains at PSG, but his agents are exploring potential moves. Manchester United, Manchester City, Galatasaray, and several Saudi clubs have all expressed interest. For now, Donnarumma is committed to PSG and isn't pushing for a transfer—unless the right opportunity arises. Internally, he could still compete with Chevalier for the starting spot, with Luis Enrique expected to make the final decision, Hawkins adds. PSG are ready to end the Gianluigi Donnarumma eraOn Friday, RMC Sport reported that Donnarumma was informed by his management of Chevalier's upcoming arrival. Moreover, the Chevalier case, a priority for PSG's management, is progressing well, per the report. Negotiations with Lille have accelerated in recent days, with both parties agreeing to the idea of a transfer this summer. A five-year contract is already on the table for the French goalkeeper. PSG continue to discuss with Lille a deal around €40 million excluding bonuses. Furthermore, confidence is high on both sides regarding the feasibility of the transfer. Now clearly informed about the situation surrounding the reported arrival of Chevalier, Donnarumma knows what to expect. He has two choices: leave this summer — which PSG would welcome — or stay, which could lead to some tensions this season. In Luis Enrique's mind, Chevalier is expected to become PSG's number one goalkeeper upon his arrival. But if Donnarumma decides to stay, he will not be sidelined, given his history, performance last season, and what he represents in the locker room. This could therefore create some uncertainty in a more strategic position. Recently, journalist Duncan Castles reported that Chevalier is set to be PSG's starting goalkeeper. The Parisians want Gianluigi Donnarumma to leave this summer after the Italy international declined a contract extension, with interest coming from Inter Milan, Manchester United, and Chelsea.
