FBI First Look Photos: OA and Gemma Are in Danger on a Train! (Exclusive)

Yahoo27-02-2025
A romantic getaway for OA and Gemma goes off the rails — but hopefully not off the rails — as seen in TVLine's exclusive first look at the next episode of CBS' FBI.
In the 14th episode of Season 7, titled 'Hitched' and airing Tuesday, March 11 at 8/7c, Special Agent Omar Adom 'OA' Zidan (played by original cast member Zeeko Zaki) and his girlfriend of over a year, Gemma Brooks (Billions' Comfort Clinton, in her sixth appearance on FBI), are on holiday on a high-speed passenger train when it is hijacked and rerouted.

While the FBI team races to somehow wrest control away from the unhinged perpetrators and prevent a catastrophe, will OA, though unarmed, also do what he can to neutralize the threat on-site?
Meaning, are we getting FBI's take on the underrated Under Siege 2: Dark Territory? Review the exclusive photos above and below, and share your predictions for how this deadly drama unfolds!
Comfort Clinton made her debut as Gemma exactly one year ago today, when FBI viewers learned that OA had quietly started dating. That happiness was quickly tempered as OA and the team discovered that Gemma, who was raised on the Upper East Side in a world of penthouses and private schools, had some unsavory friends. But all that is behind us now.
FBI was not among the nine shows that CBS renewed early in one fell swoop last week; that's because the franchise's mothership earned a three-season renewal last spring, meaning it will be around through at least Season 9.
In fact, FBI will attempt so sire a third spinoff with a springtime episode that doubles as a backdoor pilot for a prospective offshoot titled FBI: CIA; you can read much more about that here.
FBI this season is averaging 8.2 million viewers (with delayed playback), ranking No. 3 — trailing only Tracker (broadcast TV's most-watched entertainment program) and the freshman hit Matlock — among all the dramas the network has aired this TV season.Best of TVLine

‘Big Brother' 27: Why Fans Want Riley Evicted

The competition on Big Brother season 27 is getting heated, and while curveballs are always to be expected on BB, there is one possibility that the houseguests might not see coming. Calls from fans for Rylie Jeffries to be kicked out of the Big Brother house because of his treatment of Katherine Woodman have been growing steadily since the start of the season— and now his mother has stepped in to try to defend him. Katherine and Rylie have always been close in the house this season, but when their flirtation turned romantic, fans started noticing a distressing pattern in Rylie's attitude towards her and are now petitioning to have him removed from the show. Specifically, multiple viral clips taken from the Big Brother live feed show Rylie demanding physical touch, like hugs and kisses, even when Katherine says no. Others show Rylie talking down to Katherine, dismissing her gameplay, pulling away while clearly wanting her affection—which fans have dubbed toxic and manipulative behavior. Many fans have expressed concern for Katherine's well being in the house, even taking to Katherine's Instagram comments and seeking out her family members. An Instagram account linked to Tracy Michelle Spencer—identified as Katherine's stepmom—reportedly addressed the concerns in comments captured by @BigBrotherSpoilers. In her statement, Tracy implied that she and Katherine's father had been in touch with CBS and production, writing in part, 'I'm pleased to report that CBS has been responsive and communicative. Once we receive the requested information, we will make a public statement that is based on first hand knowledge rather than speculation.' It's unclear what information Katherine's family has requested from CBS, but given the growing concern among fans, hopefully it involves assurances from Katherine herself that she feels safe in the Big Brother house. Rylie's mother, meanwhile, defended her son in a new interview. 'He's not some obsessive stalker-type person like everyone is saying,' Michelle Jeffries told TMZ. 'He's got a great heart and wears it on his sleeve.' She also defended her son from allegations that he had welcomed a baby while in the Big Brother house and had been refusing to support his pregnant ex when he left to compete on the show. According to TMZ, Michelle said that her son was willing to take a paternity test, but had 'no reason to believe' that he was the father, despite his ex's reported statements claiming otherwise. There was one controversy, however, that Michelle didn't comment on: Rylie has reportedly been charged twice for driving without a valid license, which has caused some fans to wonder how he was even allowed in the house in the first place given the extensive background checks prior to casting.

Ghanaian music star Shatta Wale detained over Lamborghini purchase

Popular Ghanaian musician Shatta Wale has been detained in an investigation linked to his purchase of a luxury car, the Ghanaian authorities have said. Wale's yellow Lamborghini was seized earlier this month at the request of the US, which alleged that the vehicle was tied to the proceeds of a criminal enterprise. Ghana's Economic and Organised Crime Office (Eoco) said Wale voluntarily entered custody on Wednesday and was subsequently questioned over the car. Wale's management did not mention the US' allegations in their statement, saying instead that the artist was detained over "tax obligations". The 2019 Lamborghini Urus was identified by the FBI and US justice department as being linked to "a $4m ($3m) crime involving one Nana Kwabena Amuah, a Ghanaian who is currently serving jail in the USA", Eoco said on Thursday. Wale has denied knowing or being connected to Amuah, who received a seven-year sentence for fraud in 2023. Shatta Wale: Why Ghana's 'dancehall king' is trying Afrobeats He said he was a "third-party owner" of the $150,000 (£110,000) car and that he did not know who had shipped it to the country. Wale, real name Charles Nii Armah, is one of Ghana's best-known musicians. He has built a hugely successful career on Jamaica's dancehall sound, and boosted his global profile by collaborating with Beyoncé on her 2019 song Already. After being questioned, Wale was granted bail of 10,000,000 Ghanaian cedis (£910,00; £675,000), Eoco said. It added that the musician would remain in custody until the agency confirms that the sureties specified in the bail could be met. Meanwhile, a small crowd of Wale's fans gathered outside Eoco's offices in the capital city Accra on Wednesday to show solidarity with the musician. Eoco previously said Wale's Lamborghini would be returned to the US to aid in the restitution of Amuah's victims. Amuah and his co-conspirators had impersonated vendors to defraud nearly 70 public and private organisations across the country, US court records show. On Wednesday, Wale's management urged fans to remain calm and avoid speculation while the musician remained in detention. "We want to assure all fans and the general public that his legal team is fully engaged and actively working with the authorities to resolve this matter," the statement said. The seizure of Wale's car is part of a broader operation - Ghana has been working with the US to dismantle an international fraud network that targets Americans. This month, the FBI and US Justice Department extradited and arrested three Ghanaian nationals alleged to be the masterminds of a $100m fraud scheme, which involved romance scams and phishing attacks.
