BONECHILLING video has captured the moment an airplane appeared to barely miss a hovering helicopter while taking off from the runway.
The plane appeared to swerve quickly and desperately avoid a mid-air tragedy.

Surveillance footage showed the Phenom 300 executive jet taking off from the runway as the chopper flew overhead.
They seemed to almost collide mid-air in terrifying scenes filmed at the Costa Esmeralda Airport in Porto Belo, south of São Paulo, Brazil, on Sunday.
The small airfield does not have a control tower.
After the footage was shared online, one local posted on X, 'Looks like a go-around by the aircraft on approach to accommodate the takeoff of the departing aircraft.
'Sequence spacing didn't quite work out.'
Another person said, 'Didn't they coordinate between aircraft?
'Someone screwed up.'
But another video, taken from a different angle, appeared to show that there was a much greater distance between the two aircraft.
The clip, filmed by Henrique Garcia, showed that the helicopter was further ahead of the jet than first thought.
Airfield administrator Tiago Neves said the two pilots were in contact throughout the takeoff, as reported by What's The Jam.

He told local media, 'The occurrence is absolutely normal, the two aircraft were being coordinated, and the two pilots had communication with each other.
'The video that was released creates sensationalism as the angle makes it seem like the aircraft are very close, which does not correspond to reality.'
Neves pointed out that the airfield does not have a control tower, and pilots carry out procedures via communication and visual contact.
He said the helicopter's approach occurred outside the runway so as not to interrupt the jet's takeoff.
He added, 'It is common for the tower, when there is one, or the pilots themselves, when at uncontrolled airfields, to coordinate the approach.
'That's why the helicopter goes directly to the grassy area.
'Everything was done responsibly and within normal limits.'
The video surfaced just months after a Black Hawk crashed into a plane as it was landing in Washington DC.
The horrific accident left all 67 people on board the two aircraft dead.
And another helicopter wrecked in New York City in April, killing all six people on board.

Light aircraft crashes in Kenya's capital killing six people
NAIROBI, Aug 7 (Reuters) - A small plane carrying medical staff crashed in a densely-populated neighbourhood in Kenya's capital on Thursday afternoon, killing six people, local authorities said. The Cessna plane, run by AMREF Flying Doctors, came down as it was flying to Hargeisa, the capital of Somalia's breakaway territory of Somaliland, the charity said in a statement. Kiambu County Commissioner Henry Wafula said the four people on board and two people on the ground were killed. The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority said the plane took off from Wilson Airport at 02:14 PM (1114 GMT) and lost contact with air traffic control three minutes later. "We are deeply saddened by this tragic incident involving an air ambulance mission," KCAA said in a statement. One witness, who asked not to be named, told Reuters she heard a loud sound, then saw a fireball and debris scattered over the neighbourhood. Unverified videos shared on social media showed firefighters trying to douse burning debris inside what appeared to be a residential compound. Crashes involving light aircraft are relatively common in eastern Africa. In April last year, Kenya's military chief was among 10 people killed when their military helicopter crashed shortly after take-off.

Natalie Stainthorpe, from Middlesbrough, said she was quoted around £3,000 for a new kitchen - and decided to do the work herself instead. The 34 year old dental nurse, who recently moved into a new property, was not pleased with the dark kitchen that barely received any light due to an extension on the house. She turned to TikTok tutorials and set a budget of £250 for the makeover, but managed to save even more, spending £100 less than planned. She told What's The Jam: "I just couldn't stand how dark and gloomy it felt – I wanted a fresh, light space where I'd actually enjoy cooking and spending time with my family. The kitchen before was in good condition, but needed a little bit of TLC and I had a vision for the room." She also discussed the cost of a professional renovation: "We did a rough estimate of how much it would cost to completely replace the kitchen from a family friend and we were looking at quite a lot of money - around £2,000 to £3,000 - which was money we didn't have. I decided that I was going to do a budget-friendly makeover instead." To achieve the transformation, Natalie opted for affordable alternatives such as paint and vinyl instead of expensive new units. With the help of her partner and sister, she refreshed the cupboards, wrapped the worktops, and revitalised the handles, reports the Daily Record. Natalie's kitchen before the makeover. The makeover took around a month, squeezed in between shifts and weekends, but the results speak for themselves – the once gloomy kitchen now bright, airy and looking brand new. Natalie added: "Our original budget was £250 – I didn't want to spend more than that, so to come so far under budget was amazing. It was quite a dark room – dark floors, worktops and cupboards and I really wanted to lighten the space up as because of the extension on the back we don't get that much natural light. "We found the vinyl easy on the straight parts of the worktops, around the sink was a bit fiddly, we watched a few tutorials on YouTube on how to do it around the sink to try and minimise any mistakes. My partner Chris actually did most of the sink area as I ran out of patience with it. We repurposed the handles that were already on the units as to replace 14 handles in matte black was quite expensive. We got all our painting supplies from B&M to keep the costs down and budget-friendly – they sell such an amazing range of painting and decorating tools to help with projects like this. "I spent some time researching how to vinyl worktops watching videos on YouTube and TikTok. I also got lots of tips from my friend who has done lots of vinyling to change up her rental home." Natalie documented the transformation on TikTok and revealed the entire project spanned roughly three to four weeks as she tackled it during her free time and weekends. She said: "It definitely wasn't a quick transformation but that was fine with us, we loved seeing it slowly come together. The hardest part for me was probably the vinyling, simply because it took more brain power than the rest, and a lot of patience - something I'm known to not have a lot of. Article continues below "We didn't encounter any mistakes, we just took our time with the project - apart from when I spilt paint on my hob. If I was to start this project again, I wouldn't change anything – I love how we took our time and worked together to get our final look in here. Rome wasn't built in a day and sometimes time and money restrict a quick transformation. "I'm all for realistic budget makeovers and those take time. The difference it's made is amazing, it's now light and airy, it's really brightened up the room, I'm still obsessed with it now two months down the line. We've had such an amazing reaction to our makeover, my friends and family said it looks like a brand new kitchen and it's had such a good response both on my Instagram and TikTok. "My advice would be to take your time, it's okay if you don't get a transformation like this done in a day like you can sometimes see on social media. My second piece of advice to make sure the longevity of your makeover is prep, prep, prep. Spend time prepping your units and surfaces for painting, you'll thank yourself later. It just goes to show, you don't always need a big budget – sometimes a bit of patience and a few clever tricks can completely change your home."
