' star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, best known for his iconic portrayal of Jaime Lannister, has made a quiet arrival in the country. The actor was spotted enjoying a traditional South Indian breakfast at the popular eatery The Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru, and almost went about unnoticed.
The Hollywood star, dressed casually in jeans and a tee, was spotted by a lucky fan enjoying the traditional snack while on a day out with his friends. A video that has gone viral online sees the actor going largely unrecognised by the crowd at the restaurant, up until one fan managed to secretly film him and even request him for a selfie.

'JAIME LANNISTER traded his sword for a plate of idli-vada. Spotted him at @therameshwaramcafe today and I'm NOT OKAY,' the fan wrote alongside a video that quickly went viral.
In the clip, Nikolaj is seen chatting away with his large group of friends at their table. The actor was also reportedly seen trying out the various idli, dosa and vadas served up at the table.
Another image that surfaced shows the actor posing with friends outside the restaurant. The caption read, 'Westeros just met Bengaluru spice! Thank you Nikolaj Coster-Waldau for dining with us at The Rameshwaram Cafe.'
The actor's visit has stirred excitement among Indian fans of the hit series 'Game of Thrones', many of whom were surprised to see the actor out and about, without attracting any media frenzy.

HC makes way for accused to leave for Haj pilgrimage
Jaipur: The Rajasthan High Court has allowed a 61-year-old man from Kota, who is facing a criminal trial, to travel abroad for Haj and Umra Jiyarat. The court stated that merely being an accused in a case cannot be grounds to deny his constitutional right to personal liberty. Mohammad Muslim Khan of Kota filed a writ petition challenging the regional passport office's decision on May 7 which denied him a passport for the purpose of undertaking a pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina. Khan is facing trial in a case registered under IPC Sections 498-A and 406. Despite securing a court order on April 16 permitting him to approach the passport office, his request was declined. This prompted another application before the trial court which was also rejected on May 15 on technical grounds. Justice Anoop Kumar Dhand, while hearing the petition on July 30, held that the rejection amounted to a violation of the petitioner's fundamental rights. The court emphasised that the pendency of a criminal case does not automatically justify restricting a citizen's right to travel, especially for religious purposes.
